Already a very good hotel that can be booked in Male and the service is very good. Quite close to the airport, it is good as a transition hotel. Hygiene needs to be improved, but the overall transition is quite assured. Although it is very expensive compared to the price, it is still recommended as a transition hotel if you are bringing children.

The entire Male's hotel is probably of the Hanting class. Only available as a transition hotel. The service is very good, free pick-up and drop-off at the hotel is also delivered to the airport. It is recommended that you order a small suite with a balcony, otherwise the room is too small and very depressing. The ordinary room for the first night is very small! !! !! I stayed in the suite for one more night before going back, and felt more comfortable.

Оговорюсь сразу, я лояльный путешественник со стажем, видала всякое и разное. На Мальдивах в третий раз, до этого была только в резортах. Но вот решили разнообразить Мальдивы и посмотреть местный колорит. Изначально пожили 4 дня на Хулхумале и решили перебраться посмотреть сам Мале. Забронировали на три дня улучшенный номер с видом на море в Mookai Hotel, На фото не новый отель, но все чистое, номер просторный и 4*, на приятной скидке от Agoda, около 100$ сутки без завтрака, думаю ок. Приезжаем, а по факту Номер не соответствует фото, что при бронировании. Кровать вовсе не большая, наверное 150, хотя заявлено, что большая. Как по мне так это должна быть уж не меньше king size. Мебель вся оооочень старая, царапанная, как буд-то сейчас развалится. В ванной плесень, запах затхлости, все старое. Простынь с оторванным лоскутом примерно в 40см, вместо пододеяльника две старые простыни, в номере живут мошки, ползают везде, вроде не кусаются, но приятного мало, когда они и на блюдце и на чайнике. Грязные шторы снизу, были когда-то белые, но увы, время и. Грязь взяли своё, ощущение что полы по ним протирают, до оттенка чёрного цвета местами, светильник разваливается над кроватью. Клеили его скотчем изнутри неоднократно, кусков пластиката кое где не хватает. В номере стулья по типу кресла, с мягким сиденьем под шёлк. Лучше бы их просто вынесли. Они завошканые и с пятнами. Больше всего у меня вызвала отвращение это ванная, плесень для меня это неприемлемо, тем более в таких объемах и масштабах. Прихожу на рецепшен и прошу поменять номер, на чистый без плесени. Ко мне в номер отправляют сотрудника который нас провожал до номера посмотреть в чем причина моей просьбы. Приходит, спрашивает что не так. Показываю, объясняю, что с плесенью жить нельзя, на что он говорит, что сейчас все отмоем. Я в шоке, даже растерялась, но объяснила, что это не грязь и просто так это не отмыть. Ко всем остальным прелестям номера я в тот поменьше не обратилась, плесень для меня основной кошмар, да и не все остальное я сразу увидела. Сотрудник пошёл на рецепшен, я за ним. Ему выдают ещё ключ от такого же номера этажом выше. Заходим, он бежит показывать частичный вид на океан из-за стройки, а я в ванную, осматривать. Ситуация аналогичная. То же самое. В общем мне показали 3 номера, из них один более менее, но категория номера иная, окно выходит в старую стену, которая находится на расстоянии примерно 50-ти см от окна, не больше. Считай окна нет, темно как в подвале. Морально давит. Администрация отеля развела руками и предложила звонить в Агоду. Написала им в поддержку в инсту, с почты не грузились фото. Интернет так себе, онлайн грузит, а фото не подгружаешь и файл pdf было не скачать. Анода кое как ответили, что перебронировать другое вам не можем. И тут я поняла, что это не Букинг и не островок, которые клиентов не кидают. Жду как они и попрос

I was staying overnight in Malé for business, so this hotel was recommended as it was relatively close to where I would be working. As with any hotel, you need to manage your expectation based on the purpose, the price and the hotel category. I wasn't expecting anything too elaborate, so I wasn't surprised. The reception area is small, but functional. The process was quite quick and I was given my key. The lift is small but functional. I entered my room and it had everything I needed; clean bed, bathroom, desk and TV (not that I needed the latter!). I really only needed a place to sleep, shower and dress, so it was ideal. Saying that, it's very basic. There's nothing wrong with the place, but it depends on the reason you are staying there. If it's budget, then you should expect what you get! The only strange thing was the hot water system in the bathroom. Other than that, it was fine. I enjoyed a cool night's sleep! Breakfast was included in my package. Again, don't expect too much. You order from the menu and they serve you in a very basic cafe style area which is next to the check in reception area. It's fine as it's slightly separated. The breakfast was okay. Nothing too elaborate, but then again, you get what you pay for. It was good enough for me! Would I stay here again? On business, for 1 night? Yes, sure. Why not?

