|4.09km from city centerI usually stay a lot closer to the haram during my visit to Makkah, but during Ramadhan the prices rocket so I've had no other option but to find a clean tidy hotel at a reasonable price. I stayed here many times before (all during Ramadhan). The hotel is around 10 mins from the Haram by car. You cannot walk it from the hotel to the haram (not walkable distance, plus it goes through the mountain tunnels). You can get a taxi for around 10 rials to the haram, but on the way back it can be slightly more - around 15-20 rials (just keep haggling). From the drop off point, it's around 10 mins walk. The hotel does run a shuttle bus for free, but I've never used it simply because of the timing. The shuttle bus drops you at the coach station area which leads the footpath to Mount Marwa side of the haram. Don't bother looking for the shuttle bus from the haram to the hotel, it's a total nightmare and chaos during salah times so better off just taking a taxi. The rooms are clean, tidy and quite. The room service is horrible, they never clean your room despite several requests. The AC is good and blows cold air. A number of lifts, so you don't get stuck waiting around for ages. Due to it's location, it's not busy like the hotels right next to the haram. There are number of restaurants nearby and also a bin Dawood at walking distance. When you want to get a taxi from the haram and don't speak arabic, just tell the driver ”Makaram al bait, khareeb Bin Dawood”, this has worked for me each time - they will know exactly where you want to go. Like i said, don't pay more than 15 rials.. There is also a masjid very close to the hotel if you end up missing the prayer at the haram.

Although we knew it will be smaller but did not expect that smaller. There were no table to keep at least 1 luggage and I had to crawl to my bed as only one side was open. On request, they changed the room to a slightly bigger room. For the price I might use it again.

|0.93km from city centerI arrived to the hotel at 10 and the lady in the reception told us to go and do the Omra and come back to get the rooms, I am a gold Fairmont member which was treated badly. We came back at 2:30 and noticed that the rooms are not ready and have been told that the check in time is 4PM, however before one day of arrival they called me to ask me what time do I want the room to be ready. Each customer receptionist was directing me to another where this wasn’t practical at all, image I was awake more than 12 hours and at the end of the day each on just throws me. Then after having a fight we got the rooms finally, I get to know that one of the rooms is full of insects and the other room is noisy from the neighbors. When I called to tell the reception after several fights they changed both rooms, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the escalators. Overall my experience with this hotel is really baaaaaaad and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only positive point was that it’s few steps to the Haram other than that nothing is worth it at all, even when you speak to someone from the receptionist they don’t reply as of they don’t listen and in my case I am a gold member plus trip advisor level 6, how if I was a normal guest what would happen. They made my day very hard and miserable

None of them wore smiles while serving guests. - The staffs THREW plates and cutleries, BANGING trays, moving chairs rudely with guests were still around them. - They served all guests with PLASTIC spoon and fork. They literally served guests dining like serving workers. - Even a couple of them, having EARPHONE on their ears, talking on the phone while serving breakfast like nobody see them. We were terribly shocked to find that kind of ARROGANCY. - The hotel as if hiring a group of GANGSTER working at the restaurant. Room - We were given a room right in the corner, among the rooms that were having renovation projects. - The dusts, noises, and the filthy dirty surroundings were out of our imagination. The experience that was completely different from the Le Meridien, not far away from this hotel, where I am the member of their Marriott membership. We did not want to make so much noise about those experience as we came here for worshipping and prayers. But seriously, we do hope that the management will do something about their service culture.

|1.05km from city centerVacations at Makkah could be a dream. But staying at a hotel down the street - from where you can view the Clock of the biggest clock tower in the world is a dream come true. Only 20 minutes walk away (depending on your speed) or 5 minutes drive, and you’ll be in Harem. What you expect from a hotel room after an physical exertion is a cozy bed, healthy atmosphere and finest sanitary products; and of course coffee! Trust me that’s all you need after a long drive or flight. (I’m not kidding but you won’t feel the jet lag in their beds). Three Points Musalli was not a hotel of the Clock Tower, however it maintained its standard. Despite parking being an issue, there was nothing that could disappoint you. There were elevators that were on time, services just a call away, coffee shop, guests washrooms, and a wide seating area. I mean what else do you need? I’ve been to many hotels, and yes Swiss or Pullman Zamzam may be a part of Harem, but that doesn’t mean they were the best. Their rooms were pretty much squeezed (sq ft) and the services are never on time; plus their wifi have proxy so you can’t access every website. And it’s only because they are 5-stars, hence BUSY as hell. They are heavily populated with tourists. However, the Three Point Musalli is only 3-star but the size of the rooms, interior of both the rooms and bathrooms, plus the services provided literally make it better than 5-star. Honestly, after living in the 5-star hotels, I don’t believe the at we should rate any hotel with stars since each of them have their own pros and cons. But I give Three Point Hotel 100 golden stars. It deserves it.

