The hotel is new, everything is convenient. Good mattresses. The continental breakfasts are excellent, it’s a pity that you had to pay for them separately. Overall the hotel is good. Only in the morning the rooms facing the road are very noisy. As far as I'm familiar with the city, this is a problem with all city hotels in New York.

Too noisy, under the highway overpass, it's very noisy all day long. Not recommended. The road behind is impossible to go up. It looks like you can go through the back on Google Maps, but in fact there is a big drop. After staying for 5 days, I decisively changed hotels.

As a family we chose and booked this hotel because it should have a spa area and a pool. When booking, the question was told only after check-in and full payment that the pool and spa area are not active. But we cannot cancel the booking. The cancellation would be more expensive than the paid sum. 3 nights paid nearly € 1200 and that was without breakfast, although breakfast was included in the booking. In addition, it is very noisy in the hotel because it is on the highway. We even in the seventh floor felt that the cars were driving through the room. Room service was from 25.09- 29.09 only once in the room to clean and switch towels, and the one day before departure. We had towels from the holiday we used. In general, the employees were friendly but not helpful. I can't recommend the hotel with a quiet conscience and especially not if you indicate a pool as a criterion but don't get a pool for the expensive price. I can only hope that the review is visible for everyone.

The hotel is right on Rout 4 West and within walking distance to the famous Korean H Mart and a Korean sauna place with a few restaurants at reasonable prices. Easy to cross the GW Bridge into Manhattan with Lyft or Uber. Shell station nearby offers food and beverage 24 hours. Parking lot is huge. Rooms are sound proof. Breakfast is basic but doable and free flow of beverage 24 hours 7 days. Shower water pressure in my room 230 is low. Heater is a bit noisy but you can shut it down as the room is well insulated.

I continued to work out, and after my workout I went to a Chinese restaurant, Sichuan Bawang, which has been open for 39 years and has never changed its address. The proprietress inherited her father's business. The taste is very authentic, and the pickled fish is good.

Because the plane was late, I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk helped me to check in very quickly. It was the speed of New York. Was perfect for what we needed. It could've been a little cleaner, and the toiletries were not excellent - glad we brought our own this time. The hotel offered free luggage storage, which was great as we arrived around 10 am. The bar closed at 11 inside the hotel & didn't serve food. :( Elevator took a while to get on since there were only 2, and they always seemed busy. It wasn't too noisy - especially for New York. Great location - Carnegie Diner was just two blocks away. Also close to Seraphina, Ellen's Stardust Diner & Times Square.

I came to NYC to watch my daughter dance. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Not only was my room large, it was clean and comfortable which made it easy to feel at home. The most important thing to remind you is that the hotel is located in Harlem, which is said to be a black community. You can check the security situation in the area online. I don't mean to discriminate against black people here. But the first night I arrived was around 7pm on the weekend. After getting off the bus, I felt that there were many people around the hotel and it was quite chaotic. The hotel reception was on the 5th floor. After checking the Internet in the room, I felt that I lived in the wrong place. I traveled by UBER in the next few days and didn't dare to take the subway. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. It's just that there are many black people outside the hotel, and beggars occasionally approached me. I didn't encounter any unpleasant things around the hotel.

Booked the W because I’m familiar with the brand and it was a good price for the space! My sister and brother ended up staying with myself and my husband - and everyone had more than enough room. It was perfect location, just steps from Times Square and in the middle of all the NYC sights☺️ Views from the 47th floor were insane- my only recommendation to the hotel would be to wash the windows as they were super smudgy. I was only able to take this attached pic when I opened the window a crack. When we are in NYC again, we’ll book the W without a doubt!

I love Arlo. I stay at Arlo pretty often. But this time was off. I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.
