Hôtel Relais Monceau
Paris | 0.27km from Grand Café de la Poste
The hotel is in a very good location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The area is very safe, and it is no problem to go back around 10 pm. The bakery opposite is cheap and good, and there is a queue on weekday mornings.
Except that the overall hotel facilities are relatively old and the rooms are relatively small. There is nothing else to complain about. In general, this price is still very cost-effective in Paris.

Best Western Premier The Blake Paris Gare Saint Lazare
Paris | 0.43km from Grand Café de la Poste
The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. The photos are a comparison between the order and the actual situation.

New Orient Hotel

Hotel is ok. Breakfast is so so, not very plenty. For the price you can have just beverages, croissants, some cheese and muesli. I staid just two night and if you need just sleep somewhere is ok. Also the problem is the stairs - that you need to pick up your luggage to the elevator by the high staircase and after elevator you have to bring luggage by the staircase again because the elevator stops “between” floors. I’m glad that stuff helped me with that. Room was small but one more time - enough to sleep and put my stuff. Once the light in my room switched off by itself but stuff helped me very quickly to fix the problem.

Very warm welcome from Mélodie, we dropped off our luggage around 8:30 a.m. and had a great coffee there and we had our room which was ready at noon. As it was very hot, we were able to rest and change, drink a coffee at the reception.
A beautiful room on the 4th floor, street side with a shower bath separated from the bedroom, nuxe products. A very very comfortable large bed. A service tray with an nexpresso coffee machine. We have a very nice surprise for our 15th wedding anniversary, a very beautiful card and a pretty box of chocolates; thank you again very much for this attention and the kindness of the whole team: Mélodie, but also the person who takes care of preparing the breakfast which was very varied, copious and excellent, lots of choice (fresh fruit juice, cheese, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurts, fruit salads, pancakes, croissants, chocolate rolls, jam, breads, baguette, coffee, chocolate… as much as you like).
A pleasant stay where everything is done to relax.

The first time I stayed at a hotel in Paris, I brought an elegant and noble feeling to my life. Chic rooms have everything, and there is a small balcony. Open the window and you can enjoy the streets of Paris. Guests can drink a cup of coffee and chat for a few hours outside the window. The hotel staff's professional hospitality, with a little humorous communication, is telling me about the beautiful characteristics of Paris. The most worth recommending is that the location of the hotel is very convenient, because it is very close to the railway, when you complete the tour every day, you can also return to the hotel very quickly to rest. Next time you come to Paris, this hotel must be one of the choices.

Hotel Litteraire le Swann, BW Premier Collection
Paris | 0.51km from Grand Café de la Poste
Although the hotel is not close to a major station, there are two stations nearby, both about 5 minutes away, and it takes about 10 minutes to go to Satin Lazara.
The room was tidy overall, but the waiter didn't add water, which was a bit disappointing
Fortunately, there are supermarkets and laundromats nearby, which is also very convenient.

4.2/5Very Good
The hotel is wonderfully located with a 4 minute walk to thr moulin rouge. Not only that it's located in a very busy parisian suburb, some comments complain about the noise below but that's the sound of the lively bustling Paris one should enjoy while on holiday.
There are countless cafes nearby, underneath and all around that serve a variety of food.
The room was tiny, if I was a solo guest it'd be satisfactory , but as I was sharing the room, it got a bit cramped. This was not too much of a problem and could be adjusted with perhaps a different room booked on my part.
The bed was comfy, shower worked, although the bathroom was exceptionally small( it's one of those plastic bathrooms common in apartment to hotel conversions around Europe )
The breakfast online stated a continental breakfast, that'd be true if the continent in question was themed after a parisian bakery then that'd be accurate , because the breakfast only consisted of coffee or tea, juice, baguette , croissant and some cereals. Nothing more. While limited in options it was satisfactory and not a bad bread selection.
The service was good and the atmosphere was friendly . Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again !

The location of this Mercure is so good, it's so convenient for eating out, commuting by subway, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to Galeries Lafayette. So we extended our stay in Paris for another three days, and a lady who looked like a supervisor at the front desk agreed to let us stay in the original room. The only drawback is that this hotel is too close to the road, and those who are light sleepers have to endure the traffic noise. The rooms are randomly assigned, and I didn't get the quiet room I wanted anyway.

5.0/5Perfect
Overall, stay was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Good staff and clean room. But I have one suggestion that Hotel management should think of flexible check-in timing if the guests arrive early. Usual check in time is 3 p.m. We waited for a few hours to get room keys.

The gates of the hotels in this neighborhood are well-gated, and the security is a bit higher. The hotel is close to the subway. It is more convenient to walk to Galeries Lafayette and North Railway Station. There are many places to eat around and there are many supermarkets. very convenient. The hotel room is small, the triple room we ordered has a balcony, and it is good to drink some red wine on the balcony at night.

The WORST experience in Paris. When i arrived at the hotel, there was nobody there. I called the hotel and they say i need to take car and visit their office which is 20-30 minutes far away from the hotel by car. (Which is 40-60 minutes round trip by car! ) i said we have 4 luggages and they just say there is NO way but to visit their office. They keep reject the cancel and refund. I waited 60 minutes on the road but no solution so i got to other hotel nearby. I finally i payed all the hotel fee without even entering the room!!!! Ignorant and arrogant workers! Very dissapointed and upset!!

Perfectly fine although lacking in some facilities other European hostels provide. Within 300m of the metro which heads into downtown Paris (pink #4 line), close to Sacre Coeur and Montmartre and 15 mins walk coming from Gare du Nord Eurostar. Good to have ensuite bathroom for 4 person dorms. Hostel bathroom showing its age. Breakfast available for 7 euro. A number of good nearby bakeries for breakfast too. Small limited kitchen. Lots of seating though.
Did not like the cages under the beds for storing luggage (need own lock) or the small lockers in the room (also requiring another lock with long shackle to use). Did not provide hand or bath soap.
The hotel is a renovation of an old house. The style is good. I like the old elevator without a door closing button. I was bitten by bugs from nowhere for two consecutive nights. The location is excellent. The subway station, bus station, Luxembourg Gardens, Notre Dame de Paris, Flore Café, etc. are all within walking distance. Two kinds of champagne are also provided for breakfast, which also improved my travel experience! I highly recommend it if you see a discount. The bug problem in old houses is almost unsolvable. Don't choose it if you mind.

4.0/5Very Good
This was a last minute booking due to our return journey to London on the Eurostar being cancelled. We had to find somewhere to stay for an extra 2 nights and the Kyriad Hotel was reasonable priced. The hotel is situated on a main road in an area which I would describe as being somewhat ”edgy”. Were I traveling alone as a female I would have probably not have ventured out alone after dark. But we were traveling as a couple and didn't stay out late, so this was not an issue for us. The bonus is that the Metro station is literally 3 minutes walk away with a direct line to Gare du Nord (for Eurostar travelers). Also a 15-20 minute walk gets you to Montemartre which is a great area for sightseeing with an excellent choice of restaurants. The hotel itself was perfectly fine for a 3 star hotel - functional, clean and the staff were really lovely. We had a room facing the courtyard and it was quiet, we slept well at night. The beds (two singles pushed together) were comfortable and the linens clean and crisp. The shower had plenty of hot water and the towels were good quality. The buffet breakfast was adequate and whilst the choice was limited, the food was tasty and fresh. We were able to leave our luggage in a locked cupboard on our last day so that we could go out and explore. The reception staff were ever so helpful and spoke excellent English as well as Italian. All in all I would not hesitate recommending the Kyriad Hotel.
The average price for hotels in Paris is US$383 on weekdays, and US$415 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
