I want to rate this property 3.5 actually based on the service and room based on price paid. The check in experience by a lovely young man was good, he tried hard to communicate with me in English and did well so a big thanks to him. My room was good quality and spacious. Plenty of storage space and refrigerator. Toiletries provided with good shower. Hotel location is around 15 minutes walk from Batman alley. My biggest letdown was the sound proofing or lack of. You could clearly hear conversations going on in the next room also what was on their tv’s. Customers were slamming room doors at 2-3am and it just echoed loudly all the way through. My sleep was broken and I woke up unrefreshed. I understand the hotel can’t necessarily have control over disrespectful guests once they pass reception however much better sound proofing is needed between rooms.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel close to 7pm and parked our car in the parking lot under the building. There's a cost for non-guest of R$50 for a 12-hour period and R$40 for guests. The check-in was somewhat fast, but the price was different from the reservation I made through Booking. I ended up not questioning it because it was already late and I was tired from my trip. Check-in made, we headed to our room. During the reservation, I mentioned to the hotel staff that my wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary that month, and we were greeted to a small gift and a thoughtful letter, which was a heartwarming touch. The room is small and contains the double bed, a small table with a couple of chairs, a small fridge (empty) and a small closed to keep our clothes. The bathroom is small but very functional, however it took some time to get hot water in the shower. I had to leave the water running for a solid 2 minutes before the water was warm enough to take a shower. There were only bath towels and no hand towels, which wasn't really a problem, albeit unusual. The breakfast is simply amazing! There's a Peruvian restaurant annexed to the hotel, and I couldn't stop eating all the delicious pastries that were available. There's no lack of options, even for picky eaters like myself. There's a small outdoors space that's really pleasant to stay during the meal. The nice decor adds to the experience. We checked out the next day, with no bad surprises. Overall, it's well located, close to malls and parks, and the traffic around the hotel was somewhat easy, probably due to the period of the year (early January).

CRITICA CONSTRUTIVA Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h. Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h. Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO. Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

The rooms are large, the beds and the comfortable trams, however, it leaves to wish in the private. SUPER RECOMENDO!!! Hotel muito bem localizado. O lobby é bem bonito, com um piano e quadros de muito bom gosto. O c-in foi rápido, muito caloroso, onde recebi todas informações necessárias. Ao chegar no quarto, eu e minha família ficamos tocados com o carinho e atenção da família Mercure. Meu pequeno logo correu para a ”cabaninha” montada na sala(ele amou). Mimos e agrados, juntos com uma cartinha de Boas Vindas muito carinhosa, assinada pela @EquipeMercure, também já nos aguardavam na mesa da sala. O quarto é moderno, muito aconchegante e a limpeza impecável. O fato da TV ser móvel, podendo atender tanto a sala quanto o quarto também foi muito bem pensado. Chuveiro maravilhoso. A piscina é incrível (aquecida e limpa). Fomos todos os dias. A academia muito boa. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Buffet variado e com opções de muita qualidade. A agilidade e atenção da equipe do restaurante na organização, limpeza e reposição é impressionante. É perceptível o empenho e cuidado de todos. No dia do c-out, recebi late c-out cortesia. Agradeço imensamente toda Equipe Mercure Pinheiros pelo carinho e atenção. This was my second visit to the hotel and my second review. Nothing has really changed since my previous visit, except the pandemic. The hotel was very clean and the in the breakfast service, everybody respected the rules. What I’m missing is a lobby bar and some fresher looking paint in the hallways. When you get out of the elevators it looks like some kind of 2-star hotel with the yellowish painting, but the image changes when you get into your room. I don’t actually interact much with the staff, except when checking in and out. They are friendly and efficient. No problems there. I have already booked this same hotel for my next trip. The hotel is very good for the price if you book early. I always book on Accor site and get a discount and never have had any problems with the booking.

The room is as shown in the picture, very real, the only thing is that if you need to pay separately for cleaning, and the cost is quite high, so I can't bear to clean for a week. Other shower gel shampoos are also a set when you first go in. However, there is no problem with staying at 11 or 12 in advance. This is OK, can cook, and has a full set of kitchen equipment. It's okay.

The staff were very some of the most friendly and helpful that I have spoken to in a hotel so I was really glad about this part. I chose this hotel instead of others that looked similar in the same area because it had a pool. It was around double the price of the similar hotels that had no pool. The pool looked absolutely filthy and it had a weird looking broken hole in the bottom of it so I didn't even go in it unfortunately because I was concerned I might get issues. The whole place was dated which is fine but the bath in the room had jets that didn't work which was annoying and there wasn't a socket near the bed for electricals such as chargin my phone. Breakfast was very basic which was ok but the 'juice' was totally not juice but just some concentrate and coffee wasn't good either. It wasn't expensive but my advice is spend less ny going somewhere without a pool.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are good, but breakfast is not to be desired and the parking is bad! In the morning breakfast, the mosquito eggs were green, yes ... green, soon one guest had complained and they took off the buffet, the milk was not frozen, the part of suckles, oats and granules were poorly preserved because they were mugs, no description of foods If you have any allergy, take care. Now the parking, I will make a direct complaint with the hotel and also with the parking company, two days were charged indebtedly, when the first day was charged, setting the withdrawal was up to half a day of the next day, 2h tolerance, we withdrew our car at 11h23 and charged another day!!!!!!! I'm late for a compromise and I couldn't lose time discussing ... Without telling you couldn't connect the car, we had to go down from the room to teach the manufacturer to connect.

