|18.5km from city centerThis hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

|16.02km from city centerVery unique location, it is a cliff hotel, located between Patong Beach and Karon Beach. It is convenient to take a golf cart to go up and down in the hotel. The room is a wide view room with beautiful scenery. The balcony is large and has a jacuzzi. It would be perfect if the water temperature is higher. Cape Rock restaurant has only been open for a month, the dishes are rich, the quality is good, and the service is also great. Will come again!

It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea, along the way there is a 7/12, barbershops, cafes, all kinds of fruit stalls where you can make any fresh juice from tropical fruits, massage parlors, etc. On the beach itself there is a smoking area/beer/fresh juices/jet skis/toilet/shower, in general, everything your heart desires! We spent 2 weeks in complete relaxation. I recommend it to everyone!

The staff was friendly and politely inform us that the room was not ready because we arrived quite early on the day. But, since it was our first time traveling to Patong, we dont mind to wait and left our luggage at the counter. There was so many places to explore nearby. Other than that, not only it is pocket-friendly, but it's also conveniently located just a 3-5 minute walk away from the hostel to the vibrant night market, where you can indulge in delicious local food, shopping mall, explore tour centers, enjoy the nightlife at clubs, relax on the beach, massage and even shop for souvenirs. There is a big bathtub under the floor-to-ceiling window. There is also a balcony facing the back mountain. I used the hotel's hot water bottle to burn 5 pots of water and washed a half hot bath. The kettle is overheating and cannot be protected continuously. It takes a while to cool down. It takes too long. The hot water is not enough.

I wanted to arrange Shuttle to pick me up from the airport to the hotel.
But no one responded to the email
It only takes 10 minutes to call the hotel and the fare is about 170 Thai dollars.
It’s even cheaper if your hotel arranges a car (it costs 200 Thai dollars)
The hotel does not have slippers or toothpaste, but toothbrushes are provided
However, the hotel staff was kind and informed that if you want to purchase, you need to go to a convenience store.

|11.5km from city centerHad a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well kept, clean with a nice modern design. It has all the standard amenities plus the room and bathroom is really large so that adds to the comfort. The balcony comes with stools and a mini table. The bed was surprisingly comfy and better than most hotels I've stayed at. The only drawback of the room is the air conditioning which I think is too cold and can't be adjusted, but that's not so bad in the hot climate.
The location is top notch and within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants and shopping mall. There will be a lot of night music and traffic noises nearby so I chose a room facing the pool / garden side and that already cancels out 95% of the noise.
I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast.

The hotel staff are nice and they are fluent in English. We have no communication problems at all. The house keeping even helped to double check if we have brought everything with us when we check out. The location is perfect, just 5 to 10 Mins from Patong Beach, which is like the central of Phuket. Everything you need you can find it there. Shopping, water activities, site seeing, and good restaurants. We had an awesome stay. Definitely wroth the 🤑🤑🤑.. love it here .. would definitely return back to Rosewood

Also more then one activity was out of service, like the kids zone, the air-conditioning wasn't working also ladies massage and spa was out of service.
However we loved the pool.

It’s a bit far from the sea (20 minutes walk)
Service 10/5 speak good English.
The room was generally clean, but there were minor flaws (scuffs and scratches on the floor, stains on the sofa). And the room looks great!
The breakfasts are excellent, the portions are large, you can choose two dishes from the morning menu per person, plus snacks, fruits, drinks, etc. (buffet).
For our last breakfast they made us a farewell dessert, delicious and pleasant.
Would we return to this place again, definitely yes!

This trip to Phuket chose the modern wind pool villa at Bangtao Beach, it is so wise!
The Thai butler service is super intimate and responsive. Any problem can be solved quickly, so that our vacation has no worries. The villa is very new and well equipped. The pool is awesome, the moment you turn on the lights, it is beautiful, and there is a massage function. It is very comfortable to open the massage when you are tired.
The four bedrooms are equipped with separate bathrooms, and the living room has a separate guest bathroom. It is too convenient for many people to travel, and there will be no trouble in use at all. The combination of washing machine and dryer is also great. The clothes after drying are not wrinkled and can be worn directly. The ice making function of the refrigerator adds a lot of coolness and convenience to the tropical holiday. The air conditioner is quickly cooled and can be felt as soon as you enter the room.
Every detail of the villa shows the quality and comfort, and every day spent here is relaxed and enjoyable. Highly recommended to friends who come to Phuket to travel and want to enjoy a high-quality accommodation experience!

The background was another hotel with which we were unfortunately not at all satisfied. The hotel has a very large and beautifully landscaped pool. The rooms are well furnished, unfortunately a bit noisy. During our second stay we had very noisy neighbors, which meant we were able to observe this very closely. The location is OK and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has its own cafe with good food, good coffee and very tasty desserts. Wat Chalong and Chalong Pier can be reached very quickly. However, you should generally rent a vehicle as other places are more difficult to reach. We would go there again.

I don’t know how this hotel has got such good reviews. The only things on its side are the staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff. Rooms were very tidy and the design of the hotel is very nice.
However, the road noise inside the room is atrocious. I have never in my life stayed somewhere as loud, the balcony lets on so much noise. The shower/bath is extremely odd, there’s a glass window from the bedroom that looks directly into the shower. The shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor no matter what you do to prevent it, so after every shower the bathroom is a wet room. Location isn’t very good compared to so many in Patong, it’s a 20 minute walk at the very least to the beach. It is hilarious what they call a gym as well, really not up to the standard of any other hotel I have stayed in Thailand that had a gym.
I give the Marina Phuket Hotel 5/10, terrible sleep due to the noise, terrible bedroom design.
