|0.3km from city centerFriendly staff, allowed us to check out until 1 more hour. The room looks comfortable and modern enough for it’s affordable price. It’s just a surprise how our room was actually on the other side of the building and you have to cross the pedestrian to access into the reception and restaurant. Although there were guards on-post ready to assist you cross over 24hrs a day.
Also, I don’t like the way you have to log-in to wifi once you went out of the premise and come back, like you’re not automatically connected. Great location tho if you wanna stay at Station 1; the landmark would be at Aplaya/Club Tropicana if from the beach which is good once you go home late from a night out. Wish we had free breakfast too for it’s price but nope 😩😂

Cozy room, beautiful, clean, freshly renovated, beautiful view of the sea, there are mosquito nets on the horses, you can sleep with the windows open to the sound of the waves.
There is air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, kettle, hair dryer, safe, shower and hand towels and beach towels, shower gel and shampoo.
Very clean, cleaned every day.
Very beautiful green area, well-groomed, beautifully decorated.
There is a restaurant with a bar, delicious food. Delicious breakfast.
Friendly, attentive staff.
The beach is across the road, but you can't swim there. You can get to another beach by tuk-tuk.

I booked a standard room for 2 days, and this hotel met all my non-negotiables. We had typhoon with strong wind during my visit in Boracay, and I felt safe inside my room. Moreover, there's a cafe/ restaurant with affordable price, and a mini shop with friendly staff.
I would like to stay here again given a chance.

|2.72km from city centerOur stay at Alta Vista began on a disappointing note due to the hotel's early check-in policy and miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping. We arrived as early as 10 AM, but were not accommodated for early check-in unless we paid an additional 1,000 PHP, which we declined—despite the fact that the hotel was not fully booked, and many others typically allow early check-in. After waiting until 2 PM, we were finally given a key, only to find that the room assigned to us was still messy and unprepared.
Thankfully, the experience improved somewhat after that rough start. The shuttle service to D'Mall was very efficient. The room itself was spacious but outdated and in serious need of renovation to make it feel more modern. The breakfast was decent, though it could benefit from more variety. There is no beach nearby, so you have to travel back down to either Puka or White Beach. On the positive side, the pool is large, well-placed, and offers a great view.

|1.68km from city center01.25 year. In general, the hotel is not bad, but there is always a BUT. I will start with the minuses:
We had an old air conditioner in our room, which is controlled only manually and is also terribly noisy. Very little lighting, literally 2 lamps. The view from the window to other windows is not a minus, we initially knew about it, but on our side on the street there was an electric generator, which was also terribly noisy. In general, the sound insulation is not very good. Also, the noise of someone in the closet was tormenting. Something was scratching and scraping, we did not understand. what it was. The sewage system also does not work 100%, the smell from the pipes was present in the toilet. The furniture is old and the room as a whole requires improvement. The water in the pool is quite cold since the hotel is rectangular, the sun simply did not touch the water, and there is no heating. BREAKFASTS are for an amateur and the choice is not large. I think that you can have breakfast elsewhere.
Of the pros: the location is gorgeous, went out and into the sea. Everything you need is nearby. Supermarket around the corner, laundry, 7 eleven and many others. There are also top-notch rooms with a sea view and a private terrace, naturally expensive, but there is comfort. There are about 6 such rooms in the hotel. The staff is friendly 👍 nice to talk to.

They are always full. There are few Chinese people. The location is really good. The beach, at S3, diving sunset sailing, water sports are very convenient, there are not as many people as S2, it is confirmed that there is no WiFi, no free breakfast, no disposable items, no kettle, no hair dryer, non-Huawei mobile phone in the room, The Internet is not good, the room is still very big, very clean, and the decoration style is ok. It is more retro and clean. It has not been cleaned for 3 days. It should be a style that European and American tourists like, but in general, Chinese New Year During this price, this great location, such a large room, was quite cost-effective.

|0.51km from city centerWe booked a family room for 7 people at this hostel, but when we arrived, we were disappointed to be given a room with 4 bunk beds and a transparent sliding door, which seemed meant for solo travelers. We didn’t say anything at first, but on the 2nd day, we found out that the door wouldn’t lock. When we asked an attendant to help, he was surprised and asked who put us in that room, saying we were supposed to be in a family room without a transparent door.
Since we were in a hurry, we told him we would deal with it after our trip. When we got back, we spoke to the attendant who originally checked us in. Instead of apologizing, he said the family rooms were sold out, so he put us in any available room without telling us. When we asked if we could move to a different room, he refused.
Luckily, a female attendant stepped in and said she would arrange for us to move to another room, which she would have cleaned right away. We appreciated her help, but to avoid more stress, we decided to stay in the room we were given. However, we feel it’s important to mention the rude behavior from the male attendant, which affected our stay.

Faculties were ALL amazing, had 2 room types booked, Beach and Garden, both with exceptional views. A strong mention that HOUSEKEEPING was perfect and precise, overall the best property I’ve stayed at in many years! This should be everyone’s GO TO for Boracay. In house restaurant was good but after 2-3 days it can get boring. At check in, being told external food permitted wasn’t justified. There’s only 1 restaurant at The Lind, you can’t restrict guests. Overall I give this one of my highest Resort Ratings 10/10! Views, to die for!!

