Two bedrooms have a double bed and a large bed, the bathroom in the double bed is too small, and the bathroom in the large bed is large. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed to sleep. A small road across the back of the hotel is the Winndixie hypermarket and several restaurants. Diagonally there is walgreen, similar to cvs. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland parked at the EPOCT gate of one of the parks, and several other Disneyland parks can be connected internally. At 10:25 in the morning, there is a shuttle bus to a nearby small Ole. Little Ole has no luxury brand and is suitable for casual wear. Free soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as vegetable salads and trifles are available every Monday, Tuesday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Don't expect too much from chat.

Yogurt had been frozen along with muffins and etc. Pool was good but not enough lounge chairs for everyone. Hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work making it more a hot pool. I would definately stay there again. No major issues and great staff.

Overall, the hotel is clean and the environment is very good. It is highly recommended.
The price is also very affordable
There is a shuttle bus to Universal Studios and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there.
You can also enter the park 1 hour early which is great!

My bathroom for example was full of the previous occupants hair which should have been spotted by the housekeeping team. |13.59km from city centerSince the hotel had only recently opened, there was a bit of a wait during check-in. However, the staff were very kind and courteous, which made the process pleasant.
On the other hand, there were a few concerns regarding the facilities. The water in the handwashing area didn’t drain well, and the toilet also had drainage issues. I had never encountered these kinds of plumbing problems at other places I’ve stayed, such as Universal Canaveral or Disney All Star Resort, so it was a bit disappointing.
I was also surprised by the lack of sound insulation. Voices from the hallway could be heard very clearly inside the room. Additionally, there seemed to be a gap around the door, which likely allowed more noise to enter. I didn’t experience this kind of issue at the previous hotels I mentioned.
Since the hotel is still new, I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future.

|20.4km from city centerIt is not an expensive hotel and is pretty decent for what you pay. It is very, very big and set up in the ”motel style” where all the of the rooms have an exterior entrance. They wouldn't let uber eats drivers come past the lobby, which is pretty annoying given that it is about a 5 minute walk to the lobby (and then 5 back), where as if the driver could drive right up to your building, it would take 30 seconds. Not fun when it's pouring rain (like in my case).

A taxi to Universal Studios can cost up to six knives, and you can also take a bus, which is very many. It's also easy to go to Sea World. |19.58km from city centerI was thinking about the Hilton Garden next to the Outlets, but I was wrong here. The location is not as good as that. It is not too far from the Outlets but can’t walk because there is a high speed block in the middle, and nearby There is no sidewalk in the building, only a taxi, 4 minutes to Ole feels worthless. There is a shuttle bus to Disney but not many and not every park. It is not far from the taxi.

The lady at the concierge was cold and not helping to say the least. She kept telling me room cleaning requests must be submitted by 9am, which I think is quite inconvenient and unfriendly for leisure travellers. She reluctantly agreed to help me change towels and toiletries in the end. It’s quite funny because they ha be this slogan sign on the wall saying “if there’s anything wrong with your stay, let us know and we’ll make it right”. Apparently the lady didn’t want to make it right for me.

Good facilities, especially compared to the North American standard.
The great advantage of the hotel is that it is a Brazilian hotel for Brazilians, with service in Portuguese, which makes it much easier for those who do not master the language.
Another aspect is that for non-US residents there is no deposit charge on accommodation, which helps a lot to not leave a few dollars stuck with them, or the balance of the card occupied with this deposit.
It is very close to the main points of Orlando, on International Drive.
He served us very well and the best price came out here, through the Trip.com app.

I had garbage from my day of shopping and had to go down to reception to ask for fresh towels. The staff were civil but not friendly. The breakfast was the same every day without much choices. On the pro side It was close to the parks and there was a free shuttle to take you there. There was a small refrigerator in the room but you had to go down to the dining room to hot your meals. The pool was nice and big but that was about it. I will give this hotel a 2 out of 5.
