Nice and fridly staff. I had missed one member in our group in the booking but there was no problem to fix and not even any extra charge. Great location with good breakfast and nice rooms. Beds where comfortable. I recommend it and will most likely stay here the next time we visit Cyprus.

The hotel’s All Inclusive option was very good value for money and the hotel was situated in a very convenient location of Ayia Napa which was of walking distance to a number of bars, beaches, restaurants, shops and the theme park. I am a bit late in writing this review. We stayed Sept 2019 to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I always knew I would have to write a review, but how do you review the perfect hotel? I can tell you the location is perfect, the accomodation is good, the food and drink is great as is the pool, as you would expect from a perfect hotel. What sets this hotel aside is the feeling of home. Yes we have stayed here before but there are staff here that we have never met before but all have the same philosophy and that is to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble, we felt this from every single person we encountered. On my parents 50th we had a table set aside with linen, flowers sparkling wine and personal service which included a cake specially made by the pastry chef to mark the occasion. The manageress takes a keen interest in your stay which is never intrusive but enough to know the enjoyment of your stay is of the utmost importance, I am well travelled around Europe and have not encountered this anywhere else. Elsewhere you are just a number, this is definitely not so at this hotel. If you are looking to stay in Cyprus you'd be mad to book anywhere else. Can't thank the staff at Sancta Napa enough hope we are lucky enough to visit again one day. To Ele and all staff at Sancta Napa I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my parents 50th unforgettable. Can't wait for the next time whenever that may be xx.

The hotel is new, modern and spotless clean. What is lacking is the client service during the stay. There seems to be the rule: the hotel management is king, not the customer. 1st “incident”: booked “Deluxe Sea View Room” (see picture). The sea I only saw when standing on the balcony looking sharp left around the corner of the privacy fence. First statement of Reception: this is sea view. Discussed further 15 min, received sea view room. 2nd: We (3 colleagues with 3 rooms) invited 2 colleagues who stayed in another hotel to our pool area. They were sitting on our sunbeds. Maybe for 15 min we used a fourth sunbed. Pool bar staff immediately came and stated rudely “visitors are not allowed here, you have to leave now”! Discussion with guest relation manager kind of fruitless. She only admit that the personnel should have approached us nicer.

Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel is located just outside the touristy Ayia Napa, 20 minutes walk and 10 minutes from Nissi beach. For a family with young children: great. There is sufficient (free) parking space. We had a renovated room, family room, with bunk beds for the children. A nice room with good beds and facilities. Bunk bed is also sufficiently long (I think 2 meters). Pavlo Napa has 2 buildings. The main building, which also houses breakfast/dinner and the swimming pool, and a separate building behind another hotel. we were in the detached building, less view, but certainly not annoying (less than 1 min walk). Swimming pool and sunbeds: top. Quiet pool, Sunbeds with thick cushions. well maintained. At the pool is also the playground and the children's pool (50cm deep). You can walk to the beach from the pool. The sunbeds on the beach are owned by the municipality and cost EUR 2.5. The hotel has a lunch restaurant at the pool/beach. good food and not too expensive (from the hotel with a 10% discount), but there are also other options nearby. We also found it an advantage that the restaurants in the area have a playground for children. fun for the kids and great for the parents. here too the prices for the food are not too high: an average of 12-17 euros for a dish. All in all had a great time..

This is the second time I come to the hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location, which is about 50 meters away from every main street and about 400 meters from the sea. The hotel has really comfortable rooms that provide really good conditions, a really rich breakfast but the same *** every day. The employees are very helpful and kind and really want to help, I arrived one day and thought to check a hotel closer to the sea, but it was so pleasant that it was really unnecessary to make a change.... Even if I come again I will take this hotel.

The hotel staff at the reception and in the restaurants around the pool are not welcoming, don't expect a late check out. They only approve those who book through them. Our flight is at 23:50 and we were left without showers from 13:00 even though we requested a late check-out from the day of booking.
