Finally, I made a lot of calls before I contacted Ctrip, saying that I would pay for it first (70💲) and then return it to me! It’s an unforgettable experience. I hope that Ctrip will not happen again in the future. And I don't know when the hotel will return the credit card from the credit card deduction!