The location is very good. It takes 15-30 minutes to most sightseeing spots. The room was clean, but it was a bit small. Staff was amicable and polite. Because it’s not as close to Avenida Paulista, it is much quieter than other hotels. There’s a drugstore about 5 minutes from the hotel and Le Pain Quotidien is 7-minute walk (if you’re looking for a place to have brunch).

The best hotel I stayed in Brazil, the hygiene, facilities and breakfast are all good. Very new hotel, the room partition is great and big enough, the bathroom, bedroom and living room can be separated separately. It is also close to the largest park in São Paulo, so you can go to the park early in the morning.

I was hosted in the period from 16 to 26/06/2022 in this hotel, and what happened: highly noisy rooms, with noise from lifts and water box, echoing day and night taking us sleep and patience. As I was working, I was very disturbed even by moving to the room, that was in apt. 907. My friend, who was on the 19th floor, had a noise that looked like a turbine of a plane. I was rebelled, I wrote to the hotel manager, asking for the return of the paid value, since the hotel had no accommodation conditions, and so far nothing. Besides the disturbances produced by the hotel, it is noise from the streets, besides the highly risky place where any vagina you are robbed, especially by cyclists who walk behind cell phones, day and night. So before hosting, be careful! I made some videos, and I will go to court against that service provider, who at any time is concerned about the wellness of his guests.

I don't really like carpet in hotel rooms, but this is a personal preference. The carpet looked pretty clean. The key (card to enter the room) did not work 3 times during the stay. So, I had to go down to reception and ask for activation, which irritates me. But it wasn't the fault of the staff, who were friendly. The pool and gym were under renovation and this was not informed during booking, which I don't think is correct. The location is excellent.

The landmark hotel is well located in the Jardines area of São Paulo. This area has many shops, restaurants and a large shopping mall nearby. It's a little hilly in that area if you plan to go walking around keep that in mind but generally a very nice walk up to Paulista Street for shopping or to find an unusual little coffee shop or restaurant nearby. The hotel could use a little refreshing as the decor is a little older, but still very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is simple the usual Brazilian, fair and tasty. I had the duplex, which was a two-story apartment with a sitting room downstairs, small kitchen, and the bedroom upstairs with a Jacuzzi tub. I have been to Sao Paulo many times and I would certainly stay there again thank you very much landmark staff for being so helpful and friendly.

Located in the neighborhood of Jardins, an upscale, fancy area of São Paulo. The street itself is pretty quiet which is nice. And within walking distance you’ll find yourself in a bustling area of restaurants, shops and museums. Central Park Flat has all the exterior looks: modern, nice lobby/reception, valet parking, doorman. It’s also a residential flat: people live here. But it became clear pretty quick that looks can be deceiving: 1) Arriving in our room the light didn’t work (no one checked that during the last clean up?) So we already immediately had to request maintenance, which came within 15 minutes. Great service on that. 2) the room was not meant for 3 people, even when that is what we booked for. The 3rd bed looked like a hospital bed. And was placed in the room where it didn’t really fit: in front of the balcony doors. But there wasn’t really anywhere else it could go either. The couch should have been a sofa-bed. 3) The double bed in between the wall and wardrobe was also less than ideal as there’s barely any space to comfortably pass next to it (am I to assume you’re supposed to crawl in from the feet end?), and only 1 side gets a side table, with 1 wall socket. 4) The kitchenette came with a mini fridge and microwave, and 2 sets of dinner plates and cutlery. Another indicator that this was not meant to be a 3 person room, even when the booking said so and they should have prepared for that. But I don’t think this room is usually booked for 3 people. Hence the removable hospital-like bed that damages the floor. 5) The bathroom mirror had a large internal damage on it that kinda blocked some visual. 6) The WiFi was spotty in the room, better by the door. The network is open and unprotected which personally I find a bit odd especially in this day and age? 7) Breakfast has a lot of options but at the same time is very limited: like a lot of bread and sweets, but no yogurt of any kind. There is cereal which I guess we are to put in milk instead. Cheese and ham, but no white meat option. There are no tags explaining what is what which would be helpful honestly. I’m guessing no gluten free options for those wanting… All in all, it’s not a bad place to stay. Not at all. But I wouldn’t call it more than average, and I’ve had average that were better honestly. While it looks like 5 stars, it ended up being an average 3 star stay for us. They do have a very nice pool, and that was the best thing about our stay.