First of all they didn’t arrange anyone to pick us from airport and we had to go by ourselves and carry 4 luggage with a small kid ! And they said it’s trip’s app problem! Room very small and view to the another building’s window. Room had no slippers , soap , shampoo and other necessities, called them 4 times and asked , they said ok we will come and check but finally they didn’t until we checked out ! Price not match with the hotel’s quality Breakfast was ok restaurant’s food was great

I found this hotel at booking, sadly not so many reviews, but i decided to give it a chance. I really liked it, it was clean, very close to the ferry port (to and from the airport) so I arrived this way from the airport. Rooms are pretty and renewed. Bed was comfortable. Nice air conditioner and fan, both working and helped me to feel fresh. I had a dinner which was really tasty, my congratulations to the person who cooked it. Also overall all the staff were really friendly and polite. I had my departure early at the morning, so they packed my breakfast in a box. Liked: - Staff: Very friendly and polite. Always answered my emails and at the hotel they made my stay very nice. Thanks for this. - Location (5 minutes by walking to ferry) - Food, very tasty dinner (though I ordered a spicy food that I like, but if you don't be careful about what you order) - Room was clean and fresh. I really liked this place and I completely recommend it.

The first day said that it was an airport pick-up. We waited for half an hour at the airport and didn't come. As a result, we called Ctrip and said that no one was picking up the plane, let us play the taxi ourselves. Later, I found Ctrip to handle the expenses for us. The downstairs of the room is the beach, but the beach is not good, and it is messy everywhere. No beach on the island is clean and beautiful. The room in the gourd horse is very small and very noisy, and the house is being built next to it. The room was clean and the breakfast was very simple. A few slices of bread and an omelette with a glass of orange juice were the same every day. It can only be used as a transition to the island for a day or two. There is no comparison with the island. On the second day, we took a taxi past Malé. The 10 minutes journey took us $25, it was too dark! The city of Male is the capital of the Maldives. Come and go out and see, the small capital. There are shops that exchange coins in the urban area, and RMB 100 is exchanged for 200 Lafia. $100 is for 1555 yuan of Lafia, and you can buy things with Lafia, and it’s a good deal to eat. It’s not worthwhile to pay in dollars! Half a day is enough. Don't go by boat, just take a taxi and go to the China-Malaysia Friendship Bridge in the past. When we went back, we exchanged the Lafia currency in Malé. We could rent it back to the hotel with only 100 Lafite. Equivalent to RMB 50.

I stayed only for one night and during my whole stay construction was going on. It was not so pleasant when you tired to hear that noice. However, reception staff are all super polite and friendly and helpful all the time. I requested a late checkout which I was provided. Furthermore it was a Friday and I need to visit mosque to pray but I did not have proper uniform but hotel staff helped me to sort out this case and I am really glad for that. Room was super clean and super cozy, I loved it. However, towel was only one for 2 people, I did not know why. As my partner was flying abroad, I was the only one who used that towel. At the end of my stay, I left from this hotel with a full of positive emotions and honestly I recommend to all. Minor things can happen even in 5* luxuries resorts as well, as per my work experience. You will not regret during your stay there. Thank you very much for whole staff. Sorry that I could not mention any names of Reception and concierge guy.

We stayed here for the second time before catching our flight home after a dive trip. It is fine for one night, the room was clean and the air con worked great. This island is man made, so space is at a premium. We booked a twin in the hope that we might have a bit more bed space, but the floor space was not really big enough to have both our dive bags open at the same time. However the staff were absolutely delightful. The rooftop restaurant was really nice and the food and service was great. We had to leave at 5.15 and there was a lovely breakfast spread out with yogurt and juices and fruit beautifully presented. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed for two nights Pros: Compared with the surrounding prices, it’s much cheaper. Generally clean. The location is great. It’s only one block from the beach. There are also many small restaurants nearby. Cons: 1. I made an appointment for the airport pick-up but didn’t come. After waiting for half an hour, I called again, but said that we could not come, and we had to go by car. 2. It was generally clean, but there were small stains on the bed sheets and bath towels. 3. Said that the credit card machine was broken and could only accept cash. It was not fixed until the last day. 4. I have never seen a more disgusting place. This cannot be called a hotel. Bed linen is an incomplete set. Instead of a blanket, a synthetic blanket without a sheet, a synthetic towel. It’s like you’re in a barn: everything is tattered, there are traces of leaks, everything is completely miserable and destroyed at the price of a European hotel. Everything evokes a feeling of disgust. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel's free airport shuttle is great. All the staff are very friendly. It's about a 10-minute drive from the airport. After landing, go directly to the hotel counter at the airport. Staff will arrange a ride to the hotel. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the staff will help with luggage. The room is clean and tidy. There is a water storage water heater. You can't take a shower too hard because there will be no hot water. Overall good value for money and worth recommending to stay for one night

