Beautiful and decorated hotel in a great location inside the heart of the Fisherman village. Rooms are large, well-equipped and with high maintenance level. All of the staff had been very nice and efficient in fulfilling our needs. Breakfast was tasty, rich and in great location over the beach. On the other hand, we could overhear music from a nearby club until 11 pm inside our room, but it was not too disturbing (except one night which it was), and since the place is widespread, I guess this may not happen to all rooms.

The lobby was spectacular. We arrived at night but it still can tell that the hotel was clean and large. The employees were friendly and they always had wore a big smile on their faces. The room was clean and tidy, which had a big open shower space. Taking a shower with air conditioner was a little chilly but it was totally tolerable because the whether was so hot outside. Swimming pool was stunning with a wide view of ocean. It was pity that we cannot arrive sooner to enjoy the sunset in the pool. We will definitely consider staying more days at Hansar next time.😄

Had a wonderful stay. Fabulous location. Lovely modern, clean rooms with everything you need. Housekeeping staff were great and even provided extra towels and water without me asking, so grateful. All the staff were friendly from the restaurant to the reception. We spent a lot of time at the kids club as it was rainy season. Such a wonderful environment for children, so much to do from Lego to role play to soft play and structured activities throughout the day for different ages. The playground was super too. My toddler really loved everything. Breakfast was great. The only downside was it was in two rooms which is a challenge when you have young children and have to keep leaving them or taking them with you to get the room meaning you can only carry one thing it’s a little difficult. I think cereal and juice should be in both rooms. All the breakfast food was absolutely delicious and really high quality. Coffee was great too. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves at the holiday inn resort, so much so we extended for another week. My daughter loved the kids pool and the food from the kids menu too. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip great.

The environment is fine, but this room type is too bad. The service is okay. kidclub is too small. But the teacher is very responsible. Children like all kinds of classes. The price is also right. The spa is very comfortable. Meal is average. The biggest advantage is the location, the pedestrian street is just a few hundred meters away. It's super convenient to walk from the beach!

I enjoyed my stay at bandara resort. It is right next to fisherman village. The food at the resort is nothing to write home about but there are a bunch of great restaurants nearby at fisherman village. My sheets on the bed were not clean however upon requesting them to be changed they did so in about a day or so. Not the best service but it did the job. I would recommend.

A small inexpensive hotel right in Fisherman's village. We were looking for a hotel for one night, were satisfied. Very quiet and clean, located a little off the main road, the taxi driver did not find it the first time. The rooms are small, there is a balcony. For guests with large suitcases, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, which may be inconvenient. There is no cafe/restaurant, but this is not a problem in such an area. We will definitely stay here again.

A good hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. A plus - a large clean pool on the roof and a huge bed. The building itself is old. But not critical. Didn't reach the ”excellent” rating (the sink was leaking, there was no soap in the soap dish and the hot water was lukewarm: you can wash, but not very comfortable). Overall, I recommend the hotel: close to the pier, there is a beach nearby.

Service excellent,villa very big, good lighting,but no light at the bed,so bring a small torch.Good bed.Breakfast good, especially we liked the big choice of fresh fruit juices.Unfortunately the restaurant closes at 6pm, but there are 3 good Thai restaurants next door.No breakfast buffet.You have to order the breakfast for the following day right after your breakfast.Not all people know today what they would like to eat the next day.No deck chairs at the beautiful beach, but enough around the pool.As the way to the resort is quite steep, it is not suitable for handicapped people.We were happy and can recommend this resort.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay here. The staff were extremely friendly and did everything they could to make sure our stay was memorable. The room was clean and the pool was incredible. The hotel had subscriptions to all the streaming services like Netflix so you can relax after a long day. The hotel brought breakfast to our room every morning, it was fresh and tasty. Next to the hotel is an amazing beachfront restaurant with access to the beach and a supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. the hotel also has in room dining available. It’s a little far to some places on the island but the hotel offered tours and excursions and had a bike/car rental program. It was also cheap to take taxis around using the grab app. Next time I visit Koh Samui, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The location is great, with the beach just outside. A bit remote though, but fine with a motorbike. Very friendly staff. On the downsides, the towels are really giant and not very convenient to use. Some light bulbs on the ceiling were not working, so it was a bit dark in the evening. Something's living on the roof, producing noise at night :)

