The location is not far from the beach. Although the hotel service is slow, this is the norm in the United States, and it is generally quite satisfactory. With the hotel room card, you can go to the public beach to get two deck chairs for free, but umbrellas are not included. Remember to ask the hotel for bath towels. The free bicycles are not bad, you can ride around. However, the swimming pool in the hotel's introduction picture seems to be able to see the sea, but it is actually completely inside the hotel, and you can't see a little bit of the sea.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my husband’s 65th birthday. My son frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome; just expensive! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Will definitely return.

San Juan was extremely accommodating. Due to rowdy out of control spring breakers Miami Beach completely closed down come 8pm every night. We found no point of staying in Miami due to these outside circumstances. We explained this to the hotel and they allowed to check out early with a refund for the remaining days. This was excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying at San Juan hotel.

I flew into Fort Lauderdale Hollywood international airport for just 2 nights. Came in for a dive trip out of Harpoon Lagoon (which I totally recommend as a top dive shop and charter site) out of Miami. Found this hotel accidentally and completely and totally recommend to anyone. First I want to say the location of the hotel was perfect. 30 - 40 min from the Fort Lauderdale Airport there is not need to pay more and fly directly into Miami. A quick Lyft and you arrive at the hotel. The hotel is perfectly located. It is walking distance from the beach and definitely Miami Vibe; however, the hotel is located in an area where you can feel the vibe without being in the middle of riff raff. The hotel is a hostel hybrid type. You can rent a bungalow for a say 5 or six or 1 room. I traveled alone so I stayed in a King room in the guest house. The room and facility was excellently clean, friendly, beautiful and I would describe it romantic in ways. It has a restaurant that is right next to the pool. Fabolous full bar and excellent service with very reasonable price for the area. The atmosphere fits just about anyone. You have at night a very up class nicely night life dressed group and also those literally there in bathing suits at the pool. Very unique and very awesome. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. My stay was 2 nights and it was so worth it. I recommend this hotel to anyone and cant wait to bring my girlfriend next time for the experience and romantic atmosphere.

It's the second time I've stayed~ the overall feeling is very good! My favorite hotel in Miami. There is nothing to say about the service, sanitation and aesthetic scenery. Praise praise praise. The restaurant is the barbecue of Francis Mallmann, the Argentine chef. It is worth a try. There is also an omakase that can be reserved. The ingredients are very fresh and creative.

Seascape is the emperor's new seascape. The extra RMB 100 is considered to be a treat for the seagulls at the pier to eat French fries. If you are not very close, it is not recommended for two people to stay in a room, the bed is a bit narrow. It is not recommended to bring white towels. The hotel staff will take them away as their towels, and then your towels will be gone. But the decoration of the hotel is good, and the people at the front desk are also very nice. Shampoo is good. The hotel is very close to the sea, within walking distance to a commercial street and Spanish Street. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to see Little Havana, Little Haiti and Designer Street. We arrived early, and the lady at the front desk helped us store our luggage first, and we went out to play. In the past few days when I arrived at the hotel, I caught up with the extreme cold that has never happened in a century, so I didn't use the beautiful swimming pool on the top floor! Remember to ask the front desk about their free beach umbrellas and beach yoga on Saturday mornings! The gym needs to use another sister hotel, 20 knives a time. There are also problems in the hotel. After we checked in, we found that the TV was broken and couldn't be repaired at all. Thinking about it, we don't watch TV very much, so we didn't change the room (there is no room to change, the store is full!). The service attitude of the staff is very good and professional.

The location is superb, it is the most lively location in South Beach, surrounded by restaurants, the supermarket is next door, the beach is one block away, just a few minutes away. Good location ….front office staff depended on who served you .. some were really friendly & others not so much. Food was good & the restaurant was nice & had friendly staff but give the breakfast a miss … It was awful. Rooftop pool was nice but no shade & no one put the umbrellas up & the bar was closed … not a staff member in sight! Shame cause it’s a nice area. Our rooms were in the old building & desperately need a Reno & facelift …. Overall it was just ok.

We ca n’t understand that such a large hotel has a total of 16 floors and many sea-view rooms. It is estimated that there are nearly 60 same rooms, but we will arrange the worst room for you. If you want to change it, there is no, anyway. The money has already been paid, and it will not be refunded to you. I can't live with it. I can't understand it. Review for Park Royal Miami Beach I had a wonderful stay at Park Royal Miami Beach. The hotel was clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with daily cleaning and towel replacement, which I greatly appreciated. The pool is nice and well-maintained, but it operates only from 8 AM to 8 PM. It would be great if the hours could be extended for guests who want to relax in the pool later in the evening. A big thank you for providing beach chairs for guests—this made our beach days so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great service!

Service was good except when we called to have someone take as look at the door that wasn’t locking and we needed to leave soon. I had to go downstairs after the call we made and waited a long time for my turn. Finally when it was my turn the person told me he knew about the door but hadn’t been able to check so I told him to change my room because we were running late, and he did.  There were no toiletries at all whatsoever.  The parking is too expensive. As with other hotels, motels and inns etc, it should be included.  Other than that the first person to was extraordinary nice and helped me out.

Super super comfortable, a newly opened hotel, quite clean. The elevator is always broken, luckily it's on the third floor 😄 The hotel is in a good location, not far from the public parking lot next to it, and there are food on the street behind. I will stay there again next time I come to Miami.

The second stay, I booked the wrong room in a hurry, and found out after I checked in. The staff was very enthusiastic to help me change the room and have been comforting me.
