Hotel location is very good, but the facilities are old, the sound is not good, the toilet space is small, and the water pipes and other rooms are connected. The temperature of the water and hot water will change next door. It is too difficult to take a bath. However, considering the lower price, the price is still ok.

This location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

I think it is equivalent to Holiday Inn Express + in China, and certainly not as good as Courtyard by Marriott in China. The rooms and bathrooms of this Courtyard are big and new, and the hygiene is very good. What I am not used to is that they do not provide disposable slippers (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for), but there are ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. The room hygiene is indeed not cleaned every day, and I asked the room service for clean towels on the second night. In addition, the hotel is next to the highway, so it is best not to arrange a room facing the highway, but it is indeed very convenient to get on the highway. It is also good not to have to pay for parking, saving money!

I stayed in the hotel and I found my car could not be started. I asked the Front desk gentle*** for help, and he was really nice to help me to call the Roadside service. Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. I had the hand brake on , so the car could not auto start, so this time I was learning. and thanks for the hotel kind help

The stay was nice even though they could have posted when we booked that the pool was closed for 2 days. The 2 pictures I posted I thought was the Breakfast Buffet that my family & I were getting but it only included the first picture not sure why they showed the other stuff and not having it. Really wanted waffles, eggs & sausage. I would have booked a different hotel if I knew it was cereal, bagels, yogurt & muffins only.

I forgot my bag in the room 107 when checked out in the early morning of Mar 07, 2019 and when I found out , it was already Mar 09， and I called the hotel immediately. the lady replied that they would check with housekeeping. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. Stayed here a few nights with my girlfriend and we loved it! Very clean and modern hotel. I loved all the techy touches like the numerous USB ports for charging devices, cool accent lighting throughout and even Bluetooth speaker built in to the bathroom mirror! We enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the lobby although they only serve breakfast and dinner and prices a little hhigh it was worth it. the only thing I have to complain about is the location... it's very close to desert ridge shopping but is awkwardly located were gps gets confused and takes you thru several parking lots and a round about. other than location it's a 10!!
