The hotel was newly built, comfortable, staff was polite, though no restaurant inhouse but they arrange it very well. Just a coincidence that the exhaust of my room was not working properly, actually it was working reverse, so it was a problem, no serious efforts put in to get it corrected, they called the plumber once but my time didn't managed, overall it was good.

First of all bathrooms are not cleaned the tap water pressure in bathrooms is poor the quality of towels and hand towels are literally dirty ac doesn't have temperature control, only it gets on and off considering overall hygiene and cleanliness i have decided to not take any food of this hotel. So please refund proportionate amount which you have added for complementary breakfast this will help to continue trust on makemytrip organizations. Please refund me the breakfast amount rs 1200 so as i an take breakfast outside being hygiene conditions which is not good

Checked in around 1pm (regulations say 2pm - 12pm. They accommodated me without much problems. The room was spacious and neat. The linens were sufficiently well maintained. The toilet was neat and had good hot water supply. The food is nothing to write home about, i ordered food with cottage cheese(panner) but was served with some other kind of cheese. The ch-ole bhature were good but oily. The stay though short was bereft of unnecessary interruptions. They staff also graciously gave me a hotel drop next morning. Will recommend to colleagues or stay myself again if need to come to vadodara.

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

It's really an economical or say a budget hotel. The staff is very polite, nice and cooperative. It didn't take them a long time to check in. They helped in providing information regarding visiting the palace. The location of the hotel is very nice, close to the railway station, city & main bus stand. There is a variety of food options available for breakfast, lunch & dinner within close proximity of the hotel. The only thing i didn't like is the exhaust fan of the bathroom was not operating and the staff couldn't fix it on their own. Location 5/5 food : didn't avail the service cleanliness: 4/5 room size: deluxe 5/5 staff behaviour: 5/5 definitely a place to revisit.

The room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.

Nice large, clean room with comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom with excellent shower. Staff were attentive but didn’t like the loitering for a tip when all they were doing was bringing things to you that should have been in the room in the first place. Sadly lots of mosquitos in the bathroom as screen has completely rusted away. Rubbish tip outside bathroom window and i think animals may have been rummaging through during the night. Leaking downpipe right outside window. Staff too noisy until too late at night and too early in the morning. They have the most annoying sensor activated ding dong bell that goes off constantly at all hours. Seems to attract very inconsiderate guests that feel as though they are allowed to return to the property at all hours at full volume. Constant door banging the whole time we were there.

We stayed at Avista for one night ***** with family. The hotel room was decent, sufficiently big, neat and clean. Washroom was clean. The surrounding area is okay. This place is an absolute sham. All the good reviews here are either paid or by their inner circle. The list is an absolutely endless one - 1. Absolute rude, arrogant, and disrespectful reception, staff and the entire team 2. No basic things provided in the room - no water, no towels, no toiletries 3. Untidy and Dirty rooms - if you complain to them about it, they will say this is how it is, and you can leave if you wish to 4. I paid for the early check-in and they expect me to leave the next day at the same time and not the regular checkout time or they will charge you for that - tell me one hotel that has such absurd pricing policy. If a customer is paying for early checkin and has already paid for the regular day stay, how can you ask the customer to leave as per the time of early-checkin 5. No courtesy to offer any help to senior citizens who had luggage accompanying with them Please save yourself and NEVER EVER even think of staying there. You can stay happily on the roads of Vadodra but never in this hotel.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. It was again a great experience. This is my second time in this hotel and its a again a great hotel for me in vadodara. Polite and helpful staff. Great food, breakfast had a large spread. Most importantly they have smoking rooms available and that is why this hotel is always my first choice hotel in vadodara. They are not like all that ecotel hotels which make there hotels totally smoke free which i think is totally pathetic.

Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.
