I booked again. This hotel is very good. The room is very big. This time I stayed in a double bed + single bed. It was clean and the service was good. There is a restaurant bar on the first floor which is also delicious. I like it very much. , and the transportation is also convenient. It's just at the end of the main street. No. 16 goes to the airport. It's very good.

The Islington Inn is a bit out of the way, but easily accessible by tube and bus. The porters were very nice and helpful. Check-in and out uncomplicated. Luggage could easily be stored after check-out. The hotel is stylish if a bit dated. Sloping floors & wooden floorboards included. Bathroom was renovated. All in all it was a great stay :-)

Great little guest house with all mod cons and a quirky rooftop access within my room with quaint views. Only downside was initial communication. While I was sent an email with instructions as to what to do for remote access it wasn't accessible as the email was blocked out by trip.com and I had to get in touch directly. The check in would have been good if it was an hour or two earlier.

Amazing front desk and housekeeping team! There’s a lady from Bangladesh who has big smiles and very helpful when we have late lunch at the lobby restaurant. The only things I was not expected was at least they should provide a bottle of water and a slipper... Apparently the carpet was bit marked and I have to wear to shoes all the time... Really good hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities! Everything looks nicely furnished and there were no issue with the cleanliness. Food was good too were decent variety. The only issues were the missing table as shown in the photos for Family Room and the hotel only use bathroom curtains instead of glass, which was weird aesthetically given how nicely furnished the rest of the room is. Other than that, it's a great stay and I recommend this hotel.

The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation. Before coming here, I read the reviews that London hotels are small and similar to those in Japan, but much bigger than Japan. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He asked several times if I had allergies. I didn't understand at first, but he was very patient. It turned out that he gave us cookies. The cookies were so delicious! The breakfast is also OK. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Natural History Museum and V&A. There is also a Chinese restaurant nearby, Shanghai No. 10, which saved my Chinese stomach. Recommended!

Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it. Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank. We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location). Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

Everything was very good. Breakfast offers a lot of coice - except warm breakfast is only on Weekends. On the Trip site the check in time is incorrect (ov voucher it says after 12, but it is after 14) - despite us coming too early, they gave us the room and made coffee for free. The hotel is locked over night and the staff is really friendly. We were in the hotel trought the hottest days in history but they prepared a ventilator - because they don't have AC (normally).

Accommodation is close to places to eat such as the KFC Burger King Nando. Tesco Lotus Express is open 24 hours. Anyone traveling by subway is convenient. Not far from the accommodation, large room with a double bed, but the disadvantage is that there is no water provided. And change the sheets every 2 days. We stay 5 nights, change just 2 times but rearrange the bed every day. Overall, very satisfied. Lovely staff Very informative and helpful, very impressed. If there is a chance, I will go back to stay again. Also nearby is Harrods, just 25 minutes walk. For those who like to walk, can walk straight away.

My wife and I had a stay at Mimis recently, and overall, we enjoyed it and would stay there again. However, I suggest doing some research beforehand, as the rooms are quite tiny. Even though we were aware of this before arriving, we were still a bit surprised by just how small they were. Despite this, it didn't negatively impact our experience or spoil our stay. The room and bathroom was nicely decorated. I only have a few minor observations rather than complaints. Upon check-in, we requested a late check-out, but the person at the reception seemed a bit abrupt, as he did with an older couple in front of us who had questions about their room location in the annex and that they hoped to stay in the main building. The pillows provided were not very supportive, as they deflated to almost nothing. If we had stayed for more than one night and asked for extra pillows, they would have been accommodating. Regarding breakfast, we inquired about the options available and were informed that they offered coffee and pastries. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide hot food, which was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have the choice of continental-style breakfast with cold meats and other items; we would have been willing to pay for it as we only wanted somthing light. Despite these very small things, they did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay. We still had a pleasant time, and we are looking forward to returning to Mimis in the future. Location is great!

Staff at The Waldorf are incredibly attentive to any / all needs. I asked for a later checkout and plates for food early in the morning after a night out and they accommodated that for us. The hotel is placed in a prime location, just a stones throw from Covent Garden and about 28-30 minutes walk from Regent Street. The hotel is only accessible by key card after hours; to ensure guest safety. Amenities in the room included an iron and board, kettle, drinking glasses and coffee / tea cups. The shower had fixed shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers. The mini bar was fairly priced for central London, but hadn't been cleaned (hence the slightly lower score on cleanliness). The air conditioning dried my throat out throughout the night, but turns off automatically if the window is open, so had to deal with that / just had water next to the bed throughout the night. The downstairs bar had a great a**osphere and boasts a large menu. Great for a late nightcap. Overall the experience was great. Our Queen room cost £179.00 for the night (excluding breakfast). I was offered two forms of upgrades. A larger Queen Room with breakfast included was only an extra £40.00, and a Kings Suite with access to the executive lounge and breakfast was £80.00 extra.
