The hotel located in a good location, in the middle of Manhattan, can go up & down the city within a day. The room is very small. We family of 3 stayed in a 2 twin beds room with only 2 small handcarry luggages. We can hear clearly whenever neighboods closed the door. Noise sensitive people would need re-consider. We stayed in the middle level of hotel, can see firewalk on 4 July, OneWorld trade & Statue of Liberty. Our room located at the end of corrider, they placed a clean up trolley near our room door blocking the way to lift everyday. Breakfast place is clean and staff cleanup promptly. The place always crowded and so we usually visited before 7:30am. The choice of food is limited but will offer different kinds of food everyday.

The room is compact, although there is only one big bed in the double standard room, but there is a sofa, you can sleep. This hotel is average except for its good location. The service and facilities are particularly bad. The front desk is slow to check in. They are still not very skilled at checking in prepaid rooms and there is no smile at all. The two elevators are small and always crowded. One of them broke down. The breakfast is OK, simple but with fresh fruits and good ingredients.

This hotel is very conveniently located in the middle of Manhattan, right next to NY Penn Station which has trains to both JFK (on the LIRR) and EWR (via NJTransit). My room was pretty small, but it had everything I needed. Everything appears to be clean. Staff were friendly and had me checked in and out quickly. I was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water upon checkin.

This hotel is a transitional hotel for business trips. Booking a month in advance is very expensive. If it weren't for a business trip, I would never consider it. The hotel is ok. Although it is small, the room bedding is quite clean. Breakfast is included, but it is not a buffet. You need to order it yourself. The lobby is a very small area, very similar to a domestic express hotel. The main reason for booking it at that time was that it was close to the airport and there was a free shuttle to Kennedy Airport. Overall, the price of a five-star hotel, but the facilities and services of a three-star hotel.

If you take Delta flights within the US, you will use LGA Airport. The airport-hotel shuttle runs every 30 minutes. It runs every 30 minutes from 04:00 AM and every 20 minutes. Because the plane was late, I arrived at the hotel at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The lady at the front desk helped me to check in very quickly. It was the speed of New York. Was perfect for what we needed. It could've been a little cleaner, and the toiletries were not excellent - glad we brought our own this time. The hotel offered free luggage storage, which was great as we arrived around 10 am. The bar closed at 11 inside the hotel & didn't serve food. :( Elevator took a while to get on since there were only 2, and they always seemed busy. It wasn't too noisy - especially for New York. Great location - Carnegie Diner was just two blocks away. Also close to Seraphina, Ellen's Stardust Diner & Times Square.

The front desk service attitude is good. The guy at the door is enthusiastic and proactive. The location is good. The Metropolitan Museum is across Central Park. It takes 40 minutes to walk to Times Square and a few minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a gas stove in the room, but no kitchenware. You have to prepare your own food. The hotel should be a high-end one nearby, and the Apollo Theater is next to it. I stayed for 5 or 6 days, but I didn't go around the hotel, so it's inconvenient to make too many comments. Booked the W because I’m familiar with the brand and it was a good price for the space! My sister and brother ended up staying with myself and my husband - and everyone had more than enough room. It was perfect location, just steps from Times Square and in the middle of all the NYC sights☺️ Views from the 47th floor were insane- my only recommendation to the hotel would be to wash the windows as they were super smudgy. I was only able to take this attached pic when I opened the window a crack. When we are in NYC again, we’ll book the W without a doubt!

I love Arlo. I stay at Arlo pretty often. But this time was off. I came back to my room in the evening, they cleaned it, but they didn’t take out the trash from the terrace and it started the rain. And I didn’t have coffee capsules (pods) at all. I called to reception and girl was like oh do you have a coffee machine in your room I was like yes I do. And a guy came at 11pm and was cleaning the terrace.
