Très bel hôtel. Notre chambre avait une vue dégagée sur l'océan. Bouilloire à disposition avec thé et café. Amabilité et disponible du personnel ; j'ai pu boire une bière à 22h. Le petit déjeuner est qualitatif et copieux avec de bons produits ( baguette et confiture entre autre).

The location is very convenient, as it’s on the main street. The hotel is close to several bars and restaurant, and 2 minutes far from the telepherique. The staff is available any time of the day, rooms are of the right size (they just miss the minibar), the bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good with many kinds of food. The common areas in the hall are comfortable as well, with tables, nice sofas and games. One of the pictures I posted is the view from room 112.

We loved our one night stay! Super-comfortable twin room with huge shower, coffee machine and fridge, pool and sauna. Public areas chic and comfortable. Staff helpful and attentive. Swift action when our bathroom tap malfunctioned resolving the problem quickly. Free luggage storage after our stay so we could explore the city before our train to Rennes. Would definitely stay again!

What a fabulous stay we had, from the warm welcome at reception to a friendly goodbye from the team. We had the most comfortable and luxurious room, it was a real home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, they recommend places to see, shops and bars to visit. The restaurant is exceptional with a lovely array of dishes. I cannot recommend this well run hotel enough, go and enjoy a friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff.

Ibis is a budget chain and the rooms aren't big or luxurious. But the bed is excellent, there are spare pillows, the shower is first-rate and (rarest of all) it has terrific lighting and a good work space -- hard to improve in the budget format, to be honest. The breakfast at this hotel was also much better than I remember from previous ibis stays, and well worth just under 11 euros for a great start to the day. The location is out of town -- but Brest is a town where the suburbs are more attractive than the centre. Free parking is welcome.

We enjoyed having L'Amiraute as our base during a week in Brest, for a mixture of business and pleasure. It is conveniently placed for the town and the university, and the ambience is very nice. The prospect of returning there at the end of every day was always pleasant. We found the mattress slightly on the firm side, but the scrambled eggs at breakfast were magnifique!

The hotel is a modern hotel, which is renovated or very recently, and offers a relaxing and relaxing stay. The area is quiet despite the first impression. Cet établissement moderne bénéficie d’une situation privilégiée avec un grand parking (payant) et la proximité du port et de ses nombreux restaurants. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Système de code unique permettant l’accès simultané à l’hôtel, à sa chambre et à la Wifi. Chambre équipée d’une manière spartiate, surtout en ce qui concerne le siège, une sorte de tabouret avec un dossier qui vous esquinte le dos. Heureusement, dès le lendemain la responsable me prêtait une des chaises du restaurant. Autrement, la chambre dispose d’une toute petite tablette ne facilitant pas le travail avec un ordinateur, d’un porte bagage mural, d’un téléviseur, d’une bouilloire avec tout ce qu’il faut pour se faire du thé ou du café, y compris des canettes d’eau plate. Le seul plus, dans cette catégorie d’hôtel, un grand coffre-fort. Salle de bains plutôt petite avec cabine de douche, WC et sèche-cheveux. Un écriteau vous indique que vous pouvez emporter le sèche-cheveux. « Il vous sera facturé 29 euros » ! Petit déjeuner en libre-service avec les mets et boissons habituels, de bonne qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel, compte tenu de ses commodités, pour de courts séjours car la chambre est trop petite pour de longs séjours.
