The room was updated, clean and very spacious. The bedding was comfortable and bathroom amenities were plentiful. The staff was more then accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing. They had buffet and/or you could order what ever you desire. The room was cleaned twice a day and every evening the bed was turned down, water was placed at the bed side with a fresh glass. Service was amazing!

The hotel had a good breakfast and good service. It was just a friend who had a wedding in the ballroom, so I stayed here. The room is large and the bed is large. The coffee in the park room is very ordinary, the tea is not bad, I want to try the afternoon tea high tea. The best thing to eat is the hotel's most famous WJ cheese cake, one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had.

Breakfast is very rich, there are many tricks, but you can speak English, otherwise you can't point it. Now it's very good to make hot bacon omelet, but it is also rich in western food, enough calories, and it is full. The location is also superb, with easy access to a variety of attractions (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Museum). As for the price/performance ratio, I think it is okay to see what I am pursuing. Equipment is not a hotel problem, it is an old house, and can't expect too much.

This place is a jewel - great people working there to make every day special. Every night our room was cleaned and towels were available when ever we needed new ones. Everything we asked for was received when we asked.Room service had the best fries - and food was delivered fast. The turn down service was great. I enjoyed the water pressure and being able to walk out in my lovely robe. I called ahead before my arrival to have fruit and water available with chocolate covered strawberries and without any issue they were in the room when we entered which made for a great start to our vist. If you are thinking of coming to London this is the only place I would stay. My family loved our stay!

Is the apartment, washing machine dishwasher microwave oven, home appliances are all, very quiet, in the rich area, neighbors around there look rich! It is 5 minutes away from Commercial Street, Hyde Park and supermarket. Walk to Bond Street, New Bond Street. The one-bedroom, one-living room is quite large, and the living room is very comfortable and can be used for cooking.

The Edison is as good as ever and of such quality. Hotels in London are too expensive, so I booked the cheapest room type. On the downside, there is no view from the window. This hotel has a great feeling, the entrance is very beautiful, but there are many bars around at night, it would be scary to walk on foot. The toiletries are still specially customized by le labo. In the morning, the downstairs smells like coffee, and when you come back at night, it smells like le labo the noir, which is very comfortable. The room is fully equipped, the toilet is fully surrounded by rain, and there is mineral water. The light switch is also very delicate.

Stayed here last night with my son, we were at the stadium for a concert. This place is literally a walk down the hill to the stadium so perfect location. I couldn’t fault it really, it is a pub with rooms above- not a fancy hotel. I feel other reviews are very unfair… We paid 1/4 of the price to other places at Wembley. Our room was spotlessly clean with super comfy beds. would definitely book again!

We had to leave very unexpectedly, but did find the hotel a little run down looking from the outside. We had arrived early and the room was ready, but we could only check in early for an extra charge which we declined, as we were going out anyway so just left our bags in the car. The room was supposed to be an executive room however, it was like any other room we had ever stayed in so don’t know what was executive about it. Tea tray was a bit stingy with 1 packet of biscuits between 2 of us (1 biscuit each). Only 4 milk cartons, but plenty of tea and coffee sachets. The bathroom had nice shower gel and lotion supplied with plenty of towels but, also had blue insulation tape on the radiator and the ceiling above the bath was peeling it all looked a little tired. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable, but definitely lacked that added luxury that I thought we had upgraded to with executive. Maybe that was my own fault not checking exactly what the difference was between normal and executive aside from the price. Sadly, our trip was cut short with an emergency, so we never got to stay overnight or sample the breakfast.

Some hiccups during checkin. We specified in our booking that we have 2 kids. We even stated their ages. When we arrived, they said booking is only made for 2 adults. I showed them everything I have to prove my booking. They said we used a 3rd party agent to book (ie trip.com). The agent made a mistake and we should talk to them. (What???? ) But they will do me a favour and do the talking… ?? (Doing me a favour like I did sth wromg??). In the end they upgrade us to a family suite, adding that it could be for 1 night only, they may require us to move and bla bla bla….. Yes you upgraded me but so what! Your staff’s attitude is the whole problem. I used a 3rd party agent, but it’s a company you approved of. When problems arise you blame it on customer?! I gave a 2/5 for service simply bcoz of the upgrade.

My hotel had a nasty smell. It smelt like a filthy homeless person's clothing. When I went in the bathroom to brush my teeth, there was odour from the sink as I ran tap water in the sink. The carpet on the bedside on the left-hand side had stains of human remains. I informed the hotel staff at the counter on my way out of the hotel in the morning. I am a regular user of Travelodge Hotel but this time I had a very bad experience.

I lived in this hotel for the first time in the UK. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. I wanted to book a room in advance for the second time this time, but chose a lot of dates without a room. Later only accessible rooms were available. Think about staying alive for two nights. Because one of them happens to be a New Year's Eve, it goes without saying that the price is not cost-effective. The room I gave was facing the street, and I didn't sleep well after a night of noisy. And this time the service attitude was very average. Retaining luggage is also reluctant. The front desk was also lazy. In short, I won't come next time. In the end, a penny is a penny, and a willingness to spend money on Mayfair's Marriott.

