Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

The hotel is located in the city center, about 200 meters walk from Reform Avenue, with convenient transportation. The front desk check-in is relatively fast. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom facilities are complete. They are a bit old, but they do not affect the use. The elevator is a bit noisy at night. Room 515, because there was lunch at noon the next day, I did not book a room with breakfast. The price-performance ratio is not bad.

Good apartments for a decent price, but a bit confusing their pet policy as it states here in there policies that pets are allowed and FREE which they are not. I was told a price of 350$ MXN per night… upon telling them they told me I‘m wrong, do customer service wise I’m not so happy. However they were nice and let me change my room because I was initially in a room just above the reception which was horrible and you heard everything. Location is good, room was clean, served its purpose but I’m not sure I would come again.

Had a good experience in this hotel. There was only one minor quickly solved problem: when I entered my room, there was already someone staying in that room. So I went down and got another new room. Close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, but the car will only wait at the departure gate, Exit 4 or 5, on the hour. It’s not too far to take a taxi, Uber can reach it for 120 yuan. The room is spacious and has a coffee station to boil some hot water. There are no slippers, toothbrushes, etc., and the two charging eyes can be plugged in directly without conversion. Two bottles of mineral water are given, so you can simply go online and do some work. There is a hair dryer, safe, and ironing board.

Located on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.

Apartment hotel, about 100m from WTC Building (World Trade Center) straight line, it is Superama supermarket to go out, life is more convenient. The hotel is relatively clean and the service attitude is OK. It is that there is too much noise for the new couple at night when they check in. The hotel in Mexico City is cleaner and more comfortable than in Cancun. They are both Hilton hotels, but the difference is huge. We brought a lot of luggage 🧳, and our car was parked opposite the hotel. The hotel staff went directly to the opposite side of the hotel entrance to help us move our suitcases and delivered them to the room. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and had a very good attitude.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the main attractions, and is considered the best hotel in Mexico City. The room was clean, the bed was a bit soft, the window could not be opened, and like most American and Mexican hotels, the shower head could not be removed for hand-held washing.

The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉) 2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street... And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!
