Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excellent. the location was great, lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It was nice having a couple bars even attached to the hotel. Parking kind of stunk and the valet is pretty expensive but they were friendly and efficient as well. The bests were really comfortable and room was a decent size. There was a couple small snags, one of my coffee cups was dirty and the tissue box was empty. But short of that it was a great stay.

The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.

Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

The appearance is different from the picture displayed in Trip.com . It was a bit awkward at first. I actually took the picture 1 Brian is very good, the room is clean and tidy He said that the room type I set did not have a separate toilet. I upgraded to a separate toilet. Regarding this Trip.com I can't see the booked room type without a separate toilet. Anyway, I didn't notice when I booked. I hope the homepage of Trip.com can be clearly marked. There should be a problem with the mattress. There should be no spring on one side. It doesn't matter if I sleep alone. I didn't pay attention. I just sleep on the other side. Brain asked me about the mattress in the morning to confirm that it was a mattress problem Then because there are schools nearby, it is noisy at night at the party nearby.

It was my boyfriend's birthday and he is not from Philadelphia so I thought it would be nice to rent a room and go exploring downtown, a part of Phila he's never really been to. So I go to the site and book it in his name because I lost my I.D and because of the pandemic I wasn't able to get one yet. Now from what I understood the person whose name is on the reservation would need to show I.D but not the other. We were so excited when we walked in only to be told we couldn't stay!

Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door. However a nice perk is you get parking privileges until 11:59pm on the day of check out. So if you have a few more hours to explore Philly you can just leave your car in the garage. Room was very clean, bright and the staff were friendly. King size bed was comfortable. Overall very satisfied

A very good hotel, mainly on the edge of Philadelphia's safest northern line. Even if there is no honeless next to the hotel, you can still swipe your card to enter the store, which is very reassuring. The hotel has excellent hardware and the breakfast is also great. The coffee, fried eggs and bacon are all great. The service is also very good, especially the fact that it is just a bridge away from Chinatown, just a few steps away, which is very good! Was celebrating my brother's birthday. Fran in reservations took note of the special occasion, so a card and a banner were placed in room prior to us checking in. It's the little things that count and it put a smile on my bro's birthday. Well appointed room. Bed was very comfortable, shower pressure was nice. Front desk who checked us in was just going through the motions, doesn't know how the metro works and has a dirty jacket. F&B /IRD isn't fully restored but we're still in post COVID world so not unexpected. This is a 3/3.5 star hotel, and assuming i am grading within that scale, i would give it a 4 overall.

A great location! The hotel itself is showing a little age. Our King room was huge but just in need of some updating. Staff was awesome, room was cleaned each day very nicely. Easy walk to many wonderful restaurants in Rittenhouse. A reasonable walk to Independence Hall and the historic areas of town.

Everything was fine, except that I was awakened by the hotel's fire system just after I fell asleep. At 3 a.m., I walked down from the 7th floor to the lobby on the first floor in my pajamas and slippers, carrying important items. 😦 It is worth mentioning that the Reading Market next to the hotel is convenient and a paradise for foodies

Marriott's member hotel has very good sanitary facilities, but the service is really not good. I asked for two more quilts, but the waiter promised to give me the service. Finally, I asked him to go down to get them. This is nothing. The most bizarre thing is the parking fee. When I checked in, they didn't tell me to pay the parking fee in advance, and they didn't give me a parking ticket. After I checked out, I found a parking ticket. This is the hotel's internal parking lot, not the public area! The attitude of the Taiwan staff is very arrogant, typical white people's arrogant style, the words are human, but the attitude is not human. What touched me most was Ctrip's service. After understanding the situation, they communicated with the hotel and took the initiative to pay the overcharged parking fee first, so that our happy journey can continue. Thank you!

The road in front of the hotel has a main road and a secondary road with a separation belt in the middle. Baidu navigation has always been prompted to sit on the road, the result has been walking on the left main road, eyes can not enter the hotel, have to turn back. The room was clean and the service was good. No coffee pot, no hot water, instant noodles can't be soaked. The left hand of the hotel is not far from the intersection. We had a great stay at the Windsor Suites. Location wise, it’s a 5 minute walk to the City Hall and within walking distance to different establishments. There’s restaurants at the lobby as well. The room was VERY spacious— it had a walk-in closet room with an iron and an ironing board. It had a kitchen space with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils! The room was clean and was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and will highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Philly.
