The hotel is small, but the sanitation is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The parking lot is across the road. You can park your car at the entrance of the hotel to check in. I thought it was 5 yuan to park, but when I left, I realized that it was 5 yuan to leave at 6 am. , we left at 10 and paid $18 for parking, the room had a fridge, no microwave.

It is no different from a superior room, far beyond imagination, surprising, service is in place, very comfortable, is the ideal choice, will come here in the future, all real and effective reviews will be displayed. We stayed at the Courtyard for three nights over July 4 weekend and were very pleased with our experience. The hotel is well located for downtown Baltimore, very close to Pier 6 Pavilion if going to a concert there and not far from other sites as well (Reggie Lewis Museum, Maryland Jewish Museum). The room and facility was very very clean and the staff was pleasant and VERY helpful throughout, appreciative that we were staying there. We had a few needs for housekeeping help - a corkscrew and sheets and towels for the couch plus figuring out temperature control on the mini fridge - and in all three cases, staff was at the room in very short order. This is not a super fancy hotel - it's not claiming to be - but it is well priced and comfortable. If not interested in paying for hotel parking, the Little Italy parking garge is about 3-4 blocks away & there is free parking near there as well (be careful of signage though). Overall, a very very positive experience for sure. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel is strategically located and safe, close to Baltimore's inner harbor, with beautiful scenery, high-end business buildings and historical attractions nearby, and it is particularly beautiful to walk at night. A typical American breakfast, not many varieties, eggs, bread and fruit are absolutely full, and the waiter is particularly good. Every Wednesday night, you can enjoy a free dinner, providing rare vegetable salad, unexpected joy. Free coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day in the lobby. Room service did not provide face towels one day, and under the communication of Ctrip customer service, there was a lot of improvement in the next few days. One night, the toilet was suddenly blocked, but the floor service staff and maintenance staff came to dredge in time, and did not affect the residence. Overall, it is recommended to live.

Had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in June 2024 for a wedding. Everything was wonderful; super comfortable beds, very clean hotel, & a Starbucks & restaurant on location. Also great places in walking distance for food & entertainment. The very best thing about this hotel is the amazing staff who are always kind & helpful. Two of the staff that stand out the most work at the front desk Kimeka & Trudie who can handle just about anything while remaining professional. I would surely stay at this beautiful hotel again while in the area. I give the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor a five star rating.

National aquarium is a 20 minute walk and Camden yards close too. Save up a little longer to book here- it is crazzzzy expensive. It was very lovely. The view of the water from our room was magnificent. The room was a great size and was very clean. The only thing I wish is that the parking garage was a little closer, but they do offer valet service. So all in all I had a great experience. O and also they let me check in early, which was a life saver.

I’m writing this review because I had an amazing experience with one of the guest service staff members at the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront Minbahadur Ghimire. He was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to help with everything, from making sure the TV was working smoothly to setting up Netflix for me, made my stay feel personalized and truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are kept spotlessly clean. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. Every meal was fresh, and the dining experience was a highlight of my stay. The only area that could use improvement is the gym. The equipment is outdated and could definitely use an upgrade. With newer machines and more options, the gym would certainly set the hotel apart even more. Aside from that, the hotel’s location is fantastic. It’s right on the waterfront, close to many attractions, and provides easy access to everything Baltimore has to offer. Overall, my experience was great, and I highly recommend staying here! This version highlights the staff first, as requested, then provides details about the hotel and amenities, including the gym feedback.

I am a frequent Hilton customer and Hilton Honors member, but will avoid this particular hotel in the future. My family stayed here as part of a block of rooms my niece reserved for her wedding The rooms and views were beautiful, and most of the staff were very friendly; however, we were absolutely shocked and appalled as to how the bar manager treated our wedding guests the Friday night before the wedding. My niece had called in advance and was assured the bar/restaurant could accommodate our crowd, as we came in from all over the U.S. for the event. Instead, the bar manager seemed thoroughly annoyed and bothered all night, and began yelling at some of the guests to MOVE away from the entrance, even though we were not blocking anyone from entry. While the bar apparently closes at 11 pm, we were told by the bartenders at 10:15 that the manager announced it was last call. We are not an unruly group. We were just enjoying some drinks and each other’s company since we rarely get the chance to see each other. (My son and I had just been through Hurricane Milton and were just happy to be safe with family.) My brother-in-law civilly asked if he could inquire about the early closing with the bar manager, who then came over loudly announcing that if anyone wanted to know her name, it was Lanesha, and that she would be happy to spell it if someone wanted to complain. My sister, the mother of the bride, also attempted to calmly speak to her privately, explaining that it was her daughter’s wedding, and that her behavior was making us feel unwelcome, and that it seemed like she was angry with us. The manager was apparently very offended by the use of the word “angry,” and became immediately irate, introducing a discussion about race into a situation that had nothing to do with race. She then walked over to the check-in desk and told the receptionist there to tell us to all quiet down and began turning the lights on and off to make us leave. Many had already left at that point, and the few who remained were simply dumbfounded as to what was happening. We asked the bartenders (most who seemed terribly embarrassed) what we had done to offend anyone, and they just uncomfortably explained they thought it might just be a difference in the way people communicate. I then tried to speak to the manager myself, informing her that I would be leaving reviews detailing this incident, to which she responded that she was “being harassed” and was now calling security. Security??? Again, just absolutely shocked—as this was completely unnecessary. To my knowledge, at no time did anyone other than the manager raise their voice or behave in a way that was inappropriate or threatening (check the security video should there be any doubt). The handful of us left walked outside as security showed up. Together, the manager stood laughing with them, clearly unintimidated in any way. My niece, the bride, told the manager on her way out that she had spoken to the hotel in advance re

