We had issues with the commode which was not working properly for different rooms. Next biggest issue is: they don't have geyser installed in the bathroom instead they had boiler on the roof but didn't get any warm water to bath. Big minus. Room was average with clean clothes atleast. Try different hotels.

This hotel is stone throw away from ajmer railway station only benefit is if you want to take train you can reach in less than a minute besides this there is nothing much this property has. It seems tall structure with restaurant on rooftop offering veg meal only you can see mountains from restaurant food is average on one end there is railway station on other you can see road. its 1 KM from Dargah when you go there you pass through diggi bazar and can see many shops for garment and shoes. Problem with this property is you done have 24 hrs hot water in the room you may only get in morning. Rest you can stay here for day or two hotel is only meant for short stay i only stay here as its close to railway station besides this there is nothing that this property can be suggested.

The stay was good, they have cottages and tents to stay. Since we went in dc and the night was quite chilly they accommodated us in the cottages without any additional charges. Provided us with additional blankets and pillows as well. The staff is well manured and very helpful. The resort is not next to the pushkar lake but a 5 min drive wh8ch we're well aware of. Overall i liked the place and the service.

What a great hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Pushkar. Well priced and really nice heritage rooms. Fantastic service all round from the quick check in, to the restaurant and room cleaning. A short walk to all the market shops and restaurants with the bustle of a true Indian bazaar. The views from the hotel terraces in front of the rooms are great looking across the lake. The new lower terrace in front of the restaurant also had beautiful tables and sun galore. It’s also very pretty at night. The recent upgrades since our last visit have made this an even better place to stay.

Below things were not good 1. Blanket cover were torn 2. Towels were very old, even if they have cleaned them nobody can still use them 3. Asked for sugar packets for that they refused and asked to get them from their kitchen 4. No geyser and no television. They didnt recharge it even after so many requests. Such hotels should not list amenities which they cannot deliver and accordingly should reduce their prices. I would only recommend this hotel to bachelors because family cant stay here.

I was visiting Pushkar and opted to stay at a Zostel because I had been following Zostel's advertisements on Social Media platforms and thought to give it a try. The way they keep advertising a fun stay, is absolute nonsense in real life. I will first try to explain how ZOSTEL PUSHKAR's building is designed. There is a lobby on the ground floor, and the building has maybe 3 floors on top of that. The lobby area is like a well if overlooked from other floors, meaning, you can see the lobby from any floor. The lobby is at the center and rest of the floors are on top of that but surrounding it. Sort of like a typical Indian hostel. Maybe you will get a better idea of what I am saying if you look at the pictures they have on their website. I reached Zostel in the morning and I had booked a Deluxe room, and it turned out that the room had NO ventilation. Absolutely zero ventilation. There was one window which was facing the INTERIORS of the zostel, so facing the corridors, which is absolutely useless because you cannot open that window or else everyone walking by can look inside your room. This was just the beginning of my horrible stay. The other guests were enjoying over loud, hammering music all day. I did not object it as I thought that they will at least stop in the evening. I couldn't be more wrong. The guests never stopped their music which they were playing in the COMMON AREAS of the property, and they were never asked not to either. This nuisance lasted till 12:30 AM. I could not sleep because of such noise. Also, around 11 PM, The ZOSTEL STAFF started bursting crackers because it was Diwali. That lasted for so long that I had to go down and ask them to stop ASAP. At 1 AM, THE ZOSTEL STAFF tuned on to a TV SERIAL, on the Television that is located in the center of the lobby, at FULL volume. I could not take it anymore, and I barged out of my room, loud enough that they would here me. They turned down the volume just after looking at how furious I was, but never turned the TV off. After this disturbing stay, I booked a room at a resort for the next day and left. I do not suggest staying at Zostel Pushkar.

It hotel is not very from the station and other major spots. My colleague had a bit of spare time so the hotel staff helped in his trip to pushkar. We needed a time extension as asked for it, the quote for extension was steep for my liking and couldn't take it. Overall a reasonable and value for money place.

Lovely host family, very attentative, did anything to make our stay an absolutely pleasant one. Clean, spacious rooms, large balcony, great view to the neighbouring fields and to a temple situated on a hill. We very much enjoyed the rural feeling. You hear nothing but birds, sometines sprinklers of the adjourning fields or music from a temple. The dinners - always FRESHLY prepared by the son of the owner were a real treat. Although Divine Palace is located in a rural area you can reach the center in a 15 minutes walk. Thank you so much to all your family for the great time we spent at your place!!!

In November 2023 I stayed in New Park. My stay was arranged by Grace India, travel agent in Delhi. Walking in town I slided and hurted and broke my little toe. The hotelmanager Mr. Surendra Singh brought me to the Mittal Hospital in Ajmer and helped my innall communication with the orthopedist, the radiologist, pharmacy,.... everything! After the first help at the hospital I stayed a few more days at the hotel. The whole staff was very helpful. I could enjoy the beautiful garden and cure a little. Also my second visit at the hospital Mr. Singh accompanied me and helped me through. As a solo female traveller I'm very thankful to him and the whole staff and also to the travel agents of Grace India. They adapted immediately my planned itinerary as I wished. I'd Luke to recommend this hotel to travellers who search for a nice hotel with good staff and a quiet garden!

We arrived 2020 only 8 days before the first lockdown in India had started. It was Holi time, only one room was left and we would have never guessed that we would stay two years at this place! That's India! Sab kuch milega! During this crazy times, the Radhika family was so openhearted, supportive and generous with is! They took care for us, calmed us down and supported us with everything they could! They even shared with us their very best homemade traditional Rajasthani  food, over the whole period of time! This incredible range of generosity simply blew our mind and we are so full of gratitude for that! Looking back, we are so happy that we could spend the two years in this beautiful hotel, which has such a special energy and lies directly at the holy lake! There is a lot of space around the hotel and a gorgeous viewing! On one side you see the peaceful holy lake and on the other side a breathtaking mountain view, which let you feel, that you are in Himachal, but with a warmer climate. We can tell, Yoga on the rooftop is just amazing in the morning! During our stay, the family also built a completely new restaurant and renovated the whole hotel. The restaurant comes now in a beautiful Rajasthani design with handcarved columns! You can sit directly at the holy lake (there is no restaurant that has this direct view) and enjoy the tasteful architecture and best Indian and western food. Another Highlight is the beautiful new temple in the garden, that spreads its powerful energy over the whole place. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful and they come without TV, which is big big plus for us! We could sleep so good and deep as nowhere and this was not only our experience. For the hot season, the hotel has even a pool in a quite and private seperate area. All in all, we are so happy that we could spend the turbulent times here, at this beautiful place with its inspiring atmosphere. We really feel like a part of this family now and we love this place like our own home! We highly recommend to stay here, let go and enjoy! Incredible things might happen.

The hotel is situated in middle of city and the most visited areas of Ajmer because of the location of Main highway. Best place to stay if you are ola Ning to visit Pushkar and what to come back on the same day. Quite peaceful and clean locality. Lake os just 5 mins walk from this hotel and you can enjoy your evening walk while walking around the lake where you will a good number of people hanging around the edge of h this lake. Reception looks small but is enough you provide a nice seating in the couch in case early check in could not be given, However I was given the room within just 5 room Rooms are big and quite spacious , a nice cornered working table and two sofas are also provided you. The best thing I saw is that there was a smoking zone in my room. Which is quite big. Room service is fantastic and the staff is very good and they are very friendly. Over all it’s good, budgeted hotel enough to provide you a good feel of a 4 star property. 3 star property has quite spacious room and very good in room service. The staff is very friendly.
