|5.93km from city centerI really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The beach is a private beach, the beach and the loungers are very clean and you get towels from the hotel. I particularly liked the sunset on the beach. With the all inclusive package you could order coffee, cola, juices, Sprite, etc. and water on the beach. The food tasted above average and there was a changing selection every day. We were very excited about the buffet!! The waiters are very friendly. The hotel has a large pool and a whirlpool with great loungers. All facilities were very clean. I can recommend this hotel and would like to come again! 😍

|4.16km from city center Issue - Angel refused check in and asked money for pre paid booking and denied to check the updated confirmation which I tried to show her , she did not even wanted to check my confirmation and mocked and laughed me over my professional experience in the industry when I tried to give her the direction to solve the issue , She did not care and told me she will only give a room if I pay her money for the room I have already prepaid . Finally after no help from the Reception team for almost 30 minutes I asked or duty manager and he swiftly went in to action and gave me a room and did the necessary processes fast and again Angel was cutting the key for me and I could see loud and clear in her face that she was not happy when I got a room i paid for .. so I did not let her negative energy affect me and went to the room without further complaints and Angel has given me a paper for Wifi password which was used or not working one .. after 3 hours of check in getting some rest and hoping to forget the most shocking depressing and experience or trauma caused by Angel ,(check in staff) , guess wat she answers the phone again and I asked for password or internet connection she told me to ask duty manager and hung up the phone on me . She realized her mistake and did not apologize and went to revenge mode with me I would like to see if this hotel actually checks the review and replies I want them to give me an answer only ” If this experience happened to you personally with any other new brand or property how will you feel ? I don't apologies , just be honest and tell me how would you feel if this happened to you ? ?

|5.54km from city centerThis is our 2nd visit ito the Bahi Ajman Palace hotel. We visited this place 1st in April this year. We liked it so much that we decided to come here again. Clean cosy rooms, a very effective, good and polite team of servismen, who clean the rooms evey day very effectivly. We liked also the hotel restaurant. The restaurant servismen work very quickly, quietly, professionally. They are very polite and frendly. They do what you want immedeately and with kind smiles. We'd like to mention these men as especially very good and kind men who work in the restaurant - Sohel, R aj, Sanjay, Roshani. We liked the restaurant food, especially rich and generous dinners. The beach is regularly cleaned and the people who work there are redy to help at any moment. Thank you Soju for medical help. In geneal all the people who work at the hotel are highly professional helpful kind and good. Thank you everybody.

The kitchen is very convenient. The carpet is very suitable for bare feet. The whole hotel has good lighting. It feels like home and very comfortable.

I came from abudhabi and my transportation will be at 3pm the next day and they are so kind that they have provided me a later check out. But the high light of the property is the house keeping supervisor named Mr. Kazeem. His so friendly and having the perfect smile and good customer service. He deserved to be infront where the guest will see his smile once they entered the property. Keep it up Kazeem. See you again ☺️

It is in the city center and everything you need is just around the corner. Second, we love the view and we thank the team for granting us our request for a sea view. Third, their service is great and they attended to all our needs and request as quick as they could. For us this is really important and we really appreciate your staff's promptness. We encountered some minor issues during the stay but everything was resolved and we are happy. Lastly, I would like to commend Ms. Jennifer at the Reception for giving us such a warm welcome. She was very accommodating and nice which made us feel at home.

The rooms were very luxurious specially there new suite room. Also the pool for adults and kids were separated that was the best I liked. My kids enjoyed qt the pool as well as they had a play area. My family enjoyed the stay.

We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner
I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower
The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor
To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system
To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully.
The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner.
When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous.
The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced.
When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

The property is good, clean rooms friendly staff and easy check in check out, but would not recommend for family or married couples. The property and rooms needs a little maintenance but overall if you are on a budget it's an ideal place to stay got a good deal on Hotels.com site.

I really liked the location - on the one hand, it is much cheaper than in Dubai, on the other hand, you can get to Dubai within an hour. Unlike Dubai, they do not charge a resort tax.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall - departure from the hotel at approximately 15.40, departure from the Dubai Mall at 21.00. We ordered a taxi to the airport from the hotel, it cost 100 dirhams.
Grocery supermarkets and an outlet are within walking distance from the hotel.
Convenient to cross the road to the beach.
The hotel has a small indoor pool with warm water, a bathhouse and a sauna.
At the reception you can exchange dollars and euros for dirhams - at the rate of 3.6 at the exchange office at the airport they exchanged us 3.45.
It was my daughter’s birthday, which we didn’t notify the hotel about, and when we returned from the beach we saw a gift - a cake. It was a pleasure.
During our stay, we were asked three times whether the quality of service was satisfactory - once by phone, at the reception, and the cleaning manager came up.
The food for breakfast was varied and tasty. We didn't take lunch or dinner, because... wanted to try different local food. If necessary, you can order, for an adult it will be approximately 60 dirhams.
On the beach they provide towels and sunbeds for free, there are almost always places available.
Minuses:
- cool water came out of the tap and shower almost all the time, except for the last day, no matter how you regulate it. It was not very pleasant to wash.
- there is a drain on the floor in the kitchen and bathroom, apparently a not very pleasant smell came from them periodically.
Overall I recommend the hotel. Definitely worth the money. In terms of price-quality ratio, the best option.
