|4.09km from city centerRecently I stayed in this hotel. Paid RM98 for a Twin deluxe room (promo on weekday). Never expect too much, I used to stay in other budget hotels but none of them impress me much. Well, can't expect too much when I only pay a peanut. But KL Guest has surprised me a lot. Not only the design, but also the comfort of the room. Not big but spacious enough for 2 people with extra space for luggage. Location is a plus too, many eateries around. Even in the mid night after meeting, I still can fill up my stomach with good food. Travel to my office is nearby too, just 5mins to KLCC. Good job.

|2.35km from city centerI am regular at Ibis Cheras, staying about 4 times a year and each time about 3-5 days. The location is convenient for me as I am here to see family. With a burgeoning of eateries a short walk away, meals or supper is close at hand. Notwithstanding the good points about Ibis, the nice room and good WiFi, a few things seem to have lapsed. It looks like they are using their old eroded towels again. Also, the grouting in the bathroom needs to be cleaned properly because mould have set in. The roller screen in the bathroom is stained. All these things detract from the positives of the room and stay. Breakfast also seems to have dropped in standards and the new meal room doesn’t look like a restaurant at all. It would be good if they can take a look at these things and resolve a few of them.

|5.44km from city centerFirst of all, don't be fooled by the price up to 7 people, actually the price on the app is only for 2 pax more than that, there is an extra charge.. here read the description because this thing is placed at the bottom even though that thing should be the first thing. And I didn't even inform you if you use a pillow, you have to pay more, the towel that is displayed on the bed is also paid for if you use it 😕 so it's easy to quote everything here and the charge is the only thing 🫠 the organizer should inform you if you want more pillows to be prepared and there is a charge for use, right? happy the place actually for 6 pax is quite crowded, which is okay.... really bad experience 🫤

|12.78km from city center 1. The hotel owner made zero efforts to soundproof the rooms. Most common noise are the Downstairs mamas. If that isn't bad enough, you get to hear neighbors from other hotel guests too. Don't stay here. You won't get a peaceful sleep. noises 2. The hotel owner Don’t provides Body soap liquid& Shampoo or conditions. You don't get shampoo and body wash gels which are reserved for the more expensive rooms. A stupid and *****ic decision from amateur hotel owners right there. Very disappointed have to purchase from outside. 3. The Hotel didn’t Provide BLANKET. The bed comes with a flimsy sorry excuse of a 'blanket', which is nothing more than a thin set of bedsheets!! Not considerate. 4. The room are not clean, the toilet leave the stain water urine, it’s was disgusting, and have bed bug over the bed. One water bottle to share with both guest very disappointed hospitality overall.

|0.24km from city centerFor me it's a little difficult to check in cause you have to take the key near another place then drive to the train parking near the top. then after the parking lot you need to know which side is tower A and which one is tower B. if you go to the wrong tower then you have to go back down near the parking lot and put back the luggage all inside your car and go to the opposite building. mcm payah la for me. card can only be used for your floor only. sp if ur room 17th floor, 17th floor je you can prgi. so the condition of the view room is all really beautiful. very clean.

Only public parking spaces are available and parking coupons are needed from 08:00-18:00. Security is good but the WiFi password can't access the facility. Bathroom need to be a bit cleaner. Nearby are 7-11, Watson and Fresh Mart outlets.

|2.35km from city centerA bit pricey but this hotel is located right in middle if Pandan Indah. Numerous eatries,banks,shops,clinics and even a private hospital within walking distance. Rooms are clean and the linen are clean too. Healthy living with a Japanese garden/Zen feeling given. There is aromatherapy and the whole place smells wonderful. Could be a problem for asthmatics though. Beds are very comfortable and the toiletries given are very soothing. Breakfast is free. In a restaurant right below the hotel.Very good food. One thing I did not like was the fact that they photostated the identity card and kept a copy without informing.And it is done on every visit. This is for one,a violation of our rights. Second it is a security risk. In this age of scams,such photostated documents have very high chances of being misused falling into the wrong hands.Hope that the nanagement takes note. A very good experience otherwise and please keep it up management.

Fast check in and out. If you drive, car can park at the front of the hotel, just inform the reception staff and they are friendly to assist you. Room is clean but can be improved. Room also provide a kettle, tv and wardrobe. Room is just nice with window facing shoplots behind. Overall satisfied with the staff service and the room.

They had TV in d room but it wasn't functioning well. Towels,, water, soaps provided. The receptionist was okay. Really walking distance to ampang puteri hospital and ampang point.

|10.6km from city centerWe check in this hotel on 16/9/2022 for 1 night for wedding event nearby. It was a late check in due to traffic jam from Johor. The hotel look grant from outside. The room was quite spacious. Before check in, we already call the reception to inform that we have an handicap driver who need a parking lot near to the lobby. For your info, their parking lot is located on the opposite building, multi-storey which is inconvenience for us. The receiption do give us approval to park outdoor. But when we reach the hotel, the security did not allow us to park. Even tho we did told him that we already got the approval. We have to go to the reception again, show them the prove, then the security let us park. But from the security movement and the way he look at us as if we making a crime. So terrible. It was raining day on that day, but was disappointed as no one from the hotel staff assist us with our luggages and things. Enter the room, when we wanted to use the toilet urgently, towel bowl was stained and cannot flush off. Called the room service, technician took about 20-30mins to repair. 4G internet and wifi access was very slow. In the evening, and during check out the next day, the same security kept looking at us and our vehicle. I understand that they are doing their job but please know that we didn't park there illegally. On the day of check-out, we called the reception to check whether can we request for late check-out, but instead of getting a late check-out, reception make us to check-out earlier which is before 12(the standard timing of checking out) If you are looking for a spacious room and decent area, you can come over to this hotel but if you are looking for overall good service and convenient, don't visit this hotel. You will disappoint yourself, just like i do.

Good view of the southside of Kajang town, MRT and KTM tracks is available from the room size glass window. The staff are helpful and meals are tasty and ontime. Only pool maintenance and in-house entertainment need upgrading. Poor TV signals have persisted for many years judging from previous remarks.
