Mint House at 70 Pine
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.05km from city center
The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel raise significant concerns. During our room inspection upon check-in, we discovered someone's fake eyelash stuck to the wall and a stray strand of hair on the bedsheet. Clearly, the housekeeping was not performed meticulously. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit, situated right next to the bed, emitted loud noise and frequently switched between fan and cool modes, causing annoyance. The pillows provided were practically non-existent, being extremely flat and offering no support whatsoever. We also had to endure a constant beeping sound from the dishwasher, despite reporting it to the front desk and being assured that a technician would investigate—yet no one arrived. As a result, our rest was severely compromised. Adding to the inconvenience was, the room lacked a telephone, necessitating a trip to the front desk for any needs. Additionally, essential toilet amenities were absent, except for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a minuscule bottle of moisturizer. The absence of bedroom slippers was compounded by a dusty floor. It is perplexing how the hotel's website claims that ”Mint House combines the classic comfort of home and the modern luxury of a hotel...” considering these circumstances. Furthermore, with the exception of one female staff member during check-out and Joshua, who works in the fitness area, the front desk staff were generally unapproachable.

Holiday Inn Express New York City-Wall Street
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.15km from city center
There are free unlimited coffee and hot water refills in the hotel lobby. The buffet breakfast has too few varieties. The room is small and simple. It doesn't feel that it can match the room rate I paid. Maybe this is also the case on this prime road. It is convenient to travel. The Brooklyn Bridge is on the left when you go out. Turn right when you go out and walk for ten minutes to the Tongniu, 911 Site, World Trade Center, Statue of Liberty Pier, and the 1.2.3.4.5 subway station is convenient.

Hotel Indigo NYC Downtown - Wall Street, an IHG Hotel
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.15km from city center
Nice place. Deep south Manhattan. About 5 minute walk from Staten Island ferry but very far removed from any other big event unless you want to hop on a train.
Enough room for a bed, two bodies and not much else. Has window but just a view of the building next to it. Room was able to stay cool, it let's you set your own temperature for about 2 hours then it resets to default which is a little toasty, especially in hotter weather. Elevator is the fastest elevator I've ever riden in. Maybe 4 or 5 seconds to get from bottom to top if you get a straight shot.
Biggest problem is the TV and it's services. You need to scan a QR code to use your phone as a remote and only when you're connected to the hotel wifi and it's very finicky. It also tells you that you can use chrome cast or airplay by scanning another qr code and just using a streaming service off your phone. This does not work. And I had to talk to 3 service people to figure out it just would not work. All of them were as helpful as they could be, just didn't know what was going on. Then I got lucky and caught someone who knew and they said it's an upgrade in the entire hotel chain system, not even that specific hotel. So until they finish it on their end then update that hotel casting to the TV isn't possible and isn't stated anywhere that it's broken. And no time frame when it will ever be back. So your only option using the TV is cable TV with your phone as the remote.

Surrounding financial street! Convenient travel, forgot to take pictures inside! Exquisite room, very good service! The room at the beginning felt not very square, the front desk immediately changed to a higher floor, the room in the middle! Comfortable!

Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York

Early in the morning, there was a smell of smoke blowing into the room. The window was closed. I didn’t know how to get in. I asked the front desk if the smell of oily smoke from the hotel was blowing from the side of the room. The next day I wanted to change the room but said there was no room full. Not recommended

Gild Hall, A Thompson Hotel by Hyatt
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.18km from city center
We had a good experience at Gild Hall. Only stayed for one night, but it had everything we needed. Big bed, clean bathroom, okay view. The location was great for us, as we were able to walk to everywhere, and the subway was only a couple blocks away which was extra convenient as well. However, there were lines for checking in and out (only one person was working the front desk) so that was a little annoying. We also couldn't check in until 4pm (pretty late compared to other hotels), with no options of a late checkout (had to leave by noon).

Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.18km from city center
Super small room with great location and comfortable bed in the heart of Financial District Manhattan.
The location is superb and very close to subway station (Fulton street) and any other restaurant, mini mart , shops etc. The lady in reception was attentive and effective, also the man in reception when i've checked out in early morning was helpful.
The only main downside was the room is relatively super small. i'am a solo traveler with 1 size checked bag and 1 size cabin bag apparently the room already overwhelmed with those luggage. Wondering if i was travelling with partner.
The bathroom is clean and modern but the water power in shower was weak.

It was great! The location is very convenient no matter to uptown or downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately outside is a construction site so it’s super noisy during my stay, and if we can have on-site laundry place will be even better.

Eurostars Wall Street
Wall Street/Financial District New York | 0.24km from city center
Beside Wall Street, it is more convenient to go to various scenic spots, but it is also a reference to domestic fast-track hotels. It is only a matter of rest, but it can not be too harsh. After all, the cost of labor in the United States is high, breakfast is relatively simple, it is better to go to Starbucks next to it.

The location is good, within walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and Rockefeller Plaza. The service is OK, you can text the front desk to deliver anything you need, but there is no daily cleaning service for stays under 5 nights. The room is comfortable and spacious.

I booked a room for 2,500 yuan, which is really not worth the price. The room is not big, the soundproofing is very poor, and the decoration is average. In China, the maximum price per night is 500 yuan, which is impossible in New York.

Minimalist breakfast. Because I had to leave for Chicago for two days in the middle of the road, I was able to leave my luggage here after I had a feeling of trying and talking with the front desk. I agreed very quickly. So I decided to live here after I returned to New York from Chicago.

The hotel is nice. I chose to stay for another day. You can see Manhattan from the window. I continued to work out, and after my workout I went to a Chinese restaurant, Sichuan Bawang, which has been open for 39 years and has never changed its address. The proprietress inherited her father's business. The taste is very authentic, and the pickled fish is good.
Although a little pricey, the experience is very good. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, I can't choose from service to hardware facilities. Will stay here next time. 👍👍

4.2/5Very Good
Very good hotel, with a sense of history, the style of decoration is very American style, the surrounding environment is convenient to travel, there are many food shops on the 8th Avenue of Fifth Avenue, which is amazing. The only shortcoming is that the room is too small, the suitcase can't be spread. Open, feels smaller than the Japanese hotel room
The hotel has a very good vibe. Room is simple but clean, no any disposable items such as tooth brush, cotton pad, nor coffee pot. In the morning coffe service is very slow, take at least 10 minutes to serve a cup of machine-made coffee.
Because the plane was late, I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk helped me to check in very quickly. It was the speed of New York. Hotel location is very good. About 5 minutes walk to Fifth Avenue, turn to Central Park, and the subway station will walk for 5 minutes. The hotel is a post-modern urban minimalist style, the room is good, very New York apartment feel, but the breakfast is a bit too casual, too simple, but the breakfast at the New York hotel is probably so good, it is a very good hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Fifth Avenue, with Rolex, Tiffany, Rimowa and other big brands outside. The hotel is the first St. Regis in the world, and there are many historical introductions on the first floor. The room is very comfortable and spacious. It is a great hotel in Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable.
The average price for hotels in New York is US$513 on weekdays, and US$559 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
