Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him.

Location in 14.00, but launched in 12.00 in an undecorated room (clean in any case, previous occupants left clean) to eat, leave things before the arrival of the clinking. The clinking specialist showed his things, nothing missing, everything left in its places. If you are in Vienna, come here. Also close bus stops, tram and metro. To the sights, go by tram 15 minutes. Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

Lovely stay. The hotel was in the most perfect location. Just off a side street to all the main hustle and bustle. Perfect. Beautiful old fashioned decor and nice size room. The room was like a sauna and we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature so we had to open the window. We were then woken by banging and crashing at 630 which sounded like a delivery arriving. The staff were so pleasant. Breakfast was limited to bread and very small selection of cold buffet choices. You could order something hot but only a choice of eggs cooked in 3 different ways. We did laugh as it took about 25 mins to make an omelette and it was the smallest omelette we have ever seen. The room was nice. The shower was very low pressure but was sufficient. We ordered a taxi to return to the airport, through the reception and it was prompt. It cost 10 euros less than the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. (52 v 62 euros from airport rank) All in all a lovely stay.

I got another Ritz room card haha. The location of this hotel is very good. It is only about a five-minute walk from the Golden Hall. There are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location is very good. The person who helped check in at the front desk was Madeleine. I secretly wrote down her name. She was so nice. She spoke in an organized manner, was very meticulous, and was very friendly. My first impression of this place was very good. The price of the room is not low. You can get a suite at the same price in China. The space is only about 30 square meters. The shower space here is larger than that in Budapest. There is also a bathtub and the toiletries are also from the diptyque fig series. The room provides free glass bottles of mineral water every day. It is not as good as the turndown service in Buda, but overall it is very good.

The location of the hotel is really amazing. We reached all our destinations by foot. What was also outstanding was the breakfast. Very good quality. Small gestures such as chocolate when checking-out or pralines on Valentine's Day made our stay really special and personal from the staff. What could be better is the ventilation in the bathroom and cleanliness of the room floor. The black tiles make it easy to spot the dirt. However, all in all it was an amazing stay

I travelled to many countries, this hotel gave me very bad experiences. Service are bad. I did paid for the hotel, but the card could not open the room, 2nd day could not have breakfast but when I paid for the room fees the reception said was already include. But when I went to the lounge they said not include the breakfast they need me pay for them again.

Great hotel, excellent reception staff, so helpful. Very clean & the most comfortable bed I have stayed in over the past 3 weeks of traveling. It is a half hour walk into the city centre, you can also catch a tram straight out the front which run often. So easy. The Daniel cafe within serves great food, but if you look over toward the main train station, a 5 minute walk, there are some really good restaurants there as well. (I highly recommend the Japanese place, Iki.) If I were to pick one thing that would have made this a 10/10 if would be coffee & tea making facilities in the room. Not a biggie but just so you know. Thank you for a great stay Hotel Daniel & making me feel welcome!

The hotel is very new. There are the Russian Consulate and the Iranian Consulate next to it, and you can visit the Russian church. The breakfast was of good quality, including whole smoked salmon. The overall quality meets price expectations, and the elders in the family live comfortably. The corridor is relatively long, so you can ask for a room not far from the elevator. The gym and swimming pool are almost unused.

Amazing and value-for-money! Will definitely recommend. Friendly staff, rooms is very clean and even had a nice view on 12th floor. They also helped to keep the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Breakfast also have good options, though sometimes might be a bit crowded. Location is just in front of 2 Trams, which one of them going to Train Central Station (Wien Hbf) directly. Also metro is within 5min walk. Besides that there are multiple Lidle or Billa supermarkets within 5min walk, and the Mariahilfer shopping street is just next to hotel. Would like to be back again!

It is a ten minute walk from the Vienna Central Station and it is very easy to find. The hotel consists of several multi-storey buildings, each with a large balcony. The facilities in the room are new. In addition to the toothbrush, the basic facilities are fully equipped, including kettle slippers and towel shampoo. I have been pretty satisfied by stay in this hotel. Location is perfect, closed to public transportation and city center, in a quiet area with no noise around. The hotel has a nice terrace where you can enjoy an amazing city view. The room and bathroom was clean and with space enough for 2 people. Only notes are regarding the cleaning of the cups used (not done) and the ventilation in the bathroom (no vents active). Breakfast was pretty good, both for sweet and salty taste. Recommend.

For the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center. When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately. The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants. The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service. Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch. I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.
