|0.89km from city centerThe overall environment is clean and tidy, everyone is very polite and does not disturb each other and is very quiet. The beds were comfortable. Overall, it is very warm and humane, with snacks, coffee, drinking water, microwave oven and hair dryer. The breakfast pastries were very greasy and sweet. The facilities and equipment are currently very new. Sometimes you have to queue up to take a shower. After staying for many days, they didn't take the initiative to change towels or help make the beds. Flaws: The bathroom is semi-outdoor and occasionally a little hot; the shower water is unstable in temperature; there is a waitress with a nose ring who always has a sour face.

Our room was on the third floor and had stairs, but they carried our luggage for us which was helpful.
The bed was clean and there was one bath towel and headphones.
The shower is in the same room as the toilet.
You will need to take precautions such as bringing short pants and slippers that you don't mind getting wet, so those who are not used to traveling may have trouble.
They were very kind and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

|0.96km from city centerBooked for my mom and dad when they came over from Sydney to visit. Mondrian guests are mainly Caucasians, didn’t find anything special about the room. Hallway feels claustrophobic. I find that it’s quite inconvenient have to take a lift to lobby and walk again to catch another lift to room. Location wise it’s close to Tanjong pagar, Chinatown etc. I think would suit younger guests than guests my parent’s age 50+. Won’t say the service or amenities are any impressive, my dad did a swim and there was something sharp that cut his foot in the pool. He notified the staff concern on safety for other guest. Hotel didn’t really do much in terms of service or follow up.

However, the accommodation provides earmuffs, but they are too big. However, the pub is closed on Sundays. It is very quiet for anyone who sleeps on Sunday night. What I don't like is that the bathroom is outside and locked with a code. You have to bring your mobile phone because you can't remember the code. There are advantages, such as free coffee, Milo, free water, and a spacious place to work and eat. The air conditioning in the shared room is not hot, but cool. Overall, it is not bad.

Room is beautiful! Although it's rather small, the layout of the room is good enough for it to not matter. One downside is that there was only one chair, which prompted us to move the table by the tv nearer to the bed so that both of us had a seat whilst eating.
You can get nespresso in the morning which doesnt add on to your bill and a mini 'fridge' to keep your cold items chilled!
Service was great too! Had in-room dining in the morning where we ordered the chef's brekkie. Took me a while to figure out how to call the front desk but when I did, everything else was seemless. However, the food we got didnt really live up to the price.
Location-wise, the hotel is near where you wanna go for a good shopping day. However, heading up the hill to get to the hotel is somewhat annoying. It wasnt as accessible as I hoped it to be. Best to drive to the hotel rather than public transport because you'd have to walk a distance and up a hill to get there.

Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc.

It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

If you don’t mind sharing bathroom it is good. The breakfast was also nice, possibility of cooking your own eggs. I’m not sure if when is many people it would be same experience as there are not many toilet and the breakfast space is not as big, only one hob. For us it was perfect.

The buses are also much closer than the subway. The minutes are here. The hotel facilities are fairly clean, the air conditioner has no noise, the bed is comfortable and not soft, there are free mineral water and oranges every day, there are not many samples for breakfast, but it is enough, eat in the morning and start the day. The room has a hair dryer, very nice. The front desk can help to call a taxi, there is a lift for the disabled, very practical. The room is very small, the washstand is next to the bed, the 20-inch suitcase barely opens two, and then it is more difficult to open the door.

She let us checkin early, just gotta sign up foe Ascott. There was a kitchen AND washing machine with detergent, not to.mention the 2 seperate bathrooms were great since we wouldn't have to wait to share. The lack of locks on the bathroom was a bit cumbersome but I do get why, in case children who are staying in the seperate bedroom lock themselves in.
All in all, would stay again since there really isn't another option for family-friendly apartment near/on Orchard road.

Plenty good restaurants, near to two SMRT stations, ”China town” and ”Maxwell”, The cleans of the room was amazing and in the same floor you can wash and dry your clothes free or charge. The cooking stuff enough to cook a regular meal. Decent Internet speed. Easy check in and out. quick to revert the deposit to my credit card. Overall wonderful stay

A palace ambience and super huge from the path way to the entrance and all the way to the unit. Felt like your own kingdom when you enter. Super economic price for singapore stay like this. The area is hidden in housing estate around tourist spot like chinatown and also towards east west side of singapore. They provide such a clean and huge water pressure not to mention which makes a plus tick for foreigner who is worried of water hygience. After my check out the staff also greeted me with super nice attitude and easy going personality. Very nice place that won't push or kick guest out once you complete the stay, everything was smooth and perfect. Nice idea of this concept!

Didn’t manage to experience the tea ceremony upon check-in. & the sunbed requires booking doesn’t limits the usage time, do take note even if you booked the sunbed at the mentioned time it may not be available. The only thing that is not perfect is the 30 Singapore dollar sanitation fee, which is not cleaned. It is said that it will be cleaned only once in 7 days. We only live for three days. We do n’t have cleaning tools ourselves, which makes us unreasonable.
