The stay was comfortable and service acceptable. Two issues that mattered to me were: 1. Rooms are not fully accessible by lift. Invariably one has to climb a few steps to reach room from nearest lift stop. Could be difficult for aged. 2. In house restaurant is not pure vegetarian. Overall this is an excellent option for business travellers.

Check in and check out was smooth. Staff was discipline and professional. There were no weird thing we found in hotel. Rooms were totally clean and upto mark. Even washroom was all neat. Stay was excellent but it's little outside of thane. Doesn't feel good to travel at night. Better to go before 9pm. Always book o la uber to go to this hotel. Normal cab drivers will cost you so much in night. Also there's no guarantee how they will behave at night. We had such experience and we don't want anyone to feel it. Food was very expensive. Tea cost 66rs. Soup around 230 and khichdi around 300. Very expensive. Order from zomato or swiggy to save your money. No

I was here with my friends, and the stay was good and comfortable with all basic necessities. The best thing is, it is near to the santacruz station (just a 10 min walk. The cleanliness was okay (did find a few mosquitoes. The staff was really friendly and reachable at all times. Overall, a good stay ideal for 3 days/2 nights.

The hotel's building has handsome and function-able design. Neat and clean room. The restaurant staff is kind. But when i checked in and entered my room, there was no bottle of water, so i had to call and ask them to bring it to me. Also, there are no face towels. Only bath towels and bath mats. Foods are not so tasty. Apart from those, the hotel is generally comfortable.

I stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast. I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

Hotel location is best as it is situated on main road and the room was also best, however i stayed in deluxe room so not sure about other category room, the food is also best, i've had breakfast, lunch and dinner during my entire stay and all taste very good. On the mm t app it said that on requesting the hotel will allow complimentary early check in, but the hotel charges me an additional 500 for early check-in. So either the hotel has not informed mm t of this change in policy or the hotel just took the advantage of situation and earn extra. For the price i paid, the stay was decent. Room was okay, but the ac condensate drain was open right at the bathroom door. Making the bathroom floor wet and slippery. If you are sleepy in the morning you might slip due to this. No restaurant at the premise, but food options are available nearby. Bring your own water from outside or pay additional charges for water bottles here.

Room was good and location was also good but the staff of the hotel are very rude in nature and about the food. Food is average not too good. If you order any food they will bring it in an hour and while eating a lunch or dinner you cannot wait for food for one hour. I ordered rice, the staff told me i have to check he didn't confirmed me i am bringing your rice and he bought that rice after half an hour, mine food was over before 15 mins after that he bought i told him i will not pay for this then in reception they were behaving rudely that you have to pay once you ordered doesn't get canceled. Newly built. With clean spotless room and washroom and ac was working fine. Foodncan be ordered through hotel itself where they bring it from another restaurant which is slightly expensive but the food was tasty. I had ordered coffee also through hotel which i believe they make it themselves in pantry which is charged at rs 50 which is a bit on the higher side. They allow food from swiggy and zomato and therefore better options are there. Anyway the stay was comfortable.

I stayed here. It's the best lodge in entire maharashtra. Lodge was clean, neat. It's near to ganesha temple. Also it's rooms are very neat and clean. Amenities are very good. The staff persons are neat and clean. Also fan, light, bathroom are in good condition. More over there is shower in bathroom. I love bathing in showers inside bathroom. The comode was clean with no issues. Sink was also clean. Tv was in working condition. I watched it for few hours. The drawers are also neat and clean. Fan was in good condition. Food i eat was nice and hygienic. I'd like to stay in same lodge in next jean 2023 or feb 2023. I just cant miss this opportunity of sai lodge. Bed was also neat and clean. There is even cctv amenities here in lodge. So it's very safe and secure in this lodge. Also i can say this is the best lodge in my entire lodge. I used simple app to do the payment. It was really easy and simple. I just like this sai lodge facilities. It also has multiple rooms so even we have option to choose different rooms in different floors. Oh i like this sai lodge like anything.
