Will definitely be returning to The Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Upon entering the hotel everything seemed super clean and I was greeted with a glass of champagne. I had a fabulous experience at the beach. A few names of the Excellent staff that made the day perfection: Murex, Jacque, Nerlens, Jefferey, and Daril. My group and I were helped to find a great spot on the beach, the food and drinks were amazing. This group of staff checked on my friends and I to make sure all was well. Will hopefully be coming back soon!

Hotel location is good, there are many restaurants around, you can also go shopping, just a few minutes walk to the beach. Toothpaste, toothbrush and other items are required. The hotel only provides shower gel and shampoo.

When I say I absolutely loved this place, I loved it this was my first stay all the way from New Jersey for a 5 day stay, I know even know where to start I was checked in by the security that helps around she was so prefect anytime we needed anything she would help or guide us in the right direction. I was so sad I didn’t get to see her my last two nights I wanted to tip her so bad n give her the most appreciative hug☺️But not to mention they have a restaurant downstairs in boy it’s this one person I will never forget unfortunately I didn’t get his name bc we started a conversation about a iguana, yea a laugh lol, an from there all I did is call him my friend 😂 but from the moment to the end he kept me laughing so hard I already miss having lunch there so we can laugh. But I’m gone end here wit when I come back I hope to see the same two people I absolutely wanna thank everyone for making us feel like we where home 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The Sagamore hotel has a good location in Miami Beach. The beach is equipped. The pool is very small and dirty. The pool bar is stocked and the staff courteous. The whole hotel needs a makeover. The rooms especially: old furniture. Curtains that do not block out the light. Tiny beds and uncomfortable mattresses. Incredibly noisy air conditioning, we couldn't sleep because of the noise.

A package sent from eBay was stolen! They received some of my packages at the front desk a few days before my stay, they gave me some of them but one that the post office delivered, they didn't have it, it was lost, it was stolen or they gave it to another guest and they never took care of it . I lost money and the hotel didn't even apologize. It's a shame because the staff's attention is good but no one knew how to deal with the matter, the manager never showed up after repeated requests. Regarding the rooms, they are old, they need renovation, the carpet is disgusting to step on barefoot. The hall is nice, it's a shame they don't offer a decent breakfast, just a thermos with coffee and they have a restaurant incorporated into the hotel.

This hotel is well located and affordably priced. We got amazing service from Marcela. There is a continental breakfast included and a little outdoor pool that my husband and 3yo son enjoyed. The poor area has many large iguanas living in it, which were interesting to see. There was a misunderstanding about room type. We booked through Jet Blue Vacations- the room we selected was ”Luxury Double-1 King Bed”... they should fix this as it's contradictory! We got downgraded from a city view to a wall view but we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it didn't matter. There was a questionable-looking bug in the first room we were assigned so Marcela moved us to the next. My biggest concern is that the hotel is rated 4-stars on several sights. It's definitely a solid 3-star: small, old, and pretty run down. We enjoyed it regardless.

Others are very good, is that the room does not provide free mineral water a bit too much, only 6 US dollars a bottle. Such an expensive room rate, can't you give a free bottle of mineral water per person per day? Hotels higher or lower than them are given!

I was going to spend a night in,Miami beach . Low budget in a hostal , coz I would be out doors most of the time . I been in 100 s of hostal travelling all over the world So I didn't read the little letters, coz most hostals are easy peasy chill and flexible I arrive at this hostal at reception , I had paid my booking with PayPal as I always do . They tell me than that there is a 20 $ deposit to be paid on a credit or debit card. I have a Dutch account and debit card from VISA PAY from my birth country but although it is a well known bank in Europe ,and everywhere in Europe it's accepted and even in Mexico and Colombia. It is not accepted in the US. So I could not pay for the deposit , and they would not accept cash, so I had to cancel the reservation and also it was not refundable . To be honest , it was a very basic hostal , with nothing there of great value. Why the deposit anyway , are guests so demolitions in Miami beach ? And shouldnt a hostal or hotel be covered by insurance for damages? Coz I see this over and over in other accommodations only so far in Miami Luxury hotels asking for a 500 $ deposit when staying there? It is mind blowing, I have never been asked for a deposit in my life Also the weirdest thing , they would ask at reception at Bed and Drinks hostal for a return or onwards ticket leaving the country. If you don't have proof of that , your stay will be cancelled For security reasons are they making this stuff up or what?! Bottom line , if they insist on deposits , they should at least have a terminal that accept ALL cards , Miami Is a Multi international city and should have more paying options. Although I still think it's way out of line to ask guests for deposits it is discrimination. It makes me very suspicious, about what is done with all those ” deposits ” money on hold . I hope they don't play around with that on stock markets or cryptocurrency ...... Freedom of speech

