We stayed at a budget-friendly hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a positive experience. The hotel had decent space and friendly staff. Our room offered an interesting view. While the location wasn't as convenient as I had hoped, having a minibus stop behind the building made it much easier to get around. We could easily visit the Maritime Mall and reach the nearest metro station, Tsing Yi Station. This hotel is also relatively close to attractions like Hong Kong Disneyland and the Ngong Ping 360 cable car in Tung Chung. I wasn't sure if I could request a regular bath towel, but I didn't bother since I had brought an extra one. Most of our time in the hotel was spent resting after exploring Hong Kong and sightseeing, and we had a good overall experience.

It is an old building. Some parts were still pretty. My room was clean. I was a little confused when I was looking for my room. Most of the staff were nice. The lobby guy around 5 or 6am was really helpful giving me directions to 711. The staff during check in was nice enough but there was a little hint of impatience maybe he was tired and there were a lot of customers checking in that time. I didn’t see seaside which was a shame. There is construction going on.

Nina hotel is accessible to Mtr and travel to different sites is not a problem even when using a bus. It is adjacent to 2 Malls (Op and nina mall )and walking distance to Tsuen Wan mall. Our room size is ok with a nice unobstructed view of the harbour. However, breakfast buffet menu is the same all throughout our stay of 4 days. There was no variety in the food. We were hoping a change in the food or even an additional choice but there was none.

They dont provide bottled water or amenities that use plastic. However, you can boil water from the tap dan they provide the pitcher as well as the electric jug. You cannot find any restaurant around the hotel but you can take the free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and you can find foods seller there. The food price in hotel is acceptable for my breakfast dan dinner. The view from my room is awesome dan the room size is big. My room has a living room dan pantry with sink.

We arrived late, maybe 11.30pm, but were greeted warmly and checked in smoothly. The room was small but the bed was comfortable and the environment peaceful. Shower was hot and worked well, all towels and linen were clean, toilet was clean, and the room itself clean enough. It looked like it must have been a child's bedroom once because there were glow-in-the-dark decals of planets stuck on the walls and ceiling. This room is fine if you are traveling on a budget and need somewhere to sleep and keep your things while you explore Hong Kong, location is away from the centre but metro a short walk that will take you straight to Central Station. Was a bit difficult to find down a back street.

Overall the hotel is good, the room has everything you will need with basic slippers and toothbrush, etc.  the space for a twin bed was good, there is even a decent size couch in the room.  The downside of it all is that the bathroom is very dated and not as clean.  The toilet has stains and it doesn’t flush properly.

The pics that I uploaded was before I checked out from this hotel. I love staying in this hotel it’s affordable and very clean. It’s few meters away from Tsuen Wan MTR station exit B and bus A31 from the airport will stop few steps away from the hotel and when you go to the airport you just cross to the opposite side to take bus A31 straight to the airport which is about 30-40 mins. The staff can speak and understand English very well and they’re very helpful. I stayed twice at this hotel and definitely will stay here again.

The hotel is about 5mins walk to the nearest metro station. There is a shuttle bus service to another metro station, but you need to book it with the front desk in advance, and it’s quite popular and always fully booked, I never tried it during my 5-day stay. They also provide a locality map with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, very useful! Cleaner cleans my room every morning, very helpful. There is only 1 outdoor water dispenser per floor, might need to walk a bit to get drinking water. Overall speaking, considering the price, I think it’s quite worth it. And metro in HK is super fast, so staying a bit far from city center is okay to me.

Me and family had a pleasant stay at this hotel, even though not very convenient to get to the city like Mongkok, Tsin Tsa Tsui, etc. But it's fair enough compared to the room rate. The room is clean, they are using very good quality of bed and the bathroom is spacious. Equipped with safety box, hair dryer, hot water pot, tea & coffee Trip.com showed misleading 2 informations: 1. The towel not included. In fact we had it and those towels are very clean and changed everyday 2. No extra bed available. In fact its available for deluxe room type with extra cost $750/night

- Located at the peak of Jao Tsung-I cultural centre ..great for view but not recommended for those who don't like to hike. - Unique and serene setting for a relaxing atmosphere - Room a bit outdated but clean and cozy...one complaint is the unwieldy shower head! - Friendly service. - Close to amenities; Mei Foo plaza/market is right across. Recommend visiting to experience the buzz of daily Hong Kong lives.

MTR is Abt 5 to 10 mins walk station Jordan..You also walk 10 to 15 mins down to ladies night market or take MTR from Jordan station to Yau Ma Ti station..With the MTR you can go to HongKong island Central station to go to the Peak for a great view of scenery.

Still one of our fave hotels as it is in our old neighbourhood, with great food and amenities nearby. Location is fab as it is near enough to Causeway Bay to walk, and yet on the quieter side. Our room on the 18th floor was a good size, with a view towards Victoria Park. The beds were comfortable, and wifi was strong. Housekeeping was done daily. Filtered water was available from a machine at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was typically HK/China, in that you bathe while standing in the bathtub. There was some wear and tear here eg loose tap handle but that is easily rectified. Lifts can be a tad slow at busy times so factor that in if you are in a hurry.

