this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance,cleanliness,facilities,service,foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful,accommodating and friendly. Good Job!!! i’ll be definitely come back. thank you for the great experience.

The stay was great everyone was friendly they greeted up gave us are Keys and I had a Great birthday trip pool cool could have been clearer and the security guard was very helpful Parking could have been better on the hotels end but other then that it was perfect great good near by and not to far from downtown Atlanta

Hurry to stay one night, Hilton ’s standard, very good, rooms are relatively large, parking spaces are tight, a 60 USD deposit was deducted at check-in, and theoretically returned 3 days after check-out. I wonder if it is a busy holiday period. It has not been refunded in 10 days, and a follow-up fee is required!

I booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, bathroom was a bit dated there were some loose fixtures but still nice. Keys didn’t work for the gate but front desk clerks were very helpful. I may book again!

Staff was amazing! Including the shuttle driver. Hotel was meh. Not totally dirty but not very nice. Elevators didn’t work when I was leaving so I got stuck on my floor until I found stairs.

The advantage is that it is close to the airport, there is an airport commuter shuttle bus that runs for half an hour, suitable for catching an early flight. The disadvantage is very close to the high speed, and the noise of cars coming and going all night is impossible to sleep. Health is OK, air conditioning is not too powerful. The hotel is right next to CNN. Elevator down to B1, you can go up the stairs to the CNN building, you can participate in the CNN tour, there are some fast food and drink options, there is Starbucks, and a Chinese food. The hotel is only three minutes away from the Olympic Park, and the Coca-Cola Center, the aquarium, etc. across the park are very convenient. But there is no food supermarket or convenience store around the hotel, which is not ideal.

The front desk superviser (I think her name was Vee) and Alexis were wonderful, The blind date with a book was such a fun and awesome idea! The pool was beautiful, and the hotel itself had a lot of character. Great walking distance to Buckhead village, would definitely stay here again~

Stayed here for the GT graduation ceremony. Location close to Tech Square, there are plenty restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Comfortable quiet room, even when busy the reception desk was very patient and courteous.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, particularly the made to order omelets! The staff was courteous and friendly. It is a great location right in the heart of Buckhead. My only issue was relative to cleanliness. We had a suite with a sofa bed. Upon pulling out the mattress from the sofa bed, I found popcorn kernels on it. I could also see crumbs on the floor underneath it.

About 20 minutes from the airport navigation, next to an artificial lake, there will be planes flying overhead when sitting outside, but it does not affect sleep at night. Health is not bad, breakfast is the standard holiday. There are restaurants such as Chinese food near the hotel, the taste is medium, and this area is mainly black friends.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. Art deco is nice, but the rooms are severely lacking in amenities. No fridge, microwave or mini bar. When you're in a city typically you eat out a lot and sometimes you wanna hold on to leftovers for later so that was kind of a bummer. The location was great, but the noise was very hard for sleeping. The road is constantly noisy and they put us in a room right above the front door so it was constant talking and cars pulling in. Nice hotel just a shame we didn't have the best visit

The hotel was great but I’m never booking with trip.com again worst service. When I got to the hotel I had been driving 7 hours only for the first hotel to tell me that they could only book me for one night. I called trip.com and the First Lady I spoke with I could barely understand. I tried being patient but no one gave me answers. I still don’t have my refund and had to pay extra???? The little rooftop at the hotel was cool tho.

Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The service attitude is very good. The queen room needs to add a quilt and send me a blanket. There is an indoor small swimming pool on the ground floor and a well-equipped gym. This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go.

The room was ok, but the air conditioner was too loud. The worst thing was that we forgot an airpod in the room. The phone received a notification that the location was the hotel address, but the hotel denied it and said they couldn't find it. Then they kept delaying. After several contacts, they said they didn't have it and were perfunctory. In the end, they didn't return it. Ctrip gave 400 yuan as compensation, but the hotel didn't say anything. Absolutely bad review!
