It’s our repeated stay at One world., 2-3times/year we come KL. This trip we were given level 9, the room is clean and housekeeping team does a fantastic job. For Breakfast, slight change in the orientation of the food section. Food quality as good as before. We will come back again end Jan for another stay.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, with very friendly and helpful customer service. I liked how spacious it was, and the amenities were plentiful—even bathrobes were provided, which many hotels no longer offer. There was also a beautiful infinity pool, and it was very relaxing to sit there and enjoy a drink. It’s a pity we only stayed for two days. Being far from the city center was actually a plus. Just a 10-minute walk away is the largest mall, 1 Utama. There are plenty of basic facilities, so no need to worry about going hungry—lots of great restaurants—and there’s no shortage of places to explore. The hotel’s buffet breakfast was decent—not bad at all. If you’re looking for a short getaway, it’s a great choice. I would definitely return. For the price and value, it’s well worth it!

Place is fine. Very convenient location. Only 2 small suggestions. 1. Hotel doesn't provide free parking. If you are driving, you need to park at the mall/office car park and pay for parking. 2. Access to the mall is locked after 10pm. I have to go into the rain to collect my car at the mall car park. Making it very messy. Overall it's a good hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. Room amenities provided. Free parking space available. The location provided in the booking confirmation is misleading and will not able to reach the property, will need to use wake to search Mossaz by Exsim to reach the right location. There is only one entrance to enter the car park which you might need to queue and wait for other guests who yet to check in, to complete their registration at car park security counter then only you will be able to enter into the car park area. The lift system is the worst thing, avoid leaving or entering the property during the check in and check out time, it can easily took more than 30mins to get up to or down from the room.

Everything was nice. The bed was big and comfortable. Toilet was spacious and very clean. Room service was very prompt. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Only drawback was that its almost the same varieties every day. By the 2nd day the excitement dies down.Infinity pool was nice but is very small but gym is good. Looking forward to the next stay. Everything is in good condition, enjoyed my stay due to near to every facilities. Toilet is clean, but the pillow and bedsheet have stain. Location is near Sunway Pyramid and food shops. Strategic location with lift and water purifier machine outside the room. The environment of the hotel is good, the price is affordable, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are several supermarkets, and the price is cheap. There are restaurants next to it, McDonald's and Burger King. There are foreign currency exchanges in the nearby streets, several Chinese restaurants, pharmacies, clinics... everything you need for life is available. Very comfortable sleep, clean, complete security system, key card provided, free drinking water, both hot and cold water, next to the hotel there is a Thai restaurant. Malaysian food, Chinese food, Japanese food within walking distance. Fast check-in and check out with deposit fixed amount of MYR 50.00. Aircond is very cold and fan is provided too. It first time experiencing self checking hotel. The instruction given by email is not clear. Just ask you to call them before arriving. I have never experience such self checking and it will be a good practice if the hotel is to give us specific instruction email and we need to pay deposit online before allow to check in. It took me almost 45 mins to check in. Further to this i was given a room that has not been cleaned and it was a total mess. Luckily, they managed to change the room for me. For a traveler who look for ease of checking in and better hospitality service (human interaction instead of over the phone) i will not recommend it. It will be a disaster if the traveler is not tech savvy. It may has a good and clean facilities and the price is good but i will not recommend it. I will definitely not stay in a self check in hotel ever. It is definitely off my list of hotel to stay.

If possible to see more improvement next time. Location is near my work place..just booked for staff. Small hotel but comfortables & affordable for the price...suitable for travellers & for work stay.. There is near by starbuck coffee shop just in front of the hotel and lots of restaurant near by..also there is shopping mall just aroynd corner(about 1km). Also near by Golf club...One utama shopping mall is around 2-3km from the hotel.

Overall, the stays were pleasant except for two items: 1) only two drinking bottles were provided. Got to beg for additional water bottles. Other hotels in the Klang valley of the similar category, provides unlimited drinking water. 2) When asked for an additional comforter to be sent to our room, a worn out brown blankets was sent. Obviously we won’t dare to use it. Escalate this matter to Mr. Seelam, the PIC the second night, and the housekeeping sent another unacceptable blanky which I called it the twin sister. Utterly disappointed.

The room is very big. Two bedrooms, two toilets, two showers. There is a full set of cooking utensils. It is very good for a family to live. Very convenient, there is a swimming pool. But there is no service. The security guard is responsible for giving the room card. Cleaning needs to be charged separately. Bottled water is also provided when you first check in.

The building is newly built and very nice. The mall attached to the building is still under construction but there is no noise at all. The good thing is that they have a food delivery app (Grab) which makes it convenient to get whatever you need if you can’t get it in the convenient store on the ground floor. You wait for sometime to get the lift to your room. The room was clean and has all the standard things your might need. It is spacious but the hot water is not that hot but warm.

The overall experience for the hotel was great. For location wise, it’s located at a spot which there a lot of shop and restaurant u can choose from, it’s pretty convenient. 1. Check in process is made simple, I like that very much. I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early. 2. The room is clean . Other then bath foam & syampoo was given late ( accidentally missed to be put in the toilet), the rest of amenities were ok. 3. The TV channel are limited and the picture quality of the TV is not good. Please look into this. 4. Many restaurant are walking distance around 200 metres. MyNews shop 24 hours is available at ground floor of the apartment. Overall I had a nice stay.
