Breakfast is good, the front and staff are very friendly and the condition of the room is good. There is a shopping mall 3 minutes away by foot, so it is convenient for restaurants, ATMs, etc. It looks like it takes 10-20 minutes by car to Braga street.

Very kind and helpful teams although when the 1st time I walked in through the main entrance there’s no one in the reception area but I’m passionately waited. I know the check in time at 12 but I’m asking would be possible to have early check in since I was arriving at 07.00 ish. So, I’ve just dropped my small luggage to be store. After I came back from my worked day’s activity I did check in and walk to the room was clean quite spacious and room’s amenities such as deposit box, water boiler and 2 bottle of mineral water provided Thank you for the hospitality’s manner given

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Overall the rooms were clean and quite big for a deluxe room type. But, the odor from toilet spreaded around the rooms, so made it uncomfortable to sleep as the toilet and shower rooms are not separated by solid doors. Plus, the beds and pillows were stiff and firms, and made me hard to sleep too. Other than that, the parking area is very small, especially for big car. Anyway, there’s free valet parking which you leave your car key to the hotel’s staffs. If you need to book an extra bes, do it fast as they have only 5 available in the hotel. I didn’t get mine since I book it the day I arrive at the hotel.

The lodge is clean and quiet. The capsule beds are the best set-up I have seen outside Japan: door, fan, soft and bright lights, shelf and socket. But the mattresses are thin foam, not very comfortable. The manager, Ibu Rosa, is pleasant and helpful. The location, only 6 minutes walk from the train station, on a quiet side street. There were no meals served during my stay. I booked a single room on ***********. When I arrived it turned out to be a capsule in a dormitory. I have contacted *********** but they have not corrected this misinformation. The lodge is not easy to find. There is only a small sign saying Buton on the street, no indication that it provides accommodation. I suspect that the owner wants to discourage walk-ins and control the money flow.

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

Located in a strategic area, across from alun-alun Bandung. Considerable amount of food stalls around it, but you may have to check for their hygiene in prior to eating hehe.. The hotel has nice or unique decoration, however, the room that I occupied is a bit cramped or not quite spacious as I thought. Both the curtains, the one near the bed and the other in the bathroom, were quite dirty (there were spots here and there; see picture). In addition, there were some dirt too occupying the small space between the bathroom sliding door and the wall (see picture). Lastly, I have to say that the breakfast was less in variation and in taste. What an unfortunate :)

Hotel is just 10 minutes drive away from Bandung Train Station. The hotel drop off is in the mall. You drive in the B2 carpark and take the escalator up. Hotel was simple and small. We took this hotel jut to spend the night before heading to another part of Bandung. The only thing disappointing was that the hot water kettle was full of mold and definitely not a usable situation. The reception was friendly and polite.

Hotel is at the central of Bandung. Everything is good. But is a main road. In the night, your sleep will be disturbed by the sound of the traffic. If you want to go Dago and Lembang, this hotel location is far, at least 1 hour from hotel because Bandung is always heavy traffic during long weekends.

First time staying at this hotel, coming home from rafting from Pangalengan, I deliberately ordered here because I was tired and wanted to soak in warm water, and the information on the DELUXE type application that we ordered had a bathtub... when checking in Ms. Ambar said that I ordered a ”STANDARD” room type. and it doesn't have a bathtub huhuhu very disappointed, angry and annoyed, whatever with a standard room or suite but this really doesn't match the description they wrote... after a few minutes we were in the ”STANDARD” room, Ms. Ambar called and apologized and upgraded our room to the one with a bathtub.. quite appreciative and with the recovery service, but if I may suggest the front office should take quicker steps before the customer feels disappointed, especially if the mistake is from the hotel 🙏 even though we ordered the most standard room, we don't expect upgrade, we just want our room facilities to match the description we read... thank you...

Not the best in terms of cleanliness. Could feel the floor to be sandy. The bathtub and sink has black stains which we scrubbed ourselves. In all, we made do as we do not want to spoil this trip which we had planned months ago. Other than that, all the other were above average.