Staff were amazing and attentive when issues arose. Booked the king size room which was large and spacious but that’s where the good parts end. - Air Condition did not work (Told reception when we got in at night and was given a fan) - Mini fridge did not work, so gave the food we bought to amazing receptionist - lamp in the corner was not plugged in, had to move the table from the wall to switch it on. - Bathroom wasn’t wiped down properly so you could see the residue of the last guests. Besides the amazing staff who helped and gave good local recommendations for bars and restaurants the quality of the hotel was lacking. Would not be staying again.

A MUST STAY hotel if you are in London but prefer to be a little bit outside of central but have Canary Wharf and the River Thames literally on your doorstep. There is an amazing shuttle boat that takes you for free across to Canary Wharf which is something you need to experience whilst staying. Really good hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities! Everything looks nicely furnished and there were no issue with the cleanliness. Food was good too were decent variety. The only issues were the missing table as shown in the photos for Family Room and the hotel only use bathroom curtains instead of glass, which was weird aesthetically given how nicely furnished the rest of the room is. Room was always cleaned on daily basis, fresh towels & tea n coffee. Room had a hairdryer which was added bonus .Although Ilford isnt the best area hotel was excellent and manned 24/7 very safe and secure. Conference room was excellent size and great tea & coffee supplied or a latte / cappincino at very good price. Would definitely stay their again if I need to return to London. Good location, very close to Imperial College, in the middle of Gloucester Road and South Kensington subway station, it is more convenient to transfer to anywhere. The hotel faces the street and is more or less noisy at night. It is also a residential renovation. Although the facilities are not old (in the case of Britain), the house is a bit crowded. The self-service ibis is quite good value for money and the Crowne Plaza next to it doesn't feel much better than it.

Where to start...first impressions were not good at all. We stayed on Wednesday 11th November. We were locked out, despite staff knowing we would be arriving late (we arrived at 23:15). We tried for 15 minutes, in the pouring rain to get in, we called and called and called..no answer and then the door miraculously opened as if by magic. We got to reception to be greeted by the most miserable person we have ever met. No apology, no hello, no nothing just ”gotta reservation?”..as someone who runs a 4 star hotel this guy wouldn't have a job, how he (Asian, 5ft 10ish, black jumper) actually HAS a job I'll never know all I can think is nepotism. I realise we are in London, the land of no manners but we expected more from a 4 star hotel. Anyway, our room was ok, no toiletries, only 1 set of towels (Covid? Who knows), poor tv channels and a non working remote due to our 'Mr. Miserable' host we didn't want to complain incase we made him cry. Nice pillows in the room, I like firm pillows. Breakfast was nice considering and the server Faruk/Faruq was lovely. An asset and a saving grace to our trip, helpful, friendly, welcoming, couldn't do enough for us maybe he could train Mr. Miserable in how to be nice. Our check out was smooth our receptionist asked how our stay was honestly we couldn't be bothered to tell her about our check in and bet she wouldn't have done anything anyway. All in all we wouldn't stay in a holiday Inn again, we have had better service in an Ibis.

Just an average hotel convenient for the area. Closed for 3 months from 1st November 2020. A few problems with the room but can be put down to the closure of the hotel for a few months. Double check when booking about breakfast being included in your rate and be aware it is a simple boxed 'continental' breakfast; Parking, though advertised is not free - from £10 per night, again check when booking and spaces are limited. At weekends, on street, free parking is available. if you need t be in this area and just need a place to rest your head, this hotel would do.

Slight down side was a vey small shower room and toilet, the shower itself was very weak. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. I have spent 40 years traveling the world and I have stayed in the smallest hotels that Japan has to offer including capsule hotels. Hotel Mimi beats them all - the room I stayed in was small, really small with no window. But it was great! - I knew what I was letting myself in for but I knew all I wanted was a comfortable bed and somewhere to wash and the room excelled at both of these things. Beautiful marble bathroom with Molton Brown soaps and shampoos. Now, if you ask if it was worth the nearly £200 I paid the answer is no - but this is London and thats what you have to pay. Stay at Mimi's - but make sure you know what you could experience.

I stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.

The hotel is about 15 mins walk from High Street Kensington tube station. There is also a bus stop just 2 mins from the hotel that takes you to Piccadilly Circus and other parts of the city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along near the hotel and Holland Park is also just a doorstep away. Overall, the hotel itself is a bit old but the room is very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows are perhaps too soft for my liking but not uncomfortable in means. The bathroom is big and they do provide you with shower wash and body lotion. However, I was not sure how to adjust the temperature of the AC and the room was a bit cold. Overall, this is more a business hotel which provides all the basic amenities fairly well. If you are travelling with small children then there could be better opinions in town.