Excellent spot for holiday seekers . Although isolated on top of a peak with no facilities nearby and only accessible by shuttle bus or taxi, this youth hostel nevertheless offers guests and visitors serenity, seaview and the freedom to explore hill paths or sit down to roast barbecue. The place is almost never fully booked and is the cheapest accommodation on HongKong Island by far: Highly recommended for those looking to chill out for a few days from the hustle bustle of city life.

Got a very cheap room. So assumed it would be small, but it was by ChungKing mansions standards huge. Bathroom was probably the biggest I have seen. Bed was a double bed. There is not much view given you are facing towards an internal light well. Also facilities all worked very well, with hot water on tap anytime you wanted and shower was powerful. Only drawbacks were the facilities looked a little old and I made the mistake of not keeping the extractor fan on in the bathroom on the first night and a smallish creep crawley was waiting for me in the sink the next morning...so keep the extractor fan on and I had no issues for the rest of my two week stay. There was a kitchen and hot water and coffee all provided. Staff friendly and helpful. I could not get the microwave to work on all occasions but other guests did not seem to have the same problem with it? So for the money it was excellent value.

Finding the place was not difficult and I had walked from Kowloon West station. Staff was friendly. When no one is at reception, phone is located on the wall outside the main door to call the hotline for service. Room and toilet were small but typical of such lodgings in HK for such price. Enough for one person to move about in it but if working on the computer need to sit on the bed. No chair in the room, but would not have space for it. Room facilities all working and adaptor provided at wall power outlet. Location is good as Jordan station is right near to the building. Lots of food places around.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. Literally everything that you would ever desire (varieties of international food, shopping, sightseeing, parks, etc) is within a 20-25 minute walk. We walked to the famous Victoria Harbour for the spectacular CNY fireworks show and enjoyed the community spirit of Hong Kong. The staff are very visible and welcoming. We were also enthused to witness the CNY lion dance, sponsored by the hotel. Spectacular!

Booked a larger room and first night I had a harbor view but the room was a little small. 2nd night I upgraded to a suite and it was huge. Maybe 5 times the size of the first room. Very pleased with that room. Had a kitchen, a full size dining table with seating for 6, bathroom had a bath and a separate shower. The bed size was king size and in a separate room. Lounge seating for 8. This room wasn't offered by trip.com. Executive Lounge was great and had afternoon tea, then free happy hour drinks later. Breakfast also in the exec. Lounge with personalized service from very nice staff.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. It wasn't big but that was expected in Hong Kong. We would like to mention that 200 HKD will be charged if you arrive later than midnight. We think this should be properly written in the Trip.com page, since the booking was not refundable. We ended up paying more for that extra fee than per night.

Although the hotel is affordable among all the hotels, it has a high evaluation and is better than many hotels, so I chose it. I am quite satisfied with the stay. All kinds of necessary facilities are quite handy to use, and there is no situation that makes people ”scared” and at a loss. It is reliable and conscientious to be able to do this. The most important thing for traveling is cleanliness. The store has done a very good job in this regard. The small fan in the room is always running to keep it dry and moisture-proof. Many details reveal the store's careful thinking and consideration. Although the price is not cheap during the Spring Festival, you won't feel bad about the money if you have a comfortable experience. Ps: The location is very good and it is convenient to go anywhere.

The common area was also clean with tables you could use ✅ The room and toilet was huge and clean. The bed was those firm kind which i like ✅ stayed at level 14 was quiet even though there is a stretch of bars on ground level ❌ The pillows are too soft but was still acceptable ❌ Only biggest downside was you have to walk up a steep slope to reach the hotel . The room is next to Jordan MTR station, just across the street from the MTR station. There is a Mixue Ice City at the entrance of the first floor. It is easy to find and close to Temple Street. It is very convenient to go shopping at night, eat some snacks, and buy some small souvenirs. The hotel has just been renovated, so it is still relatively new and clean. This is the most important point. It will be much more comfortable to stay. This hotel is self-service. You can add the boss's WeChat at the door. After the confirmation, provide the hotel confirmation and the front and back photos of the Hong Kong and Macau Pass. The boss will send you the gate code and room code, and you can enter by yourself. I didn't see the boss the whole time. It is very convenient and safe. It is much better than my previous stay. I recently stayed at this hostel in Hong Kong and while it offered a budget-friendly option, there were some notable things to consider. The room I stayed in was quite small, with two sets of triple bunk beds. On the first night, I found myself on the top bunk, which was uncomfortably close to the ceiling. It was so low that I couldn’t even sit up properly or bend my legs—thankfully, I’m not claustrophobic. The next day, I was able to switch to a different bed as someone left, which was a relief. The bathroom was very compact but functional, and like the rest of the hostel, everything felt quite narrow. It wasn’t the most spacious experience, but it did the job. On the plus side, this hostel is affordable, and its location is perfect for exploring Hong Kong, being centrally located with easy access to key attractions. Overall, while it may not be the most comfortable place to stay, it’s definitely one of the cheapest options in a prime area.
