Room was nice, Banquet was well organized. Service was well given by all staff at reception, during conference by Miss Nirbha. At dinning hall also Miss. It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.

The stay was amazing and the closest possible to the us consulate of kolkatta. I had a visa appointment early morning, so i had requested a room in the top floor, which was calm and quiet enabling me to have a nice rest. The free breakfast was filling too. And they were kind enough to hold my luggage while i roamed the city for 3 hours.

The hotel's food and beverages are fantastic (pictured), the breakfast is very rich, and the Chinese buffet is also the same (the RMB is close to two hundred). The service was very considerate. One night before check-out, the front desk called the room to get information about the flight. When I knew that it was a flight at 5 pm, I immediately indicated that I could extend the check-out time to half past two. Every time I go out, the staff of the Concierge will use the uber to call the car, and I will not bother. The room cleaning was also very careful. Next time, I will choose to live. The downside is that the market on both sides of the door is too embarrassing, and I can't go out for a walk at night, but the hotel is soundproof, and entering the iron gate is another quiet world. Also, the toilet flushes and needs strength. In addition, perfect.

I have been staying here for railway project work for almost 3 months in this hotel . This hotel is near to howrah railway station. Hotel is located in posh area called howrah ac market .Lots of veg restaurant and market are available. Burra bazar is also near to hotel only . Service is very good in this hotel . Linen is very clean and hygienic . Staff are well behaved . Hotel renovation is going on maybe it will take 2 months in completion but rooms are very spacious and nice

It was good. But they should provide electric kettle, which is considered essential. Rooms are neat and clean. No intercom to contact rooms service or reception. Location is good as also it's surroundings. Manager and stuff are really good.

It is a floating hotel I didn’t realize. Very convenient and beautiful hotel All staff were so friendly For Instagramers, it would be heaven Breakfast was brilliant with curry, nan, zapati and so ***y sweets! It is floating but very comfy Only 1 issue l, no toilet paper or tissue any place even inside a room It would be India issue, not a hotel issue though I LOVED THIS HOTEL!!
