We stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier from May 17th to May 20th, 2024, in a moderate double room, and had a wonderful experience. Location and Accessibility: Perfectly located in central Nagoya, the hotel offers easy access to attractions and public transport. Room: The moderate double room was stylish, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. However the aircon in the room was not cold, the hotel had to provide us a portable fan and we have to open the window slightly to let the cool air in. I would have rated the facilities to be 5 stars if the aircon is cool enough. Service and Facilities: The staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel amenities, including Wi-Fi were excellent. We didn't try the public bath though, it was very crowded. Overall Impression: Mitsui Garden Hotel Nagoya Premier provided a fantastic stay with its great service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Located on the opposite side of the Nagoya Station Shinkansen exit. You can arrive in less than 10 minutes even if you walk slowly. Located in a place that takes less than ５ minutes from Nagoya Station. The location is also easy to understand. The room was large, comfortable and clean and satisfactory. The room space is a typical business. The bed was very comfortable. The water was beautiful, the bath towels were fluffy, and it was good to not smell strange. It may have happened, but it was good that I couldn't hear the sound from the surroundings. I was a little worried that the location of the hotel, the structure of the room, and even if there was a window, the outside could only see the ridge of the next building and there was a feeling of pressure. I thought I could endure it if I stayed for a short time. Breakfast is a donut, donut, coffee, etc. with Mr. Donut. The hotel is still fresh and the hotel is clean. The size of the room is larger than other businesses. It was so large that it wouldn't bother me even if I left my suitcase open. The bathtub is big and I use the wash basin. It was easy size. If you didn't expect that free breakfast, there were some types for free and the smoothies were delicious. The clerk at the breakfast venue also told me in a loud voice when the dishes were finished. It was good that I stayed on the 24th, so it was a pity that when I heard about the cake storage before check-in, I was refused because it was a creature. Also, I want a humidifier in winter. The room is dry with the air conditioner, and on the contrary, I thought that some hotels do not have a humidifier in the room at this time. I wet the towel and slept in the room. The room facilities are basically complete with refrigerator, TV, hot water, outlet (desk ２, bedside １), small desk, Wifi, etc. I think there are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, and there is no problem with eating. Because it is very close to Nagoya Station, I think it is a convenient hotel if you want to use Nagoya Station at midnight in the early morning.

A very modern looking and feeling hotel on Nishiki dori…easily accessible from Nagoya station. Comfortable beds with a separate shower room(rainforest shower & hand held shower)and toilet…with the sink outside of the shower room. The breakfast buffet was very good…a great salad selection…smoothies…and impressive Japanese soup and baked fish.The pastry/bread selection was smaller than expected and the western cooked foods were nothing special. The disappointing points were: No bottled water or coffee offered in the rooms or free in the lobby…which is surprising these days. A surprising lack of hand sanitizers during these Corona times in front of the lifts on the 1st floor and then on every floor. (There are temperature check machines and hand sanitizer machines inside the hotel entrance and in the restaurant though) A disappointing lack of customer service from the hotel staff.With the exception of the lady who checked us in (Remi) and the gentleman in the restaurant for breakfast…nothing was said when either leaving or re entering the hotel on a number of occasions. It would have been nice if the staff said something (Welcome back….have a good time etc.) There are many hotels in Nagoya in a similar price range…offering a lot of things lacking mentioned above.As a result would probably be interested in trying somewhere else…unless there was an irresistible offer!

This is about a 7-minute walk from Nagoya. First of all, I received an explanation at the front desk with a good response and received a card key. (No meals because I leave early in the morning) Bring your own amenities. Hold the card key over the elevator and call it. Enter the room with the card key. The room is of normal size, twin is single, and the bed is wide but a little high. Facilities include air conditioning, refrigerator, pot, hair dryer, etc. Wi-hi was reasonably fast. Self-welcome drinks are available in the free space on the first floor. The large communal bath was small and the temperature of the hot water was just right. It was a new hotel with a large communal bath and a convenience store nearby.

The hotel is one street opposite from meitetsu train station (to airport) Hotel relatively much spacious than I thought of. I have three big luggages and no problem to open them in my room. Breakfast wise slightly less choice of variation compared to other hotel that I stay. No free amenities such as lotion or moisturiser. Will book again since the location is very strategic and meet my most needs.

Booked a hotel for one night in Nagoya. I can only say that for the price, I didn’t expect much. The facilities can be said to be quite old, but you still need to use a key to open the door. Went there for the F1 race and it was perfect for the weekend. Just make sure you know how to get into Suzuka and you will have a good race weekend. The beds are your typical hard japanese style mattress and also you do have to turn in your key every single time when you leathe property and then pick it back up again whenever you come back. I do wish they just had disposable keys like most other hotels but I didn't have trouble turning in my key offended each day. I do like that I will also get a free drink each time when I come back at the end of the day

The location is great. Everything is nearby. A shopping haven and close to the bus terminal located at Oasis 21. Without luggage, it is a nice 5 to 10 minutes walk. We were recommended to a French Bakery (Kaneda), nearby for breakfast. It is the best croissant that we have tasted. On the flipside,ithe toilet and shower space was a bit too tight. Would be great if they are separated as experienced in a hotel in Kyoto. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely come back to this hotel.

N Hotel in Nagoya Located in the middle of nowhere (tucked between 2 highways), this hotel made up for it by focusing inwards. The reception lobby had great interior design. We were surprised when we saw the check-in lobby - all pristine white and luxurious. It felt like we were in a luxurious space ship cell. There were free drink dispensers to welcome guests too. The room was kinda cute and comfortable. It had a hot / cold water dispenser in it - my first encounter of such in a hotel room. The bathroom was interesting. There were luxurious amenities, toiletries and a state-of-the-art jacuzzi long-bath which has lights changing colours. It provided entertainment for me to soak in the jacuzzi - controlled with a touch of button. It was really fun. We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. The staff was also accommodating and allowed us to check in a little earlier. The overall experience was above expectation.

