Reception person was nice enough. Spoke to the ”Chef” a day or so prior to check-in - requested and was given a front facing, lower floor room. Upon check-in given a 3rd room floor with NO couch (where the couch should be) and no chair. Back to reception; given a 5th floor room with SAME result; back to reception. Given a 6th floor room which at least had a chair where the couch should have been - I'll stay here buuuuut mini fridge inop as was the Thermostat. Bathroom water pressure was dismal with no condiments; good I always bring my own. BTW exiting the elevator on the 6th floor: lights were out in the hallway and as I always check the stairway, also dark, told reception who called maintenance who solved the problem.

In my opinion all things begin with the front desk personnel who were friendly, well spoken and ready to assist. The hotel and rooms are immaculately clean. Rooms are well thought out with fridge, mico and stove functioning as they should, comfortable bed, roomy shower with good water pressure. Ample enough breakfast with good coffee.

After checking in, there was no paper towel in the room. There was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, and they were not proactive in solving the problem. I notified the front desk myself the next day. The front desk said that the security guard didn't understand English or something. I left a note for the front desk who understood English. The front desk who was on duty the next day still didn't deliver it to the room. The service was not enthusiastic and they didn't pay much attention to the feedback. When I checked in, I confirmed that there was a laundry room, but they didn't actively provide laundry detergent and instructions for use. There was no signboard for the laundry room, which was very difficult to notice. I didn't find it until the next day. I wanted to wash my clothes on the first day, but I wasted time and didn't wash them.

The check-in process was very simple, if you do it in advance, upon arrival at the hotel you just have to enter the PIN code at the entrance and in the machine in the lobby, scan our QR code, put a card on the reader and generate the access card. The hotel was near the Porsche Museum and had a good location. Please note that it is a gentle uphill slope from the station, so if you have large luggage it may be a little difficult. There are not many shops near the station (Porsche factory area), but there is a McDonald's, a restaurant, a pub with karaoke, and a kebab shop next to the hotel, so I didn't have any problems until night. (It was very helpful to get ice cream, drinks with ice, and bottled water at McDonald's when I came home at night.) Also, the Italian restaurant next to the hotel was good value for money. The hotel's lock was an old-fashioned key system, but it was highly secure as it required a lot of skill to open it (lol). Also, although there was no air conditioning in the room, there was a fan, which was useful for drying hand-washed clothes.
