The hotel is close to the airport and close to a light rail station. The location is average and there are no large shopping malls around. Ten minutes to the airport. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The hotel rooms are dominated by wooden furniture and I like it very much. It's clean and hygienic. There are disposable toiletries and slippers. Front desk attitude is also good. The hotel's self-catering meals are more Indian, depending on personal preference. There is a roast chicken restaurant nearby, as well as local Indian vegetarian restaurants. The default WIFI of the hotel often goes offline. Later the front desk gave another WIFI network password, and the problem was solved.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

We check in at 10 pm, we requested for dinner. He said no one staff available to buy dinner from outside as there is no restaurant there 2. Asked for complimentary breakfast at 8 am. But the *** in front desk told breakfast will be available at 8. 30 am only and answered very reluctantly for our queries. We went out without taking breakfast. No picture taken

First of all, they don't allow the guest incase anyone comes to meet you. They rudely behave with them. Breakfast is average and tasteless they will start calling you multiple times after 7:30 am in the morning for breakfast even after you are sleeping and don't respond. If you are here for longer stay they don't clean your room daily.

Overall stay was good. Location was awesome just walk from goverment estate metro straight into hotel gate using subway and all visa offices are just 10 minutes ride from here. Additionally marina is just 15 min drive for a little relax. Restaurents and shops are walkable distance. There was a bar attached which has good choice of beers and dishes. A small restaurent attached with limited menu. Taste was ok. No bad. Staffs are highly helpful. Cons: a old building needs renovation lift was super slow and making noise, ac was super old but good cooling effect, you can't view temp are adjust. Common pathways are smelly, and full of north indian workers roaming all over. You can stay for a day with no issues specially if you are coming for vfs global visa or us visa services.

Great food. Great environment. The kettle and tea coffee provision in the room is good. Solar was not working properly. This must be attended with the right approach as hot water in the room is very important. Suggestions: hot water must be easily available in the bathroom. Room must be more clean. Poor response from hotel duty ***ager in night shift, keep asking then reply check with the ***ager on next day for escape his own responsibility. I wanted to give a bad review, but compared to the hotel I stayed the next day, this one is much better, so be lenient. The hotel decoration is very old, the rooms are average, the sheets are not clean, there are scum, hair and stroke marks. This may be a common problem in Indian hotels. As long as the sheets are not dirty, they are obviously not changed. The breakfast buffet is decent, with seven or eight food options. The price of more than 300 yuan, can live in a good hotel in the country.
