If you are on a budget or just looking somewhere to sleep this place is really good. Very close to everything to just classic ”kanto” style food (street food), fastfood, and classy restaurants. Transportation is also not an issue bec its really very to both MRT and LRT. Staffs are also very accomodating and very responsive. I would stay again at Red Planet and qould recommend to try it out.

The person who made the reservation must arrive at the hotel first, because even if you provide the names of the other person in the room you reserved they wont allow them to check in without you (even if you request it). Luckily for us, we are just on the third floor because the elevator is under maintenance during our stay. The water dispenser has no hot or cold so the drinking water is room temperature. The towels work well. It's a comfortable bed. There is decent water pressure as well. Just a short stroll from the bus terminal and shopping center from the hotel. I consider the building's spa to be a plus.

The room was clean enough for a budget hotel. It was a good location if you are a concert-goer as it is only a few steps away from Araneta. However, they don't have some of the basic necessities for a traveler like a clothes iron. You also have to go ask the staff for them to give you hotel slippers which should've been already provided along with the hygiene kit and towels.

Hotel was okay. Carpet old. Some tiles are not well maintained at hallway. Hotel needs good maintenance. Housekeeping takes a whole day before you can see your room cleaned- that time the housekeeping staff also had an attitude. The entire duration of the stay, wouldnt even greet my family because we did a followup on the room cleaning request. Other staff- hotel lobby, guards and bellboy were very helpful and the best plus is youre already at the mall.

Amazingly beautiful hotel in a familiar and less congested part of qc. From the moment we entered, the smell, ambiance, decor and the staff had such a big impact that made our stay the best. We almost didnt want to leave the hotel! We loved the aesthetic of the rooms and the attention to detail in all of the little tiny design decision that the hotel made for the lobby and the rooms. Being an eco-friendly hotel made the stay even more worthwhile. Lastly was the staff, incredible customer service, from the way they greeted us, helped us with our stuff, our amenities, from opening doors and elevators, and the warm voices and smiles. We truly had a luxurious experience with this and will highly recommend will come back again for another stay. Few things to note, although the room itself was spotless, there was nothing to note that was filthy, heck the sheets and the room smelled really nice when we first entered, the shower area looked a bit dirty, should definitely need a wall and floor scrub every now and then due to the build up of moisture. Other than that, the whole hotel was beyond my expectations and was truly remarkable. Again thanks a lot for the service sir dj! And to all of the other staff that were there during that time. Thanks for the small talks during our time there, these small things really made our stay the best! -with love Bry and Mave photos were taken from our digicam :p

The staff here are nice. From the guards to the receptionists especially Jeff in their dining area. Staff are polite and have smiles on their faces. I like how clean our room is. My daughter also likes them because they always call her by her name. Great food, great room, great people. Keep it up.

Its a good stay because it was near to our itinerary though we had barely slept, because there are tiny cockroaches roaming around. We also hope that the aircon can be adjusted to guests preference. Otherwise the location is good 7 eleven is just across the road and near to restaurants. And its very safe because there’s someone who is assigned at the elevator. Staff are courteous:)

Still is, one of the cheapest but best hotels in novaliches area. Also is a prime location, it's near bus and jeep terminals, drugstores, grocery stores, eateries, fastfood chains etc. Premium and vip rooms are spacious. The only thing I think we'll complain about is that when we're near the checkout time. We're gonna take a bath, then the water heater stopped working. Also, the internet is timed. Like every 1-2hours you need to relog in to their website. But, these are problems that are manageable. Still, we enjoyed our stay. They also allow, early check ins. We checked in our room around 1:30pm

This was our second time staying at Red Hotel because the location is very accessible to malls and transportation terminals. It really feels nice to stay here just to relax and have a great bonding time with family after a long day at work. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as always. The breakfast is good, and the bed in the room is very comfortable as well. However, during our second stay, I noticed that the room had a lot of small cockroaches inside. This was very disturbing, especially since I have two small kids. Fortunately, they did not get any bites. Additionally, the bathroom door was not working and couldn't lock, which was the same issue we had during our first stay in the Family Room. When we tried the pool area, it seemed that the female restroom was under renovation, which was very inconvenient as we were unsure if we should use the male restroom instead. I believe that this hotel is still relatively new, and I suggest that the hotel management work on maintaining these facilities better. But overall, I still like staying here! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

I stayed here for two nights on the second day of my first trip to the Philippines. The pool is on the rooftop and the location is beautiful. However, the water was very cold. Don't go there expecting it to be a heated pool. You will fail. Even the locals thought it was cold. Other than that, there were no problems at all. Slippers and bathrobes can be ordered over the intercom. By the way, English is a must. You can't order if you can't speak it. There is a gym, and although there are not many equipment, I was satisfied.

First of all, I booked this at a very good and cheap price, so if you are to do the same, STOP EXPECTING A 5 STAR SERVICE. The people there are working properly so please be nice to them. Just ask nicely and they can accommodate, but if it’s not within their rules/protocol, listen and walk away, don’t lash it out on those nice people. Everything such as the water heater, and aircon are working perfectly well especially for a single room. I had to work there as well since I work remotely, and their wifi at the lobby was able to suffice and accommodate my connectivity needs. It’s a good and cheap option if you’re looking to find a quick and temporary accommodation that can keep you safe with a roof over your head. 🫶🏻