There are different types of rooms for different budgets. I don't see the point in writing how far it is from the beach. It's right on the beach. There's a local shop-stall with ready-made food on the territory. Very tasty and inexpensive. Cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and polite. Good attitude towards children. There are private sun loungers, which is not often found on Boracay.

Had two dinners in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast booked was delicious and inexpensive. The other is to occasionally go to the convenience store to buy fruit and water, or go out to eat. It’s also very close to the famous smoke restaurant, just walk across the beach. There are so many shells that can be picked up on the beach. At night, lying on a lounger with the sea breeze and watching the round moon is indescribably more comfortable. Almost two coconuts a day, big and sweet.

Transportation is readily available as soon as you got out the resort. I have no problem with my stay it was all good and comfy bed with a good airconditioner. It was a lovely stay. I recommend this resort and will come back again.

There is a bedroom downstairs in the suite, a large bathroom, and a large terrace. You can look directly at the sea and look at the sea view through the coconut trees. Many people are playing with umbrellas, drinking wine with family and friends, blowing the sea breeze, and chatting, very comfortable . Many people may struggle with the problem of not having a swimming pool, but to be honest, this location is the best beach in Boracay, 10 meters away is the beach, and beach towels are also provided. Forget about the swimming pool, I can only say that it is very cool. Walking on the beach to dmall is relatively far away, but it is only a 20-minute walk.

But the standard time was actually 3:00 for boracay hotels
Weve been staying to the lobby from 12:00nn to 3:00pm. Imagine the 3 hours waiting frame.
We requested if we could have early checkin, they said they are cleaning the room everytime we ask them since 12nn. We waited 3 hours hearing the same thing “the cleaning is still ongoin”. It actually ruined our happy vacation. We were so stressful and its so inconvenient to argue with the lobby receptionist. It actually ruined our first day. Telling them that the cooking said we could checkin by 2:00pm. Everything feels so fucked up. The Trip.com even offered if we want to cancel the booking, imagine arriving in the hotel and my accomodation would mighht been cancelled. Imagine the possibility that we might look for other hotels to stay. But they gave us the room around 2:50 and told us we could late checkout by 2:00pm the other day.
But, The Room was amazing and our private pool was amazing as well. Its even better than our hennan room. Altabriza offers more premium feel in terms of their room. The bed is nicer as well. I totally love the room after all the inconvenience. Might come back here because i totally like the room than hennan.
The location is great its near with everything.
The bfast buffet is just one of the saddest part of the hotel. So better save the money and dont book with breakfast.
They just offer egg,rice and hotdog for mains. They could even just add even one premium food like tapa, corned beef or bacon. They should at least offer a proper breakfast. They have pancit bihon and soup. But it doesnt make sense to have bfast to a hotel with only that food.
They have salad and bread, but still it doesnt feel any appetizing at all.

Service is good, location is good, dmall is close. Breakfast is average, not worth 60 yuan / 2 people, see picture. Due to the oncoming coronavirus, it did not go out to sea, and overall, it is not as playable as Bali. Another: there is a hey juice at the entrance of dmall! Its just that the room has 1 mirror which installed only in the bathroom, no table in the room, no phone to call front desk, slow internet and the room was in a different building from the front desk.
Station 3, this location was great and perfect as not surrounded by loud places but at the right place to walk yet get a good nights sleep. This hotel is a very good choice when it comes to price.

|1.25km from city centerThe hotel is located on white beach. It’s a beautiful resort with a top-class breakfast buffet. The hotel staff were all friendly and kind and tried their best to make us feel welcome. The three pools at the hotel are amazing - this was my favorite part of the hotel! We had to pay a deposit of 6k peso on check in. There were some ants in our room and on the bed and the hotel staff assisted immediately, by offering to change rooms. We celebrated a birthday and they made it extra special during breakfast! One thing that bothered me… the housekeeping leaving a warning for us not to smoke in the room even though we hadn’t been doing so. We followed the rules and made sure not to smoke in the room, but we were met with a warning that a smoking was detected in the room and that the hotel would charge us two nights stay as a result. Overall it’s a wonderful hotel. The beds are soft and the location is perfect!

|0.35km from city centerThe amenities are good, they qill clean your room everyday unless you tell them not to. Thw breakfast is delicious - you can choose between Fil or Continental food. The pool is narrow but long so you can do a few laps and its usually deserted between 8 till 5, so you can enjoy it while the resy of the guest are away. We tried dinner since its raining hard when we were there and its quite good - pricey but convenient. The staff are very helpful, special thanks to Ms. Que who connected me to some people.
For the room its a little bit small, same size as that of Park in by Radisson in SM North. But there is no exhaust so because its raining outside the floor and some of the other surfaces had condensates so, it was slippery, good thing we had some cloth to use as 'basahan.' The bathroom doorknob has to be twisted to the left before you can pull it otherwise the doorknob will be pulled out (it took me a day to learn the trick). Also, the hotel should have a suggestion box inside the room so the guests can leave a note on how to improve the services without having to post it here.
Except for those little inconveniences, we were quite happy with our stay and if I go back to Boracay I'll stay in the same hotel but not in our last room.