The villa swimming pool is on the seaside and has German design standards. It is cost-effective and worth staying. Especially the beautiful receptionist at the front desk and the waiter service made us feel at home. The fruit ice tea made us feel a little cool from the hot weather and immediately calmed down. The location is excellent, but the hotel itself is practically abandoned - the impression that the owners are no longer interested in the hotel business. The territory is launched, on the garden site now hydroponica, where salad and something like that are grown. Cleaning once every three days if lucky, but it is often forgotten, even if reminded in the morning. Restaurant is no longer, so eat somewhere else. Overall, from good - only location. I don't recommend.

Hello ! This is my third time staying at this hotel, I really like all the staff, the peaceful atmosphere, cleanliness and thoughtfulness. The breakfasts are also very captivating, they are in a buffet format and there are enough dishes to choose from and good coffee. The hotel has two different swimming pools located in two buildings that differ in style and one is more “party”, and the second is quieter. The hotel is very well cleaned, good bed linen. Of the minuses of this particular trip in the hottest month - April, I would only note that it is not on the first line, as I am too lazy to go there in such heat, but I would like to note that the hotel is only 50 meters from it. And in bad weather (November), the location of the hotel, on the contrary, was advantageous, because there was wind and storm all around, and inside the hotel it was quiet and you could spend time and swim by the pool! I think this is a great option for Lamai, where everything is done with people in mind! Thanks to all the staff

Pros: quite a good location, peaceful beach and very serene atmosphere, two friendly ladies at reception Cons: I spent at the place less then 12h and got a text on WhatsApp from the hotel reservation manager(!!!) Aoffy , who without any explanation said they’d check me out the next morning instead of 4 nights since there was a mistake with the booking and the price I payed was lower than it should be. He also said- we were generous enough to check you in (!!!) “because it was late and you are a lady”, not because I paid! Ridiculous service and attitude, I booked the place 9 days in advance and since I used to work in hospitality before, I know that they were supposed to check my booking including the room rate, if there was any problem with it, they were supposed to contacted Trip or Expedia and solve it upfront, instead of not throwing their back office problems onto their guests! He was very rude and definitely under qualified for this position. He was attacking and annoying me on WhatsApp, I asked him to send me a formal email with the explanation and contact details of their GM and he disappeared. 6h later Trip finally solved the problem and I stayed there for three more nights but the impression was ruined and I just didn’t feel welcome there. It also felt like there was no enough stuff at the restaurant, sometimes you’d have to go to reception to ask for someone to come over and sell you a bottle of water.

These are very convenient apartments, with a large amount of decor, elegantly decorated , clean and comfortable. There are all necessary for comfortable accommodation of 4 people, dishes and household appliances in the kitchen as well in availability! Successful location: Near the area filled with infrastructure, but at the same time off the road, very quiet. We were with rented car, so with regard to the pedestrian access to infrastructure I cannot comment. A pleasant pool ! Recommend 100%

The hotel staff were so friendly from arrival to check-out. From the time I made a reservation, I contacted each other with WhatApp and kindly informed me about check-in / check-out, airport pick-up, local schedule, etc. It's not a large complex, but it feels much more polite and luxurious than the surrounding resorts and villas. Breakfast is served by the chef at the time of the pre-arranged time to come to the villa and cook it yourself. It feels like eating at home! The menu is not very varied, and it's about breakfast that you eat simply, such as bacon/sorcelain/cereal/egg fries/fruits. There is a pool in each villa, but there is a little regret that it would have been better if there was a main pool with a beach view available to all guests. Anyway, I enjoyed my trip with my family in a really long time.
