I was a little late in the hotel, I was angry with the reception girl's service, but when I arrived in my room, the girl was cleaned and wasn't quite. She left everything in a small way, which I for a while forgot what had happened before, and I had to go out of business, and I stopped to thank the girl. My day that was all to go wrong changed at that moment with a charming smile and a kind way of receiving me, asking if I needed help, I only thanked and congratulated her, for having changed my day and made him happy. I will never forget that kindness and that kindness of that girl, to feel so well at the point of change, my frustration that I had with the girl at the reception. Thank you for changed my day, and for making my room so cool, you made the difference to me that day, my room was in the first floor. The hotel is in congratulations for having a girl so mega that makes us change, our bad day .... Congratulations for being that light being that changes our day .

Spent a pleasant 4 night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Quarto amplo, ótimo banheiro( única ressalva e o chão do box que não é antiderrapante e precisava de barra, na parede, para pessoas de idade avançada) Boa tv com canais a cabo. Um restaurante para ninguém botar defeito. Um menu extraordinário! Café da manhã excelente e almoço/jantar com bufê a quilo ou fixo( 39,00) ate as 22:30, mas tem serviço 24hs. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados… Sr Ivan da recepção muito cordial e no restaurante um ótimo atendimento. O hotel fica na região central com todo o comércio e pontos turísticos bem perto.

Malisimo el hotel, nada que ver con las fotos, nos dieron una habitación en la que nos teníamos que subir a la cama para entrar, habían cucarachas, todas las paredes llenas de humedad y el olor era insoportable. Pedimos cambiar la habitación y no nos dieron respuesta. Las camas y las almohadas son re duras, te levantas con dolor de espalda asegurada jaja y te dan una sola frazada para dos personas. Para el desayuno TENÉS QUE HACER COLA, estuvimos 20 minutos esperando para entrar. No tienen nada SIN TACC. NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS, no se dejen engañar.

Unfortunately, the person who welcomed us was a young man with no friendliness or experience in welcoming guests...a very good breakfast, complete with deliciousness...as for the room, we took a standard quadruple room, there are 3 steps after entering the room...unfortunately also with musty smell...I don't recommend it because the bathroom is outside and you have to go through the reception to get to it...there's also a bad smell coming out of the drain...and finally, there is space at the inn but you have to pay 35.00 the daily rate or leaving the car on the street was the option offered.

O que vale a pena nesse hotel são a proximidade de um ótimo ponto (lagoa da conceição e o ”centrinho”) e o atendimento do Eduardo (turno da tarde) O café para um hotel achei bem fraco! Sem MTA opção e um pão bem duro (nos dois dias que tomei café lá) O quarto é confortável mas se quiser assistir um pouco de tv, esqueça . Não pega nada no quarto. E qdo fui pedir ajuda ao atendente da manhã ele culpou a antena e não deu solução. Aliás , esse atendente foi a parte q me fez querer trocar de hotel. Nada simpático , sem tato para atender, e me viu saír c mala, mochila e bolsa, e sequer ofereceu ajuda ou segurou a porta p mim, q estava viajando sozinha! O estacionamento é bem tranquilo e bem na frente do hotel e sempre tem vaga! A piscina é bem pequena e não aconselho p crianças

The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. In a completely positive way, this stay for two nights was a typical pleasant Novotel experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and quiet. It was very conveniently located across from the waterfront and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The breakfast was a quality buffet was a good variety of hot and cold foods. I didn't eat in the restaurant for other meals and I didn't use the fitness center due to the proximity of well-marked running trail along the waterfront. All-in-all a solid stay and a good choice for a visit to Florianopolis.

Ficamos no hotel agora no Carnaval. No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma estrutura boa, com piscina aquecida, sauna, espaço Kids muito bom, estacionamento coberto e o melhor com uma praia praticamente dentro do hotel. Um praia tranquila, indicada principalmente para crianças. Não possui academia no hotel, mas frente a ele tem uma. O cafe da manhã é muito bom mas o restaurante nem tanto. Precisam melhorar a qualidade e a variedade do que servem. Mas ok, se comer uma refeição ou outra. Limpeza dos quartos, gostei tb, a Jéssica camareira é uma simpatia e prestativa. As toalhas e roupas de camas estão um pouco gastas. Como viemos no Carnaval e o hotel somente tinha 1 elevador, sempre ficava congestionado e precisa tb de uma reforma para que ele nao esquente bastante. Em sua maioria, os funcionários são educados. Deixei por último para destacar a cordialidade e carinho dos funcionários Rafael e Dayane. Com certeza eles fizeram toda a diferenca na nossa estadia. Ficamos encantados com eles. Estão de parabéns, nosso muito obrigada!

Ficamos três dias fomos hospedados em um chalé bom espaço com 2 quartos 2 banheiros e uma cozinha com mesa, pia, fogão e geladeira super confortável serve somente café da manhã com pães, bolos frutas, suco, iogurte e café tudo muito caprichado. ótima localização na praia dos ingleses com muitos restaurantes, lojas e super mercado. estrutura da praia com lanchonetes e cadeiras de praia para alugar. pontos negativos ficamos no 1 andar e não tem elevador e o acesso ao hotel e através do estacionamento dificultando pra carregar as malas como estávamos em grupo grande tivemos um pouco de dificuldade neste sentido. mas recomendamos o hotel com certeza voltaremos a ficar aqui. Sugestão de melhoria melhorar os acessos com calçadas .

Salete fez da minha estadia uma experiência 5 estrelas, muito prestativa, simpática e agilizada, fez todas as questões negativas ficarem em segundo plano. Olá Pessoal Estive com minha esposa Adriana no periodo do Carnaval de 2024 em FlorianópolisSC, no Bairro de Canasvieiras e ficamos hospedados no HOTEL PORTO MADERO. Quero deixar registrado a nossa grata satisfação da hospedagem. o Hotel é excelente, acomodações TOP, tudo muito bem cuidado, tudo limpinho. NOsso quarto era super arejado e acredito que os demais também. O café da manhã é bem preparado,tudo feito com cuidado, não tinha nada de excepcional mas o que tinha era com muita qualidade. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo, bons supermecados, farmácias, restaurtantes, lojas de artesanato e o principal: Pertinho da Praia. Não podemos deixar de falar também, da simpatia e cuidados dos funcionários, camareiras, recepção, cozinheiras, todos muito atenciosos. Se você estiver pensando em passar alguns dias em Canasvieiras, pode ir para o Hotel Porto Madero com total tranquilidade. Abs. Tulio & Adriana Fev. 2024 (09 a 14.02)

The location was really what was originally attracted attention. The cost-benefit tb, considering what the hotel offers. The hotel has a familiar setting face with an old structure - from the carpets in the corridors to the bathrooms, through the garden and bed game. The hotel vc is able to navigate through its internal experience 3D, showing really from the reception to the rooms. But some points: the light of my room, when it was shut, continued to shine in the dark, and they could see this issue of the lamp by one that does not shine in the dark. Despite the charm - which the most traditional/old style may have, I believe that a structure reform and modernization would be worthwhile and would value the site even more. The faxer came in while I was there, even the light that tells you (outside the door) was burning, and it was a little strange, because she didn't give time to take her clothes and was alone in a cotton.

We stayed for seven days, we were on the fourth floor, a small balcony with a sea view. The room is spacious with a minibar, table and chair. Bathroom with hair dryer, amenities. We only had breakfast there, exquisitely varied and abundant, I attach photos. You could rest pleasantly, in December, which is the month we visited, in the afternoon the activity on the beach ends and all you can hear is the waves of the sea. A river crosses it on one side. We loved it.
