Great location. Walking distance to every local checkout place in the old town. The hotel was full of lovely Vietnamese art pieces. Room was clean, nice swimming pool and the library with a terrace. We enjoyed the stay very much.

Seriously a great hotel. Breakfast is well made and quite big selection. Fresh Pho Bo is just perfect. Nothing to complain here. the rooms are a little bit smaller - but for a hotel in this location absolutely quiet and fine. You have an amazing place to start your Hanoi activities… The team is doing a fantastic job. Service is impeccable. Really amazing.

Great location to stay in Old quarter near St. Joseph cathedral. Everything is in walking distant. Our room is next to the street and surprisingly outside noise-proof. The stay was really comfortable and the staffs are friendly. The receptionists all speak good english and they would check in with us how’s our stay? Please also do try out their spa as the masseurs are good. I had amazing thai massage and that was more thai massage than those I had in Thailand.

Nearby to Old Quarter Hanoi, and walking distance to nearby must visit area of Dong Xuan Night Market and Ba Dinh Square. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel room is relatively small for family room, simple and decent.

This hotel blew me away. Tiny hotel in the heart of old quarters, shopping everywhere. The rooms were huge. And so clean. And had a bathtub. Toilet was huge. Breakfast was truly amazing. Most dishes were fantastic. U could eat it and it would last from Breakfast till lunch. The service. They go out of their way to welcome you and help you with everything. Making reservations, coming to check if everything is ok. Massage was very reasonable price and yet high quality too. All the staff were exceptionally warm so it’s unfair to name one person. Yet I will name Susan as someone who was so helpful. Very sincere. And really came out of the hotel to see us off. I would love to stay here again.

The room and the window view are very beautiful, and the location is good. The important attractions near the Sword Lake can be reached within 20 minutes on foot. The cathedral is next to it and you can see the rooftop bar. There are also problems. The street view room uses a bathtub, and there is a big problem with the drainage. There is serious water accumulation when taking a shower. The repairman does not speak English and has communication difficulties. People came twice, and the second time it took a long time to repair it, but it was only slightly better, and the fundamental problem was not solved. Because the reservation was full, I couldn't change the room, but at night a person who seemed to be in charge gave me a room card on another floor so that I could take a shower there first. Although it was troublesome, I accepted it. As a result, before I finished taking a shower, my friend sent me a message saying that the front desk urged me to return the room card. It was speechless. We said that this room should be temporarily closed for thorough repairs. The person in charge said they would. As a result, the next day because the flight was cancelled, I wanted to delay the check-out until 2 o'clock. The glasses girl at the front desk refused. I said that I would clean up and come to check out at 12:30. She said very strongly that she had to check out at 12 o'clock because the room was fully booked and needed to be cleaned (Ctrip clearly showed that there was a room that day), so did you not intend to repair the room and continue to sell it? The attitude of the female staff wearing glasses at the front desk is really puzzling. She can't solve the problem at all and only follows the rules! Big points deduction

the hotel itself is amazing. the amenities are fantastic and the staff are very welcoming and professional. breakfast is good too. rooftop bar and pool are the highlight and it is very close to the majority of the tourist spots

Well good. Location... Just a night there.... Could extend... Because shower drainage was damaged... Water flooded all over toilet Rooms were small but it was clean...
