I'm really sorry to give you my first review! The hotel is undoubtedly newly opened, but as a Hilton brand, plus the price of more than 1,200, I think the experience is really bad! 1. When entering the room, the smell of decoration is still very strong. 2. The water coming out of the washbasin in the toilet area is yellow. 3. The bath towels shed severely. Are the new towels not washed after purchase? 4. If you want to use a hair dryer, remind yourself to clean the filter. 5. There are foreign objects on the floor between the shower room and the washbasin, which will prick your feet if you go barefoot. 6. The door is not soundproof and you can hear people talking in the corridor clearly. 7. This is the first time I’ve encountered a hotel in Shanghai that does not include parking fees. The only thing that satisfied me was the topping of the breakfast noodles, which was quite good.

Two families traveled, specially chose a homestay with two bathrooms, I booked this one after seeing a good evaluation, but I felt disappointed in the actual stay. First of all, the sanitation is poor. On the ground and table, the dining table and dining chair are all dusty, like we have not cleaned it for a long time before moving in. I wiped it with a paper towel for a long time. The sliding door of the bathroom on the first floor was broken and could not be closed at all. I contacted the landlord and said that I could let the cleaning aunt come and clean it again, but considering that we have already checked in and other reasons, I didn’t let it come over. I made do with it. The landlord’s attitude is still very good. That is, health needs to be improved, and at least clean and hygienic is guaranteed.

I know that this hotel is in remote area but i choose this because I like very much japanese style and very close to Subway station, that's more important for me. The line is not so crowd so we can sit comfortable , this you can't get when your subway station is in city area. From the hotel to the left, cross the road is Zhonke Road Station Exit 3. From infront of the hotel, cross the road is EXIT 5. Both EXIT have escalator (EXIT 5 also with elevator). Breakfast is simple but good. The room is spacious with spacious bath tube. All are look exactly as on pictures.

Exactly like in the pictures. 02 kinds of bedroom: one slightly bigger (facing the street) and the other facing the neighborhood in the back (more silent, stayed in this one). Staff polite and helpful, no english. Metro station 1km away (Zhoupu). Is 40 minutes metro to pudong touristic center. But right in front there's a pedestrian street and a mall nearby that gives us the feeling of ”China for chinese” (like we saw in smaller cities). It was worthy to stay here. Cleanliness always perfect, 3 nights with no worry even my room at the end of 6th floor. Location is good if you travel by bus because it require to take a bus to reach metro but nearby had many local restaurants with 1 local groceries shop and 1 family mart. 4 washing machine and 4 dryer that enough to clean your cloths and it free with detergent included. The room details and designs is very nice I love it, I remembered their logo and make me in brand loyalty already. I feel no worry when staying at hanting hotel. Some room at the end of hallway will have small stair step that weired for me. I did not try breakfast but I look into it, it seem ok.
