|0.22km from city centerEverything is as expected. Room is clean and spacious. I booked a 2 single bed room. Staff was friendly even through we arrived at midnight. Maybe we came at a non-traveling season, we didn’t hear any sound or noise from the hallway. Breakfast is only available if u pay by cash at the hotel which we got. The breakfast itself is average or below average in my opinion as there aren’t much choices. You can always eat outside of the hotel ofc. The location is great as well. Considering it’s only 850 ntd for two person, I have no complaints. If you are just staying for one night before going to Alishan and wish to save some money, I would recommend this place.

Die Zimmer sind in grau, schwarz und weiß gehalten, moderne Badezimmer, nichts Sensationelles, aber man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Kathedrale hat natürlich Vor- und Nachteile. Zum einen ist man direkt im Herzen von Haarlem, zum anderen kann es schon mal abends auf der Straße lauter werden, wenn auch die Fenster sehr gut isoliert sind. (Es gibt aber auch Zimmer zur ruhigen Rückseite.) Und, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man entweder in das direkt um die Ecke liegende Parkhaus (26€/Nacht) oder am Ortsrand parken. Ein Plus sind auch die beiden exzellenten Restaurants im Haus: das Sterne-Restaurant sowie das Bistro mit Terrasse. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Zimmer-Preise sind angemessen.

Really nice to provide a little birthday gift of lotion, facial wash and conditioner for my mum. Loved their orange scent used in hand-wash.
Location was superb with many food options and convenience stores nearby plus walkable distance to WenHua Night Market.
Aircon was strong, bedding was comfortable and loved the hot tub!
Only negative was sometimes room cleaning wasn't done thoroughly as cups was unwashed and lift and lobby sometimes had an unpleasant smell. There was tea and snack available at lobby on the first day but never seen again on my four nights after.

It makes me feel like living in a 4-star hotel but also provide convenient & reasonable-price services. They also have washing machine & dryer on basement which costs you only $50 each time.
