The scenery outside the window is good, you can see the Franklin Bridge directly, the surrounding is very safe, the breakfast is also rich, the front desk coffee is casually drunk, there is no microwave in the house, there is in the lobby. Not far from the Independence Palace, the Freedom Bell, Chinatown, about 20 minutes walk. The sanitation is probably clean, I caught two as soon as I checked in.

1. The management is very standardized, and the bathroom and toilet are very clean. 2. The sleep is very satisfactory, and the lighting management is scientific. 3. The lobby is spacious, diverse, lively and orderly. 4. You can check in only if you have an ID card that is idle for more than 40 miles. 5. In each natural year, the stay shall not exceed 14 nights. 6. For Chinese food, you need to go to Chinatown, which is about 2 kilometers walk. 7. The Delaware River is beautiful and nearby. 8. I will definitely come to Philadelphia again in 2024.

It was my boyfriend's birthday and he is not from Philadelphia so I thought it would be nice to rent a room and go exploring downtown, a part of Phila he's never really been to. So I go to the site and book it in his name because I lost my I.D and because of the pandemic I wasn't able to get one yet. Now from what I understood the person whose name is on the reservation would need to show I.D but not the other. We were so excited when we walked in only to be told we couldn't stay!

The hotel is located in the city center, with a good location. You can see the City Hall building when you go out, and the concert hall is opposite. I didn't dare to go out at night, so I just sat in the lobby and watched the hustle and bustle of people. A very good hotel, mainly on the edge of Philadelphia's safest northern line. Even if there is no honeless next to the hotel, you can still swipe your card to enter the store, which is very reassuring. The hotel has excellent hardware and the breakfast is also great. The coffee, fried eggs and bacon are all great. The service is also very good, especially the fact that it is just a bridge away from Chinatown, just a few steps away, which is very good! The location is awesome. Easy to get to and from the major attraction in the city. i was there for the Penn Relays and it was a great, easy scenic 1.5 mile walk to and from each day. Got my exercise while seeing the city from on foot. Best of all on my walks this was how i decided where I would eat breakfast and dinner. So I was able to try something different each day. i was a little tempted to try Ruth Chris but I did not :(. The train ride to and from the airport was quick, easy directions to follow and though not the most scenic ride on the train, seeing the steel and stuff looks industrial America. I likes!! I did try one of the take out Chinese food spots ..oh man.. that was colorful to say the least...Bring Your Own Bag!! What an experience that was.. I guess its a city thing. The room was nice. I got real comfy real fast. The bed was super comfy and the view reminded me of my college days in NY. Just watching cars go by and at night with the lights reflecting off the windows creating various patterns. My only challenge was the TV... can you believe after all that good stuff my issue was the TV!? Just the hardest thing to navigate. maybe its cause I dont watch enough TV. :).

Everything was fine, except that I was awakened by the hotel's fire system just after I fell asleep. At 3 a.m., I walked down from the 7th floor to the lobby on the first floor in my pajamas and slippers, carrying important items. 😦 It is worth mentioning that the Reading Market next to the hotel is convenient and a paradise for foodies

Marriott's member hotel has very good sanitary facilities, but the service is really not good. I asked for two more quilts, but the waiter promised to give me the service. Finally, I asked him to go down to get them. This is nothing. The most bizarre thing is the parking fee. When I checked in, they didn't tell me to pay the parking fee in advance, and they didn't give me a parking ticket. After I checked out, I found a parking ticket. This is the hotel's internal parking lot, not the public area! The attitude of the Taiwan staff is very arrogant, typical white people's arrogant style, the words are human, but the attitude is not human. What touched me most was Ctrip's service. After understanding the situation, they communicated with the hotel and took the initiative to pay the overcharged parking fee first, so that our happy journey can continue. Thank you!

Staff is wonderful, super helpful and kind. Very accommodating to our event and all of the attendees! Had wonderful, easy service throughout the whole weekend. The bed sheets had a prior stain. You can tell they were washed but it was an old makeup(?) stain… a little discomforting but everything else was up to par. The elevators seemed to give out fairly easy with constant use. Overall had a great time, will be back!

The road in front of the hotel has a main road and a secondary road with a separation belt in the middle. Baidu navigation has always been prompted to sit on the road, the result has been walking on the left main road, eyes can not enter the hotel, have to turn back. The room was clean and the service was good. No coffee pot, no hot water, instant noodles can't be soaked. The left hand of the hotel is not far from the intersection. There is a Chinese-opened restaurant. It is good to pay for food by self-service.

Convenient enough, the blue line takes you to center city very easily. Not much around the hotel itself except for the school campus and lots of students. Not a lot of food options late night if that’s your thing. Breakfast is not included. Parking over night is very expensive 40+ dollars, however you can leave the car till next day 6pm . There’s a gym, didn’t go so can’t comment. The lounge room is nice to work in.

We had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.