This is probably the single worst motel/hotel I have stayed in my entire life. I arrived early, so I understand some wait. I had to wait more than 2 hours (most hotels I have stayed at do have rooms ready before the listed check-in time). The staff was basically all from fairly to very unfriendly. After waiting for 1 & 1/2 hours I was told one room might be ready. After listening to the client before me state the Wi-Fi was completely inaccessible, I asked them what else I could expect not to work in this room. At this point the manager did an about face and told me I would have to wait another 30 minutes (they were obviously trying to dump me in a completely dysfunctional room). After another 30 minutes I was told the room was on the 3d floor, not the ground floor (I had an injury to my ankle tendon, so it was difficult to walk). When I arrived in the room this is what I found: 1) the door had been busted open repeatedly, so all the locks were loose and had been badly reattached. 2) the faucet fixture was completely loose and wiggly. 3) The hardware in the bathtub to turn the water on and off and regulate hot water was also completely loose and half busted. 4) The toilet seat was loose. 5) On the second day I found a live cockroach in the bathroom. 6) The AC and heating unit was basically impossible to adjust properly to a good temperature and was incredibly noisy when it came on 'automatically' so I had to turn it off. 7) The 'dinette' table attached to the wall was also loose. 8) The only 2 full days (in succession) that I stayed at the property, the front desk locked me out of my room by reprogramming the card keys: not only were there no apologies, but a holier-than-thou arrogant attitude when I complained about their actions. 9) There were innumerable people with significant problems staying at the motel. It almost looked like it was also functioning as a housing location for the destitute and the mentally questionable. On Saturday morning a lady trudged around the 3d and 4th floors, heavily banging and dragging her feet, and every 2-3 seconds emitting very loud lamentations. She did this for about 1 and ½ hours. People had barking dogs at 5 in the morning. There was constant car traffic at all hours of the night. Much door slamming. While some of this might be fully acceptable if it were a charitable organization housing the disadvantaged, to do this as or in combination with a motel, is unacceptable. 10) The cleaning ladies resented cleaning, and basically did nothing and made you feel they had just graciously performed the most difficult and demanding task in the world for just changing the towels. 11) I asked if they gave wake-up calls. The lady at the desk said she didn’t really know who would be there. She then agreed to a certain time in the morning the following day. ***Of course, that call was never made. 12) When given the card keys to enter the room, absolutely no instructions were given for the internet. Previously a man had comp

Hotel location is very good. Just in the port area. The scenery in the next round is very good. The hotel's daily store is also delicious. The main one is very safe. Compared with other four seasons, the obvious feeling is that the sanitary preparations are slightly inferior. There is actually a dead ant under the pillow. There are mosquitoes in the room, 16th floor, I really don't know where to come... Oh, the breakfast environment is also very good, overall good, recommended!

I had read previous reviews about the hotel needing to be updated but thought it would be okay for a quick overnight stay since I was in town for a wedding. But after my experience I wouldn’t come back—not even for another quick stay. I want to say the staff was helpful and friendly, but the hotel itself leaves less to be desired. I discovered after leaving out the room for my event that my door did not immediately lock, which as a solo traveler is a major concern. The staff that came to help showed me that I had to maneuver the handle a certain way to get the door to fully shut. From what I gathered many other guest call and have to be shown the same technique. For a hotel at this level, guests shouldn’t need to do a special door handling technique to get their doors to properly close and lock. My room was clean but did have chipped furniture, a crack in the hall closet door, the chair in the room was stained, and stains were all over the walls but it may have been bad touch up paint jobs—I’m not sure. My last issue was with the valet service. I came back from the wedding festivities quite late and planned to use the service so that I didn’t have to self park and walk back to the hotel alone but no one was there. I asked the front desk staff if the service was available and she confirmed it was but no one knew where he went and he had been missing for quite some time. Luckily there was street parking available right across from the entrance and I parked there instead. Even though the staff I encountered were great, I wouldn’t visit again since I had so many solo safety concerns and the room wasn’t nice enough to help make up for it either. Please update the rooms to match the lovely architecture!

I booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

Baltimore is really a bad city to carry out. It is the only hotel that does not have to go to the street with the exhibition hall. Therefore, it has chosen to be better than the imagination. It is very clean and has a sense of service. The day before yesterday, the hotel is really not in the hotel. What is the only restaurant to eat? It’s hard to eat. The 4th floor gym has a big platform to catch up with the weekend. You can watch the game. There is also a room with a balcony. You can also see that the stadium pool is dirty and really dirty. There will be a bunch of black kids. A bunch of black kids sneaked on the platform and were alarmed to let the police smash away. So the security of this hotel is still possible.

The hotel facilities are very simple, but worthy of the hotel's stay price. But personally feel that the safety measures are not good. If it is a female friend, it is recommended to book carefully, because the insurance facilities on the door of the room are bad (I changed two rooms).

Ctrip's club suites are free to use the club's exclusive lounge, breakfast (6:00-9:30), free Wi-Fi and free parking, you can see that the hotel is old, but the maintenance is not bad; The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that there was a cockroach in the bathroom on the first night of the stay. The clothes on Saturday were good for me on Monday morning (no laundry service on Sunday). As a result, I asked the front desk to wash the clothes on Monday morning. Wash, the fastest can only get at 1 o'clock in the afternoon,

Don't live here if you are not bold enough. As soon as I entered the hotel and saw a glass room at the front desk, I felt that the law and order was not good. There should be robbery and other things happening frequently. The quality of the guests here is not high. Pay special attention to taking the elevator. A male guest touched the lower body in front of us in the elevator. All three of us have seen strange things, so the surface is very calm. Fortunately, another male is with us in the elevator, which seems to protect us from harassment. So it is not a last resort, choose another one.

This was probably one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. We spent close to $2,000 at this hotel with a one week stay, so to say the least, our expectations were high. We paid extra for a “harbor view” and when we walked into our room and opened the shutters, we were surprised to find that there was a chain link fence, a red “keep out/no trespassing” sign and a peekaboo harbor view at best. We immediately went to the front desk to either get a rate reduction or to switch to another room entirely, because we refused to pay extra for a view of a chain link fence. Then we get switched to a room that directly faces the roundabout so we can hear everyone walk by the hotel and everyone drive in with their headlights. (Adding a blackout curtain would be super helpful, since all of the rooms just have wooden shutters). When we were at breakfast, (which by the way any Holiday Inn far surpasses what is offered at this hotel) a woman came up to us and said “excuse me, put your dishes in here” as she pointed to a black dish bin. We looked super confused because we had just started eating. I said what? She then repeated herself curtly and I said okay, we figured as such…Usually when there is a dish bin out, I naturally assume that we have to buss our own table. (She came up to us every morning we were there to remind us to do this). The next day, we realized we were going to need more wash cloths and toilet paper during our stay. (Our room did not come with a spare roll like most hotels). So not thinking this would be a huge ask, I called the front desk and asked for 8 wash cloths and two rolls of toilet paper as we were staying for a week, I knew we would need about that much. The front desk agent was audibly annoyed and asked if I could wait until housekeeping was available and I said of course. Later in the afternoon I noticed I still had not received them so I went to the front desk, where an altercation then ensued. I kindly asked for them a second time and was met with attitude. The front desk lady said that the hotel has limited supplies and could not give me 8 washcloths for our week stay. She handed me 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 wash cloths. She told me that I needed to leave my dirty towels at my door before I could get any more new ones. She said that’s usually “how hotels work”. I told her that I have in fact stayed at copious amounts of hotels both small and large during my travels and never once was asking for more linens or toilet paper an issue, let alone met with such attitude when I was making such a simple request. For how much they charge, maybe they should switch laundry services or order more supplies if they have a hard time handing out a few more washcloths and toilet paper to guests. She was entirely rude and I eventually turned away and removed myself from the conversation because it was clear that I wasn’t going to be met with any kind of courtesy. Then, later that day we came back to the

Check in was easy. Staff was very nice. I only stayed one night. The hotel is centrally located. It is walkable to almost everything in the inner harbor. A big refrigerator and even a stove in the room. The room is located near everything. So at night you can hear things from the outdoors. There is free coffee in the morning. You need a key from the front desk to enter where the coffee is. Unfortunately, only powered cream. The room was clean. However in the morning I saw a dirty pair of underwear in the bathroom. I came in late at night and didn't notice it when I checked in. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel only offers weekly housekeeping ( there are signs posted in the room). Overall a good place to stay for a short stay.