I got an upgrade and went to the room on the 9th floor. The small room on the right immediately after entering is the kitchen room. It was even equipped with a microwave. When you open the door next to it, there is even a washing machine. It is a specification for long-term stays. The bath and toilet are separate. Amenity is BVLGARI in a large bathroom and large bathtub. Nothing to say anymore. The room specifications are semi-suite class. Breakfast is a semi-buffet such as salad with American breakfast and Japanese set meal choice. I chose a Japanese set meal, but it would have been great if it had freshly baked soup rolls. No, it was a cold night with snow, but it was the best hotel stay.

Part of a chain of capsule hotels with branches elsewhere in Japan. If you've stayed in another 9Hours, you know what to expect, because they're identical. This one has no self-service check-in machine, but reception is efficient and friendly. It may be tempting to skip the top floor lounge, but this would be a mistake, as it's the hotel's best feature. It may also be tempting to order the add-on optional breakfast, and this would be an even worse mistake -it's hugely overpriced and very small, don't do it! They should kick out that delirious ”Glitch” Cafe and replace it with a vending machine loaded with baumkuchen and castella and that would be a massive improvement.

It is about 2 minutes walk from the 'Airport Dori Street' on the west side of the tsurunajo line of the municipal subway Higashiyama line to the south direction (7 ～ 8 minutes walk), and it is within walking distance from the tsurudori line 'takatake station'. The building feels old, but the single room room has ample size and can be relaxed, and there are minimum amenities and the room is kept clean. If you ask in advance when you stay overnight, you omit the cleaning of the room in the absence and exchange only towels. I was worried about the sound when I opened the door of the room key during my stay, the water flow of the toilet was not good, and it seemed to have been flowing for a while after pulling the lever. There were various troubles, but it was good that the staff at the front desk responded sincerely every time. I personally appreciate the location, it was easier than any other options we had around Nagoya since we’re traveling with a young child. Smoking in all rooms is prohibited as well. I noticed it’s harder to look for this feature in hotels in Nagoya. I have my son in tow and this is an absolute NO for us. The room was really small. We can hardly walk around the room. It was extremely challenging to takeout and pack our things because we didn’t have any space to fully open our luggages. Though as mother, I’m glad their walls are thicker than most hotels in Japan. We’re not troubled with the noise from the next rooms. It gives me peace of mind too that we’re not disturbing other guests in case. The breakfast was enjoyable at Yoshinoya. The branch is a heart beat away. It’s way better than my experience at another hotel nearby. We enjoyed the many pillows they offer. In terms of cleanliness, this could be well improved. For Japanese hotels I think the situation at this hotel is lower. I could see the dusts hanging by the wall and the bathroom door. It’s not helping that I’m one of those people who observes these things. I appreciate that they allowed us to deposit our luggage when we left for another city and got it when we checked back in. Saved us so much trouble. I will still stay at this hotel.

Good location and it's only 5 mins walk to Nagoya station. There are 2 Lawson convenient stores nearby. Room is small but clean. Washroom is unexpectedly large. Self service check in/out with limited facilities but overall it offers everything in a good price. Highly recommended for a short stay in Nagoya. There's a very good BBQ Japanese restaurant nearby that you must try (last pic)!

This time, I was taken care of by my husband at Hisashi 々. Although the facilities are old overall, I thought it was this hotel if I went to Nagoya with a feeling of cleanliness, but this time there was a little disappointing place. It's about cleaning the bathroom, but when I checked in and entered the washroom to wash my hands in the room, one short hair on the washbasin, one on the pasta tab, and one in front of the shower room. Drop to a place that is noticeable I was there. I was able to spend the rest perfectly, but I was very disappointed with Soko. The location is convenient because it is close to Sakae station and there are many restaurants nearby ♪ I booked a large room, so I was satisfied with the room! It was good to be able to spend a relaxing time. The correspondence of the hotel 々 was good, and the breakfast was very satisfying with both Japanese and Western foods! Gifu Koshihikari rice was delicious, and the croissant baked at the hotel was delicious without warming it! I don't want to say anything like my grandmother, but the hair of others in the bathroom was a little disgusting.

First, we were greeted by the front desk and they gave welcome drinks. The room is small but very clean and everything we need is already provided. You can get toiletries in their desk. It is located near Nagoya station. When we opted our room not to be cleaned, they provided with eye mask which is very thoughtful, apart from being sustainable. Overall a pleasant stay here.

Very disappointed that the fitness center only can enter during 6:00am-8:00am is free! All other time slots you need to pay JP$3,300 per times. It definitely not worth if I need to pay this amount. Not very close to Sakae station as you need walk around 10 mins Staff is very friendly! But overall the hotel is overpriced compare with other hotels in Nagoya.

The nearest station is Fushimi station (the first stop from Nagoya station on Higashiyama line, with next stop being Sakae station), about 7mins on foot. The standard smoking room is simply a bed to sleep and has an air cleaner machine. I booked a night as I only needed a bed to sleep, however was satisfied with the facilities offered. The 2nd floor houses the relaxation facilities, which includes a small public bath area with sauna and jacuzzi, hot stone room, massage chairs, and compact gym which closes at 1am. The floor also has coin operated laundry services and drink vending machines. I made the most of the public bath area and free massage chairs in the late evening and morning before check out. This is where the stay holds value. The massage chairs were great and easy to use with four pre-programmed courses which run for about 20mins. The hotel also has convenient designated smoking areas, in the lobby and on the relaxation floor, unlike some hotels with none or an area outside of the hotel. I could start my day refreshed. My short stay here was good.