The photo was really deceived. I checked in on the 3rd floor without clear instructions. I promised to sort out the room in half an hour and waited for two and a half hours. I went to the lobby to pick it up. The sea view room is too far away. The price is the most unaffordable hotel.

Being a Hilton Gold and Diamond member in the past, we have stayed in many Hilton properties throughout the world. We had booked this room for 4 nights but had to check out after two nights to move to a different hotel as it was so bad. While the staff here were lovely, this was one of the worst Hilton properties we have ever stayed at. The lobby looks nice (but the air conditioning was not working). We had booked a King Terrace room. Upon entering the room, there was a terrible damp mildewed smell. The room was extremely small with a desk and chair - but when we checked out the terrace, we saw that the lock was broken on the door and there was no way to secure the room. The front desk moved us to a room 2 doors down. This room did not smell and the door locked, but it did not have a desk and was even smaller the the first room. There was no chair in the room leaving no place to sit. We again had to call down to the fro t desk as in this room, the single small sinks drain stopper was in the stuck position and would fill with water that would not drain. They said they would send maintenance and we left the room. Upon our return, they did get the water to drain but the stopper was now stuck in the up position not allowing us to use the sink properly. Once again they sent maintenance to fix it correctly. Later that day we learned that if you flushed the toilet in the room, the water (and whatever else was in the toilet) would erupt out of the toilet like a volcano. Truly disgusting. They attempted to fix this during our stay to no avail. Photos attached. Next. The curtains to the patio would not close and maintenance had to come again to close them. Later the next day we learned that the curtains would now not open They would stick after just a bit of movement. To cap off this terrible stay, the room was booked with a $50 food and beverage credit each day. On our first night there we went to the bar/restaurant at 10:15 pm to use the credit for a drink and snack. There were a few people there eating yet the manager told us it was closed and they we could not order from them or order to the room. We checked the open hours on the website and on the printed information sheet the hotel provided and the restaurant and rooms service was supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk - they said sorry- the restaurant could do whatever they want to do. We were not able to use our credit that day. Normally we would have checked out after the first night but we had to stay at the hotel a second night due to the location of an event that we needed to be at. We were able to leave after two miserable nights and checked I to a much better hotel for less money for the balance of our stay. As a side note the hotel wanted to offer us 30,000 points for our troubles- which we did not want as it nowhere equalled the problems we had and frankly with almost a million po

The location is not far from the beach. Although the hotel service is slow, this is the norm in the United States, and it is generally quite satisfactory. With the hotel room card, you can go to the public beach to get two deck chairs for free, but umbrellas are not included. Remember to ask the hotel for bath towels. The free bicycles are not bad, you can ride around. However, the swimming pool in the hotel's introduction picture seems to be able to see the sea, but it is actually completely inside the hotel, and you can't see a little bit of the sea.

We highly recommend this hotel for its great location and good price. We chose the hotel because we had been there before some years ago. The rooms are spacious and clean fully equipped with a kitchen. Shops, restaurants and Ocean Drive are just round the corner. It is an adult only hotel, which we liked very much. There has been a lovely breakfast room for some time. We loved breakfast very much because we got all we wanted. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were small misunderstandings due to language but nothing serious. People have written about the high price of valet parking. We disagree with their view and chose the service because parking is expensive in Miami anyway and a lot easier to leave the car just outside. The hotel is a lot more quiet than the area around Ocean Drive. Therefore, we think this is one of the best choices for a hotel in Miami. We will return there anytime.