Quadriple room is small and you get the feeling that is not really genuine quadriple. Location is not the best; it is not far(900m) but you can still get better deals closer to the Haram. The hotel is extremely disorganised, they are clearly not prepared for busy seasons. Room service is poor; you need to call them to get your room cleaned. Food quality was terrible in the first few days but got a bit better after we complained. Going up and down by the left was an absolutely nightmare; we had a large Tunisian group staying with us with massive chaos around the left areas almost all day long. I had no hit water in my room in the last couple of days and I had to shower with cold water!

|0.77km from city centerWe stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Especially Roaa from the restaurant (standing at the reception). Such a sweet girl! They also think about people with special needs. Although there is a bus bringing you to the Haram, they also offer a taxi with a elevator for wheelchairs. There was a minus: we had a stay of 5 nights and 6 days, the breakfast was everyday for 90% the same. Which is a big no for a 5 star hotel.

|0.72km from city centerExcellent stay. I had booked through the Hilton app - two partial haram view rooms. Check in on arrival time was punctual and smooth - I booked with breakfast included. We were told breakfast timings and location on arrival. We were also told there was a shuttle bus to the Haram every three minutes. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom also very big. Breakfast was great included bakery, egg station, fruit and various other hot/cold items including sub continent options. We were looked after by Saddam - a really nice guy. Housekeeping was quick, efficient and very good - the staff were always smiling. We used the cafe on ground floor a couple of occasions for dessert or hot drinks. All very good. Bottles of water provided in room. Also get iron/board too with a fridge in room too. Also a speaker where you can hear azan from the Haram. The shuttle was very good - every time we stepped out a bus was there and always left without too much waiting. A couple of mins drive to the haram and then about a two/three min walk into the mosque. You could walk to haram from hotel if you wanted - about 10 mins. A bit trickier to walk back from Haram as it’s uphill. Marriott and hilton convention Centre hotels are all within walking distance and all shuttles from these three hotels all stop in same place so easy to catch any of them on way back and cross quiet road to your hotel - no need to wait for double tree shuttle although there is always one very quickly. Overall a really good stay and I would recommend it. Also a really nice entrance to hotel…

The receptionists are always here to help with any of your issues. Be it laundry, housekeeping, payment, anything. Aadil from housekeeping did great cleaning jobs throughout our stay. The front reception staff themselves spoke very little english so thankfully the concierge staff helped with translation and facilitated check in Massive Lobby and very busy and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautiful and big and rooms were really nice and clean, bottled water, tea / coffee facilities available nice comfortable bed and bathroom amneties, cant really complain about the room. Lifts can take a bit of time to arrive as its quite busy but apart from that no complaints Location - This was a bit of a struggle for me, its atleast 10mins walk from the Main Haram, if you find you get tired and exhausted a lot then you are probably better off getting something a bit closer, you have to walk through the main road then along the crowds which can sometimes especially before and after salah be very congested, so to get to the haram in time allow yourself atleast 15mins or so before Adhan time, this was the only downside, for elders especially having to walk back and forth for each prayer if you get tired easily can be really challenging, for this reason is probably wont be staying here again due to the location Breakfast - was great nice spread and selection hot and cold buffet lovely declicious food, althought the seating area in the morning can get really busy so you may struggle to find a seat or may end up having to share a table, but this is usually first thing in the morning, after breakfast opens The hotel also has its own small mosque incase you cant make it to the haram in time, although i found a lot of people decided to pray outside on the road you can pick up taxis outside the hotel and its outside the bus station, behind the clock tower Lovely hotel would definitely recommend it if location is not an issue for you! Wifi was a bit hit and miss, first day it did not work then after that it worked fine

|1.68km from city centerFirstly let me note that this is NOT a 5 star establishment. Not by far. I would give it 2 stars as it does not even comply for a 3 star grading. The staff are not accommodating at all. No check in routine was provided. The building itself is out dated. The furniture and finishings are all in poor condition. The towels leave your health feeling compromised. As do the bathrooms, carpets and curtains. The smell in the lobby, passages and rooms are all questionable. The bathrooms are filthy with muck gathered in basically every groove and corner. Our toilet got blocked. When the maintenance guy came to unblock it he was upset that we flushed the toilet paper and said we shouldn't do that because the pipes are narrow. We should wipe and throw the toilet paper into a plastic bag!! What the ??? He then proceeded to unblock the toilet and dragged the plunger across the room, dripping the poop water across the floor and didn't bother to clean up after himself. Our kids bathroom had no hot water. On the second night their toilet also got blocked. Rust in the kettles. The mugs look like they never get washed, just a quick rinse under the tap. The base covers of the beds are broken. There's cello tape covering the smoke alarms. I mean the list goes on. The cherry on top is that the service of the staff is utterly poor. And there's no room servicing while you're out. When trying to speak to one of the cleaners about this his response was... ”Arabic”. Which we responded to saying ”No Arabic... English”. Then he retorted ”No English, only Arabic... Same thing” I have never experienced such poor service ever. Please do not waste your money booking this horrid place. The images advertised are highly deceiving. Needless to say we booked another hotel fast and left on the second day!

|3.66km from city centerIf you looking for 4 star budget hotel then don’t look anywhere. This is the best you can get. They have a free shuttle bus service which runs every half an hour. It drops you at Marwa Gate. You got walk for 10 till 15 mins in order to reach at Haram. The pick you up from the same place. I didn’t have any issue for shuttle bus service. The shuttle service was good enough. The only down fall is the walking towards the haram. I had my son with me and he struggle to walk for each time. The food for hotel is worse. I did not like it at all. I had the breakfast buffet and paid 100 riyals. It was a worse food experience. The choice of breakfast was very limited. Overall it’s good budget hotel. I guess you to compromise somewhere.
