|0.24km from city centerHotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

|9.89km from city centerClean, fresh, nicely appointed hotel. Wonderful check in experience. I think her name was Grace. Excellent customer service. Other interactions with others not as friendly but not rude. Weird fireplace and couches outside of the side of the hotel. Parking is sort of a pain. Maybe there are more hotel entrances that I didn’t see. The rooms Are large with an excellent modern kitchen. First stay in this brand as a Diamond member. We had rooms 419 & 417 nothing to really see out of either side of the hotel (odds or evens). Towels smelled weird like food. Comfy bed, large desk, couch. Shower was nice. They have gel and shampoo on the shower walls as pumps. Provided conditioner in small bottle. I would have liked a shower cap but they did provide make up remover. Breakfast had ZERO proteins available which is a miss. I was hungry all morning due to lake of protein. They have both disposable and traditional plates, cups utensils at breakfast. They have self laundry in the gym. Weird but great to have. Gym is small but is doable. Overall a good experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

|27.77km from city centerAiry, spacious, modern and comfortable. We were very happy with the quick and easy check -in, the ease of parking and the close proximity to shops. Had we more time, I’m sure we would have enjoyed the lobby/library/cafe as well as the pool and outdoor seating. That will have to wait until our return trip. For this time, we happily enjoyed our dinner in the room on the comfortable sofa while watching YouTube videos about our next destination. Loved the new ‘happy sponge’ provided for dish washing as well as the honey hand soap in the bathroom. All in all, a lovely spot to call home for the night.

|10.03km from city centerI've always loved this hotel for its whirlpool suites with tvs above them. You cannot relax any better than that. The presidential is my favorite as it's a bit bigger has a bigger table fireplace and huge deck overlooking the pool. It wasn't available when I booked so I settled for one of the others which are also very nice. Then it became available so I got it for one night and called the hotel but even though it showed available online I was told it wasn't and couldn't upgrade. So I booked it online. Now I had 2 rooms when I only needed one and didn't want to change rooms. I figured I would talk to them when I got there. Elise was amazing and was able to keep me in that room without making me pay for the other room that was past cancelation time. She was awesome. My digital key was ready by 10a the next day but my son and I stopped at the desk to have our physical keys re keyed. The manager on duty I'm sorry I did not get his name but he was amazing as well. Even remembered our room number when we came back and bought drinks at the suite shop. The pool is nice and clean but did not have towels left when we went down at 7p but I called the front desk and they arrived in minutes. Everyone working there I encountered did a wonderful job above and beyond which keeps me coming back.

|14.29km from city centerWe stayed in the two bedroom suite which was very spacious and good layout out. However, it was extremely old & dirty. The whole hotel is NOT usual Marriott standard. Is more of Super 8/Motel 6 standard. Musty, dirty carpets, air in one room worked great, other not at all. Carpets were disgusting. Probably can’t be cleaned , need replacement. Looked like someone threw melted cheese at one of the curtains. The comforter on bed had stains, I felt itchy the whole time. TONS of obvious drug users & homeless all around the property. Loud all night. Did not feel safe. All the hotels in this area are pretty much the same quality. I suggest looking towards Scottsdale, worth the extra $$. The best things were the afternoon manager NOT the new hire who had no customer service skills, but the gentleman you could tell had been there awhile. He was great at check in. Also the older woman at check out was very friendly & helpful as well. I was ready to leave as soon as I walked in the room but unfortunately nothing was available in the area I needed to be in. Marriott should be ashamed of the quality of this hotel. Will not be returning!

|18km from city centerMy husband and I were in town for Spring Training and we stayed here for 5 nights. The location is great, right off a freeway. Which also made it a little noisy as our room faced the freeway. The room was spacious and comfortable. The room came with a small fridge with small freezer and coffee maker. We didn't use the restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. For us, the location was great. This hotel was within 15-20 of the ballparks we went to.

|4.91km from city centerThis location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

|23.66km from city centerWe decided to try The Westin Kierland for the first time and boy are we glad we did. I feel like their favorite words are ”sure” and ”no problem” and ”there is no charge for that”. We ended up having to change the dates of our stay by a couple days and Marcie who helped me book my package, pick a great room & reserve a couple pool chairs said ”no problem” and switched it. She was amazing. We got a late flight change and asked if we could stay past check out...”sure”. We asked if we could cancel our pool chairs for the last day of our reservation, sure ”there is no charge for that”. The gentleman who worked around the adult pool giving waters was great. He was there so fast if our waters ran out. We loved that we didn't have to reserve chairs by the adult pool. All around a great resort. I dont expect a yes every time but it was shocking how happy they are to please guests.

|14.48km from city centerThe gentleman who checked us in was awesome, also the gentleman who took towels to us, as there were none in the pool area. My feedback is this... My children went in the pool, they somehow came out of the pool with cuts on their hands and feet... The pool water had a nasty taste, is what my kids said, I told them close your mouth when going under. I said it's the bleach, to which they responded, but other pools water doesn't taste like this... So either it isn't being cleaned properly or something. I did enjoy My stay, but was disappointed that there wasn't continental breakfast offered for the price we paid. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk, he said he didn't know why it isn't offered, but that it isn't offered in all their locations. I left my dreaming big dreams sign on the inside of my room, thinking someone was going to come and take out the trash, but no one ever came, so I just got a grocery bag and put the trash in there. Otherwise our stay was great, the beds are comfortable, but I'm almost positive our beds were full size and not queen. I would know because I have a queen at home. Are rooms with queen size beds the same price as full sized ones?

Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

|0.63km from city centerTo start off make sure you go to the right SureStay on Van Buren, I accidentally got a Lift to the wrong SureStay, THERE IS TWO lol. Anyway, the rooms are awesome in my opinion. when you walk in it is all laminate hardwood floors with a nice big king bed ( at least the one I stayed in). the room is set up very nicely and simple, and just what I needed after a long day at the convention center. I loved the old motel feel and being able to get to my room from the outside. The only thing that I have to complain about the rooms is that the first night I was there the floor was very dirty and could not walk around barefoot. Short easy 10 min walk to downtown and a good breakfast to start our day off.

|9.12km from city centerUpdate: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

|29.25km from city centerMy daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful! She welcomed them home, explained breakfast/coffee for the morning and put them in a room on the first floor, close to a door (shorter distance to lug all those bags!) The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special!

|18.24km from city centerThe stay was nice even though they could have posted when we booked that the pool was closed for 2 days. The 2 pictures I posted I thought was the Breakfast Buffet that my family & I were getting but it only included the first picture not sure why they showed the other stuff and not having it. Really wanted waffles, eggs & sausage. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew it was cereal, bagels, yogurt & muffins only.

|9.37km from city centerAfter a nightmare unsafe experience another hotel, we hurriedly booked this under the logic ”there's a bunch of businesses around it so it's probably safe.” Wrong We showed up and it was actually deep in the back away from the road. We saw people loitering everywhere and a police car with lights on at the entry sitting there patrolling. All bad signs. We immediately left and called the Motel 6 customer service to cancel. We booked it not even 10 mins before but because it was ”after 6” they would charge a cancellation. A senior manager said they ”put it a request not to charge” us. As of right now, no charge.
