Only home since last wk unfortunately due to family member bn sick wed to shorten r stay we really LOVED the quiet and tranquil vide in the hotel I was happy we’d chosen an adults only place .Staff r caring kind and really hard working the hotel is SPOTLESS .Food in restaurant is good the only NEGATIVE I give on the restaurant is THE CATS wondering around while ur eating discusting .A big shout out to both JOSE AND TOM at reception helping me in any way as to makin sure I got my refund because of having to return home early 10/10 to them both .The resort is a lil bit away from things the hotel needs to stock up supermarket better and for the sake of the GUESTS enjoying times in restaurant THE MANAGEMENT need to hire more staff for restaurant 2 hrs to get 2 courses is just not on .One staff in kitchen and one on floor with restaurant full and also online orders comin in from rooms also is just not acceptable the staff were clearly RAN OFF THEIR FEET .The pool bar is of no significance to the guests as uve to come into main bar/restaurant to let staff no ur at pool bar NOT MANNED full time .Air con in rooms only r room was upstairs .I loved the fact u could what’s app reception rather than goin down to any of ur requirements we got 2 beach towels for r stay and they can b changed twice a wk .Loved the sunbeds directly outside of r room although we didn’t have pool view we were happy where we were .Over all enjoyed r stay would stay again for definite .

Amazing stay! Our best family holiday to date!! We are a family of 6 (2adults and 4children). We cannot fault this hotel… the room is amazing, food is all well cooked with a great choice but our favourite part by far has been the entertainment. The animation team (in particular Teddy) exceed all expectations and will go above and beyond to make you smile. The evening entertainment has also been incredible every night of our stay. This is a very pretty, clean, well cared for hotel. The staff are always very helpful especially the pool bar/restaurant staff. Reception is closed at 4pm so cant comment on. Cleaning staff work hard all day long. Quiet hotel. Always sunbeds available. A bit too far out for us as a family. No bars or restaurants near by so just as well the food in the hotel was good. Had to use taxis to see a bit more and go down to the beach, 8Euros each way. The apartments are spotless but uncomfortable for a family. would suit just couples. Bed in bedroom ok but the 'sofa bed' just awful. Not fit for any kind of comfort even for children. who wants to sleep near enough on the floor for an entire holiday? Accommodation for 4 should not mean one sleeps on the very hard sofa and another sleeps on a bit that pulls out from underneath. The room is not big enough for this anyways. Air con only in bedroom (but is pretty good) so whoever is unlucky enough to get the living space will cook! And the lights shine right through the kitchen window so not the best to try and sleep, i had to cover it with a blanket. The kitchen is well equipped but don't expect to cook even the smallest of snacks without it being somewhat difficult due to space. Just a hob and microwave no cooker. Obviously nobody wants to cook full on meals when on holiday but if you have fussy kids who like what they like it can be tricky. We had a very nice week at this hotel because we made the best of it but due to comfort levels and location i'm glad it was just a week.

This is a beautiful and well placed bungalow complex! There are so many flowers, trees and fruit growing on the site, it makes you feel separated and in your own little world. Having the outside veranda, which is massive, and having small trees/hedges to block you from the 2 bungalows opposite, really makes you feel like you’re staying in your own villa. It’s so peaceful here, really clean and well kept. You always see housekeeping, maintenance and gardeners keeping the place clean and well maintained. The pool is great, and just what you need to cool down. The onsite bar is excellent and really well priced. There is also an laundrette here, which is reasonably priced! Across the road there is a supermarket, restaurant and more pools at the sister hotel. This hotel is definitely a bit more noisy. I made friends with several cats, all really friendly. All of the staff have been super friendly, always smiling and always happy to help. There’s everything you could need in the kitchen. The fridge has a small freezer compartment, there’s a kettle, saucepans, frying pans, big salad bowl, lots of cutlery and cooking utensils. Really really lovely, peaceful and relaxing place. I am shocked that this is a 2 star complex. It does not feel like you’re in 2 stars at all. I will be back! Really enjoying my stay here (I still have 1 more week!). I have already recommended this place to family and friends.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!

Good hotel, two-storey bungalow. To Yumba 10 minutes walk, to dune 20 minutes. Near Spar and Dino. Bus stop from/out of airport in 2 minutes walk. Hotel area is large, swimming pool is cool. Of the downsides - the bedroom on the second floor is small, uncomfortable to use the closet. There is a coffee machine and cooking dishes in the kitchen. Breakfast is good.

This is a good place to stay. Good area. Good pool, and heated. apartments and communal areas are spotless. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. The staff at this resort are lovely and helpful. For the price you get a great deal. I will definitely return. Negative No draws to store things and little room in wardrobe for a family. Kitchen is very poorly stocked and no oven. Food is poor quality especially breakfast. However lots of nice places to eat local or cook breakfast in apartment and eat out on the lovely terrace each apartment has.
