There was one downside to staying here, we had a corner unit and by 4am we could hear absolutely everything going on outside, garbage and delivery trucks especially. They really need to upgrade their windows if anything. It felt like we were outdoors and we were on the 6th floor! When we complained which I’m sure everyone who has stayed in that corner unit has, they waived the hotel fee which wasn’t much but at least it was something. I’m sorry but that was a dealbreaker and would never stay there again. If you feel like waking up by 4am because of noise then by all means stay here.

The food I had was good, however the bar was often very busy with just one person making the food and serving drinks. I tried to get served a few times but had to leave and returned a bit later for service.
The location was very good for bus services and convenient for walking to local Waikiki beaches and along Kalakaua Ave.

There is direct access onto the beach that requires a key fob to access, and the swimming pool is great too. The apartment itself is very well equipped, with all kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher all present. There are also beach towels and chairs in the room for use at the beach. Plenty of parking available and great access to the bus system too. Highly recommended!

*Environmental location, next to Wakiki Beach and on the main road, it is very convenient to be connected in all directions. Convenience stores and restaurants, trolly stations, public beaches, and zoos are all very close and within walking distance.
*Room facilities, the hotel has a history of a hundred years, so it is very stylish, but the city view room in the Diamond Building is so bad! ! ! ! Not as good as the new 3 star hotel rooms. (Pictured below are the benefits of room upgrade with the Marriott Platinum Card. I booked the cheapest room, but it turned out that booking through a third party did not provide any membership benefits. In the Maui fire, the hotel was full, and I wanted to upgrade temporarily but there was no room). The room is old, with an area of less than 20 square meters. Morning and night, I am woken up either by cars on the road or by the phone in the next room. A very bad experience!
* Service, remind the guests to check the bill carefully. After staying for 5 nights, the wrong bill was charged on 4 days. They checked it out one by one when they checked out, and the wrong money was refunded after 4 days.
In short, don't try to be cheap when booking a room. The small and shabby room type is not as good as staying in Hyatt or Marriott. The price/performance ratio is too low!

The sun was out that’s the most important thing in the temperature was in the 70s and 80s and so perfect for people from Seattle Washington rainbows you know it’s a tropical area so the rainbows appear in the sky just so beautiful fireworks on Friday night was outstanding. Looks like all of Waikiki came to look And we stayed in the Tapa building and ocean view just outstanding. The restaurants to Bali was fabulous. The restaurants are on the street level was fantastic and we walked around the city and experience various type of cuisine. This is an outstanding vacation seven days and my wife and I are so glad that we have mobility and at our age so we could really enjoy the beach. Enjoy the catamaran enjoy just walking around the city shopping and so just outstanding. We look forward to another vacation like that.

Because there was no need. I was in the Wicolona Village, such as Big Ilan for 4 days, but I couldn't go to the hotel lounge or swimming pool because I was doing activities all day, and I couldn't see the famous dolphins, but I paid for the hotel blood and slept. It was so wasteful that I got this accommodation in Oahu, which is convenient for transportation, and I was satisfied with the choice. However, a very historical incident occurred and I filmed a movie that I will never forget. I laugh now, but how cool I was. On the first day, I was willing to eat beer and steak in the pub, so I left the card key at the hostel, and in the evening, there was no front desk, so no one opened the door. I can't contact the emergency contact network. . . Eventually, I asked for help with Trip.com online chat, but the hotel person said that I had to wait to read the email ㅠ. We went around the beach for 3 hours to find the bathroom, but we couldn't do anything, so we went back to our accommodation. On the roadside, we were scared to find out where the homeless appeared and started sleeping. The downside of this hostel was that it was hot, but I gave a thin blanket and slept with only a quilt. The advantage is that it is narrow because it is a window, but it is less stuffy and has a microwave, coffee maker, black tea, dish spoon fork, shower supplies, enough towels, etc. Rooms are not cleaned, laundry facilities are available, and chair boards to be taken to the beach are rented for free. |5.2km from city centerUhhhhh..... We stayed in this hotel because our flight got in late and we needed a place close to the airport to crash for one night. This hotel fits that purpose well. That said, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any other situation other than the one I just described. They were pumping sewage right outside of our door the morning we woke up. Also, our room key didn't work the morning we were checking out. The only other positive of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of THE BEST little food place we came across on our whole trip: Joe's Grill Express. We cannot wait to come back so we can visit Joe's again.

The conditioner was empty when I was in the bath! I stayed for consecutive nights, but it seemed like the floors hadn't been cleaned, and the bathrobes hadn't been replenished, so it's not good considering the price!

The recept is polite and detailed, providing necessities such as toiletries upon request. There's complimentary breakfast too and the spread is decent and awesome - only shortcoming is the hard boiled eggs and strawberry tasting tad sour-ish. There's complimentary necessities to the beach too. The valet is great - polite and efficient. All good.

Breakfast while looking at the sea is the most luxurious. The night view is beautiful at night. Amenities are from Hawaiian tropic. The difficulty is that despite paying a high resort fee, cleaning the room is charged, and the hair dryer is broken and cannot be used! If you could improve this, it would be a more comfortable stay.

When we first got there, we had asked if we possibly could get a room with a view and was initially told our room initially assigned is on the lower level and has construction view. Manager offered to upgrade us for a fee to a higher floor room. It has a very nice view of the beach but being that the room has 2 windows, the other side is still a construction view. Beds are comfortable and room has everything we need. Because of the upgrade, we had received access to the Monkey pod room which provided free bottled water, canned drinks and snacks. Overall we had a pleasant stay there. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, but it's also nice that the hotel has ABC store right downstairs and free coffee in the morning in the lobby.

I asked for additional towels and water, and they brought them right away.
There were no participants for the 6:30 a.m. yoga class, so I took the class alone twice. Although it cost an additional $20, it was not a waste at all. I want to come again next time.
