Room and toilet are clean and spacious. Location of hotel is not really far from the city center and walkable if you don't have a car. One thing that I dislike was that I ordered for one King size bed but what I received was two single beds put together to form a Double bed.

check in was smooth, rooms were big and comfortable. 11th floor 2 bedrooms really can hear lift moving. coffee machine wasnt maintained properly, lots of stains. alot of complimentary snacks, tea and coffee bags.

Very clean and comfortable room. The location is good with parking. They also allows pets with a charge. We and our dogs enjoy our stay here. The breakfast is delicious and the pool is good. The front office staff are friendly and helpful, especially Edric. The only bad thing is the wifi which kept logging off if not used for few minutes. We will be back here!

The Magazine Vista Hotel in Penang is more cost-effective. When choosing this hotel, I consulted for a long time, such as booking (more reviews, good or bad), Ctrip (only a simple review). Call the front desk before arriving at the hotel, because the front desk is not here, so call in advance and the hotel will send staff to wait at the door. When you call, you need to speak English. I really llke this hotel. The rooms are small but very clean. The floors are hardwood. You probably can describe it as quaint. The staff is very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. You do have to remove your shoes in the lobby and place in a secure locker. Living in Bangkok, I understand this completely. It keeps the city dirt off the stairway and out of the rooms; thus the floors in the hallways and rooms are meticulously clean. The location is perfect and quiet for being in the city. Abundant restaurants all around. Also they do have 5G wifi that was pretty stable compared to other places. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I love the hotel location.. near to night life attractions. The room spacious and the decoration bring back to old Chinese homes. Hotel provide free parking that really useful. Their staff really friendly and surprisingly they remember me from my first visit.

Good place to stay ..near to city

Check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Accommodation conditions were good and public areas were clean. However, I will remember to bring a pair of slippers next time I go out. By the way, this place is very close to the Mural Street and the Surname Bridge, and you can reach there on foot.

I thought the apartment serve at least one room but the beds combined at living room i travel with my sister,nephew and my brother in law so i difficult to make my own privacy..just curious why rubiah must throw by own customer?overall so far is okay
