The location of the hotel is very good. It takes a long time to reach the scenic spots. The entrance is also a parking place. Good location, right on the side of the square! No breakfast, no kitchen, no toiletries, no slippers, no parking, it took a long time to find the hotel by car! The nearest paid parking lot is 10 minutes walk and 10 euros a night! The facilities are more general, the water heater can only be rushed by two people, and the third person has to wait for a long time! very inconvenient! Ctrip's service is too bad, communication is not timely, and understanding ability is seriously problematic! Never go abroad to book a hotel on Ctrip!

The breakfast is simple but more attentive, and the location is excellent. The front entrance of the hotel is the commercial center, and the back entrance is not more than 5 minutes' walk up the mountain to reach the old town. There is a free parking lot, and the service is superb, helping iron the clothes for free. Great choice in Zagreb.

The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

It was a very close and clean accommodation to the square in Zagreb.Walcom Water and Champagne were unexpected pleasures. The air conditioning facilities also worked well, so I kept comfort throughout. However, the pub on the rooftop is famous or it is noisy at night. It would be nice to provide earplugs and replace the middle block door with a soundproof door. I want to go again if I go again.

This is a relatively new hotel, and it's sparkling clean. We had a modest-sized room, very clean and comfortable. The thermostat was not responsive, but we cracked open a window, and it was fine - we're cold sleepers. A bath tub was a nice plus. Our booking included breakfast, and we ate there two mornings. The buffet selection was extensive, probably the best breakfast buffet we've seen, except for one exceptional hotel in Dubai. And the staff, from the front desk to the dining area, could not have been more helpful. Two items that could improve the experience: The refrigerator was the smallest that we've ever seen, maybe a cubic foot, if that. A dorm-sized fridg would be a major improvement for those, like us, who need a refrigerator. The second improvement would be providing a small microwave. In the United States, even budget hotels will feature a microwave. Maybe this is a European thing, but we really missed having a microwave. All that aside, we would definitely stay here again. In this price range, it's one of the nicest hotels we've ever booked, here or in the States.

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!