I had the pleasure of experiencing unmatched hospitality from Dilip, who worked hard to ensure that our experience was perfect. He was waiting in the lobby when we arrived and arranged for us to be seated at the restaurant 15 minutes before it opened so that we would have plenty of time to make it to the cabaret show afterwards. He took us around the hotel and gave us a tour of all there was to offer. Thanks Dilip!

The environment is beautiful and the grade is acceptable. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast shop, so I have to go out to have breakfast by myself. In addition, there is a service fee for the resort outside, which is about 250 yuan a night, and the service fee for dining outside is also surprisingly high. A uniform 20% service fee is charged. If you come here to play, prepare enough money first.

The hotel is very close to the sea, within walking distance to a commercial street and Spanish Street. It takes 20 minutes by taxi to see Little Havana, Little Haiti and Designer Street. We arrived early, and the lady at the front desk helped us store our luggage first, and we went out to play. In the past few days when I arrived at the hotel, I caught up with the extreme cold that has never happened in a century, so I didn't use the beautiful swimming pool on the top floor! Remember to ask the front desk about their free beach umbrellas and beach yoga on Saturday mornings! The gym needs to use another sister hotel, 20 knives a time. There are also problems in the hotel. After we checked in, we found that the TV was broken and couldn't be repaired at all. Thinking about it, we don't watch TV very much, so we didn't change the room (there is no room to change, the store is full!). The service attitude of the staff is very good and professional.

We booked a room with a sea view, and paid the fee in advance. Afterwards, the waiter arranged a sea view room with a front balcony facing the sea on the third floor. Although it is facing the sea, it is the lowest floor of the hotel because of the low floor Rooms, and a platform, you can't see all the sea on the balcony. It is the worst room with a sea view. After you check in, you will find a front desk clerk to request a high-rise room of the same type, but the front desk clerk will not change it. , Said no, the high-rise only has side view of the sea, which is different from the booked room. We do not agree. After many communications, we adjusted to a front. Although the sea can be seen, the windows cannot be opened. A room on the 15th floor with a side balcony. Although the room is large, it is very old and has been upgraded for us. We do not need to upgrade the large room, we only need to have a balcony room with sea view according to the booking conditions. The waiter means no, because the fee has been paid in advance and cannot be refunded. It is night, and there is no other way. This large room without a front balcony has a sea view and does not match the booking conditions. I feel very uncomfortable! Communication is difficult due to the lack of language, as if cheated! We ca n’t understand that such a large hotel has a total of 16 floors and many sea-view rooms. It is estimated that there are nearly 60 same rooms, but we will arrange the worst room for you. If you want to change it, there is no, anyway. The money has already been paid, and it will not be refunded to you. I can't live with it. I can't understand it. It is recommended that domestic guests do not book this hotel.

This hotel is a walking distance to the beach. Our overall experience was great, just wish we had another room for the kids! Pool was nice, it’s salt water and increases to 5’ in the middle, and the deep end is 9’. There are no balconies but 2nd and 3rd floors have a walkway to the rooms where you could sit and enjoy outdoors. There is a washer and a dryer downstairs that we used a few times for a small fee. You get a towel card per person to exchange for a pool towel. Parking in Miami is challenging. A lot of it is a paid parking. We rented a car and were parking across the street because it was cheaper. You get 2 free loungers at the beach, but if you want an umbrella, it’s $15 per day. We went on a double decker bus tour of Miami, Everglades (airboat ride was the best!), Venetian pool in Coral Gables, and Jungle Queen boat tour to an island with barbecue dinner and a Polynesian show in Fort Lauderdale. Miami architecture and vegetation are very beautiful and a must see!

