The place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.

This hotel is located little interior on a elevated road from main road. It is 1 km away from ksrtc bus stand 1. 5 kms from temple. The high light is convenient check in time of 8. 00 pm to 8. 00 pm. The hotel has only 3 floors. No lift. No resturant. The room was good. But linen were not so fresh. No intercom. The staff were co-operative. Overall experience was good.

I searched makemytrip and read reviews of hotel and found hotel bhramari nest is best and value for money hence booked. This decision was a perfect 10/10 decision, as hotel is new, very well maintained, good staff and they have a great veg restaurant. My family of four adults had occupied two rooms and all were very happy with stay.

Separate geysers to give to 24 hour hot water supply. gallery is also spacious. swiming pool offers infinity view. Bon fire is organised by staff every evening. restaurant is big to cater all visiting tourist. multi cuisine restaurant with good taste and quality. local coorg cuisine dishes are must try. small gym and play area with all games like table tennis carrom table football and pool available and maintain in good playable condition which not found now a days in many resorts which keep these amimities for name sake. staff is very courteous and helpful and provide you to plan your itinerary perfectly.

Stayed at this resort for 2 night. Positive 1. Very polite staff, from the receptionist to the helper, to the waiter (kumar. All the staff were very polite. I personally i nave r seen this combination in any resort. 2. Usually only breakfast is provided ***** with stay, but here we had the option to select one more meal with breakfast. We opted for dinner. Initially we thought it will be buffet dinner for all guest, but to our surprise we ordered the food of our choice and they prepared and served us hot. 3. Place is well maintained and can be easily reached using google maps. 4. Nisargadhama is 15 min drive and dub-are is 30 min drive from this resort. 5. No restriction on usage of hot water. Quality geyser installed. Improvement areas. We could not get a cottage due to high demand, hence had to book a single room. 1. Room is decent, but the paint combination is not that great. 2. Pols provide a bed light. 3. Fan is bit noisy, need to be changed. But with cold weather it is not of much use. 4. Bed is not evenly placed, needs to be adjusted. Oover all our stay was pleasant at this resort. Family with small kid can stay in this room if the above suggestions are implemented.

Contacted before checkin to resort and also got the location details so that place has been found easily which we can travel through local auto rickshaw or else through taxi. But be carefull about the prices offering for pick up and drops. Games activities are less in the resort. It should be improved more as everyone will be fed up with just eating and sleeping. also not having any particular good places in resort for the photoshoot purpose and all.

Pros : 1. Location is excellent (center of the town) with a lot of options in and around for shopping and eating. 2. The rooms are big enough for 2 with a lot of storage(cupboards and storage) and the beds are comfortable 3. The rooms are fairly clean and cleaned regularly. Cons: 1. No restaurant in the hotel and so food has be ordered from a nearby restaurant which is delivered to the room. 2. Kits(toothpaste and brush) were not given at the time of check-in. 3. Frequent power cuts in the town( 6 to 7 times every day )and the hotel staff is reluctant to switch on the genset and have to spent most of the nights in the dark 4. Tv was provided but there was no stub (set top box) and had to inform the reception. Even after stub was provided, no channels or packages were activated. So we lost a lot of time(a day went by) getting the stub ready. The tv and stub have to be ready and working when a customer checks-in but that was not the case. So, the services and people are very passive and hardly interested.

The resort was good and staff behaviour was also decent. However the food was not good and we told the same to them as well. Once we ordered bread omelette for dinner and it was not properly cooked. We told this to resort staff and they cancel-led the order and apologised for the same which was very good. We used the swimming pool as well. Overall great place to stay however they need to improve their food options

The location of this zostel is really beautiful! the people who manage the place are really sweet. The food is amazing and super affordable! the location is also close to many tourist spots. The location of the property is very good, just as the name says it is at the edge of a cliff with mesmerizing view of the scenery especially early in the morning and in the evening. The location is just 7 mins away from the main madikeri market and is very close to raja seat. Even ab-bi falls is not too far from the place. The breakfast menu has good south indian delicacies and the service is also good. Rooms are spacious with ample lighting because of the full glass windows and balcony. However, the bed is not so comfortable to sleep and makes creaking sounds. Hot water is available 24 hours in the bathroom. Room service is also good and the staff is quite polite and helpful. Wifi connection is very poor and there are no amenities like indoor or outdoor games or swimming pool in the hotel. Overall i would give it a 7/10 rating mainly for the view, calmness and friendliness of the hotel staff.