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! My most pleasant experience among all the hostels that I know. Very quiet pleasant atmosphere. Capsules create a cozy, protected space where you can truly relax and recharge. There is everything you need inside - recharging, USB, ventilation which can be turned on/off if necessary, so as not to freeze. The eye-pleasing blue lighting inside the capsules makes you feel like you're on a space station. 🩵🩵🩵 Fast Wi-Fi. There is a safe inside. I stayed there in a twin room with my friend for 1 night. The stay was good. However after the check out I received a call from the hotel and the guy who spoke to me was very rude. He told me that we did not inform them about the dirty towels and now their boss will be angry. I told them that we requested for room clean but they said it will be provided on the next day. And that Bangladeshi guy said we caused them a loss by making the towels dirty. I asked them if they don't have any towels in their stock and this guy hung up. It was so offensive and so unethical to call their customer and speak like that. Besides no hospitality establishment staff can call to their customer and say we cause them a loss or give lectures like that. I know about this because me and my friend who stayed with me, we work in the same industry. This was the first and last time there. We will never go back to hathaa beach again.

Great location just front of beach. Stayed in sea view room and it was 1 st floor. Always hearing sound of waves was fantastic and relaxing. I loved it !! Just close to the road because of 1 st floor , it can be noisy sometime. But not much bothered to me. Room interior was basic. There is balcony. Enough space for relax. Bath room shower was okay but staying longer in the shower , it can be no more hot water. It may be hot water tank is not so big enough. Service was wonderful. Breakfast was okay.

Seasalter is your average neighborhood hotel with a lobby on one floor, rooms on the second and a restaurant on the third. But what sets it apart are the warm people who were always helpful and had a smile on their faces. We were traveling with an infant and were concerned about what we would get to feed her. However, the chef was kind enough to make a meal to our exact specifications. Anando at the reception took care of our every need as did the staff at the “high tide” restaurant. But this review would be incomplete without the mention of the incredible food we had there. Fresh, delicious and very generous portions. Recommend if you have a day or two in the city.

”We arrived on October 1st, taking a late-night flight, so we decided to stay on the mainland and travel to the resort the next day. When we arrived, it was pouring rain, and we were very happy with this decision. Our reservation included free transportation, which proved to be extremely convenient. Prior to our arrival, the hotel had provided us with instructions, and as per those instructions, Andrew, the hotel manager and an all-rounder, picked us up from the airport. We noticed long queues for taxis, but we didn't have to endure that, thanks to the complimentary transportation. The hotel check-in process went smoothly, and all the standard facilities were fully available. We had dinner through our reservation, and it was one of the best meals we've had, both in terms of quality and affordability. The next day, the hotel coordinated with our resort and arranged the drop-off for us by 12:00 PM. The organization was excellent, and special thanks go to Andrew, who ensured that our short stay was highly memorable. This is the best place to stay on the mainland before you head to your dream resort.”

Stayed here for 8 weeks and it was a brilliant. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and simply can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well presented and immaculate. Beach is a stone throw away aswell. Gordon the chef serves up very good food aswell. Mr Hugo is always available to sort anything out, the whole team were superb. Hope to see you all again soon

It was a great experience. We were picked up from the airport within 10 minutes of calling. Check in was great - greeted with some juice while we enjoyed the patio. The room was as promised - comfortable beds, nice little patio. We enjoyed the breakfast as well - we were able to sample some local food. My wife took a fall on the sidewalk and scrapped her knee. The staff was so nice. The rushed to get the medical kit and insisted on properly cleaning and dressing the scrape. I wish I could remember her name - she was so caring - you'll know here when you get there. She has amazing hazel/green eyes and kind smile. Thank you!

The hotel is strategically located and within walking distance to bus stations, Fahim Plaza, restaurants and the apartment we booked overlook the beautiful sea. Emerald green water that calm the nerves is a sight that is so welcoming from the balcony of the apartment we booked. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and well kept. The washing machine and kitchen made our stay even more pleasant and at ease. The manager, Unais, is super helpful and very prompt in accomodating to our requests and queries. He even sourced out the best island hopping guides for us. I highly recommend this hotel as it is elderly and kids friendly I will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Maldives again. I was disappointed when i stayed at the Hotel & the experience did not meet my expectations. I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms, because of the smell from sewerage after complain they changed to another room and unfortunately the second room also same cannot breathe because of smell from sewerage. The beds were extremely hard and the television didn't work either. When I complained about television they said they check and fix it but no one came to fix it. Hot water kettle was provided without tea and coffee, when I request coffee they said it’s not available.