The only reason I gave the hotel a 3/5 for service was because of the noise the staff would make in the mornings. The rooms pick up noise on the second floor from the hallway very well. So I could hear the staff loudly chatting up a storm, opening and closing doors, etc from my room. Aside from that, front desk was amazing, so was the door guy. My flight was cancelled so I had to find a hotel at the last minute. Quite surprised when I saw Greenview's affordable rates considering its prime location. I booked the cheapest room and couldn't believe how nice everything was inside. The Front Desk helped me with directions to nearby cuban restaurants that had lunch specials and they were a pleasure to deal with. I noticed some bad reviews that seem to be from a time that Greenview hadn't been renovated but I was told that all rooms were modernized in the last few months.

Living on the Westcoast of Florida can be challenching during hurricane season - this year we had to leave because of hurricane Milton and we went to Miami Beach like we did two years ago with hurricane Ian. And we were welcomed like family and could relax for a few days. People at the reception desk - especially Anderson and Tania - were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and tastefully furnished, every room is equipped with a nespresso coffee maker for the first cup in the morning. Beds are very comfortable and they offer a ”beach service” and give you a ride to places around the hotel. I really love this place and hope to go there once without the threat of a hurricane. thank you LENNOX

I would say more than enough rooms with central air conditioning (unfortunately not adjustable), wifi, refrigerator, large window and private bathroom. There is also a dated but functioning elevator. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and noisy due to a thick clear tarpaulin type sheet they have put between the mattress and bed base. It's a horrible sound moving about and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Hotel is very old so has a very old air conditioning system and plumbing. We had a room with a view of Ocean Drive to start with which was a nice view but very noisy due to thin old windows. However on our second day at the hotel, we flushed the toilet and a pipe at the back of the toilet burst and flooded the bathroom. We called reception with urgency and they said 'can you put some towels down'. We said we didn't think they understood, that we'd put all of the towels down but that the water was continuing to flood. The water flowed over the towels and into our room and the hotel corridor. We called reception again and were told they could give us some extra towels at reception and that there was a plunger at the end of the corridor. I went to reception who gave me two beach towels and said that's all they had. I asked if someone could come and help as the room was flooded and they said 'we don't have anyone on maintenance today, but we can give you a mop and move you rooms...' We ended up trying to mop up all the corridors toilet water ourselves with towels before moving rooms. It was really upsetting that nobody came to help us. Another issue with the hotel is the lack of parking. On booking.com it says parking available on site/nearby at a cost. The valet company is not connected to the hotel but important to know if you're staying here and have a decided to park with the valet out front and were told it was being parked on site and would cost $120 for 3 nights parking. We agreed for convenience. When going on a boat tour of miami on our 3rd day, we were picked up from a neighbouring street and spotted our car parked on the street. We were fuming and went to the car and noticed not only was it parked on the street when told it was on site and off road but they hadn't paid parking for it and it had a parking fine! We approached the valet and they said they'd pay the fine and put it in the parking lot. Thankfully having moved rooms we could see now they did park it on-site after 2 days of it having been left in the road. When collecting our car, the valet said he'd paid the fine. I'd taken a picture of the ticket, checked on the Miami-Dade parking fine website and he had lied and it hadnt been paid. We argued with the valet for a long while whilst he argued we had to pay the full $120 and he would pay the fine but he wasn't doing so. He then said we had to pay and then he would pay the fine. We said no as he'd already lied about parking it. He then threatened to call the police and tried to drive off with our hire car. Honestly it was awful and he was such a horrible man (Elijia or something). Thankfully another man from the company called Mitchell came and helped out with translating for his colleague and apologised for his col

We came to spent the Thanksgiving weekend at the hotel had a really nice time. The place looked clean and friendly. We were checked in by Dewayne and he checked with his manager Roberto and he allowed us to do an early check in. That was very nice and convenient for me and my family. Small pool and a nice restaurant in the premises. Good food and nice service. Rooms very clean and a very affordable price. We got 2 rooms to accomodate us. We will be back. Thank you guys. Good job.
