The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer.

I was really impressed by Solaria Hanoi with their level of hospitality and hotel offerings. Susan at the front desk was super polite and helpful, and explaining all the details to us at check-in, they offers us a hotel map and help with airport transfer at fair rate to make our travel easier. All staff were super friendly and helpful, room is beautiful, breakfast was great, they also have a cool rooftop bar. The hotel comes with a spa and two restaurants, which unfortunately we didn't have time to try as we were just staying there for one night. The hotel is right at the heart of Old Quarter and is part of the weekend night market zone, meaning everything is in walkable distance. We are really glad to have spent time at this hotel and would love to come back and spend more time in the future!

Exceptional services from frontdesk to housekeeping and breakfast restaurant. The team is so friendly and proactive. Short walk to many attractions Church just few steps away. Comes with lift. Breakfast selection is limited, however more than sufficient. Room sound proofing can be improved. Many boutique hotels now provide free drinks, etc, from the room fridge. This doesn't cost much. Can consider it. The bathtub is high. Need to take good care for children and elderly.

In the extraordinary year of 2020, due to the coronavirus in China, the whole world says no to China. The cancellation of flights has been stranded in Hanoi, Vietnam. The Vietnamese government requires Chinese people in Vietnam to be quarantined for 14 days. We were detained in hotels. The ban was lifted from the 10th to the morning of the 15th. Fortunately, the hotel’s high-quality service delivered a rich breakfast every day, especially the enthusiastic and thoughtful service and comfort of the little brother Hieu, which allowed us to spend these helpless four days. Traveling is truly unforgettable for a lifetime. Finally, I would like to thank the Vietnamese friends for their enthusiastic care and help to allow us to return home smoothly. I also hope that the epidemic in China will end soon!

Not satisfied, room was not comfortable. In my room was another door which was locked, but as I see it was connected to another room and I heard everything from other rooms, for example If other guest talked to phone or roll in the bed. Not sound proof rooms. Also Too much noisy in the room because of outside ventilation and other guests. Breakfast very poor and tasteless. Indoor swimming pool absolutely useless. There was window but no view, very dark room. Good side was only convenient location. Stuff was friendly Price doesn’t suit the quality. 👎😕

Ha Noi Pearl Hotel far exceeded our expectations in ALL areas. They went out of their ways to take care of the guests. We needed help in many areas and requested a lot of things done for us during our stay and they did all and everything we asked for. The staff are amazing. The daily breakfast was top ten. There are many cafes and restaurants near Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Cathedral, and the location is very good. The cups and lighting provided are not very clean, but considering that it is such a cheap place to stay, it doesn't bother me that much. The windows are large and open, which is nice. The only difficulty was that the hostel was not in the location shown on Google Maps, but opposite the location shown. When I went to the entrance, there was an old lady about half a floor below, who called a staff member who was also about half a floor above. After a conversation along the lines of ”Where are you from?”, I was immediately shown to my room. If you look closely, you can see the name of the hostel displayed in front of the entrance. You can hear the bells ringing from the cathedral, which gives it a charming feel. It was a great stay that made me feel like I was in a foreign country and experienced the joys of traveling abroad.

Environment: Near the Hoan Kiem Lake in the old town, you can walk to other attractions, and there are many foods downstairs. Hygiene: The room is very clean and odorless. Service: The service is professional and enthusiastic, and the overall English level of the hotel staff is very good. On the first day of check-in, the check-in staff in the front hall will send tea, hand towels and fruits to welcome you. The receptionist speaks very good English and is also very enthusiastic to explain the various benefits of the hotel. I didn't remember her name, so I gave her a thumbs up. I booked two nights. I woke up in the morning of the first night and asked the front desk if I could change the room, because the kitchen was upstairs from the room I lived in, and it was noisy very early in the morning. The front desk also quickly helped me change the room and upgraded our room. When I checked out, I also gave us two bags of coffee as a small gift, saying that I was sorry for the noisy feedback on the first night. Overall, it is a recommended hotel for tourism, and the experience is very good!

The breakfast with limited selection but still provide the Vietnam noodle 🍜. The airport transportation costs around 25 USD. They will also provide the receipt of room rates, however, I found the price difference would be more than 100 HKD for two nights stay. It seems booking locally will be cheaper than use Trips booking. There is church nearby but forgot to take photos and only took photo for the one near the store of great Vietnam noodle.

Location is good and staff are friendly but the owner just doesn't understand about proper cleanliness. I get it's hard to properly clean all 20 or so rooms you have but you are not doing the bare minimum. I've been here on two seperate occasions and both times I found uneaten food from the previous guests that encourages ants, bugs and mice. Clean the room properly please.

Not recommend for family trip, it is suitable for backpackers or travelers who spending more time on the street instead of staying in. The room is super small (15m2) for 2 people, not too clean and the facilities are quite old. The only plus point is the location is next to Sword Lake with a lot of foods and restaurants around. Otherwise, I still can find better alternatives options around this area so… the experience is pretty uncomfortable. P/s: after complaining about the room, they upgraded me a bigger one. It’s ok but still not too clean. Also I feel someone was touching my personal stuffs in my luggage but I have no evidences to prove… Hence you need to be careful with your belongings when staying here

The location was good, the bed was good, the shower had hot water, The Wi-Fi was good. The only issue I had with the room was there was no window Which was in all the pictures. So if you want a window, you have to make sure you make that clear when you make the reservation.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

Towels can be more fresh. Toilet - 4/5 basic supply of toilet amenities, better if there's rain shower or shower curtain as the whole toilet to have wet and dry separation, entire toilet gets wet after shower for the next user. Lovely hotel! Decor is nice and updated. Rooms are very big. We stayed in a Deluxe room and it came with a bathtub. There is a supermarket in the building across the road and lots of food options nearby as well. We didn’t take the breakfast package but there are 3 cafes nearby for coffee and light bites. the hotel also has washer and dryer in the laundry corner for guests to do their own laundry and it complimentary. Only one washer and dryer. Receptionist checking us in was very helpful and pleasant. All in all a lovely stay at M Hotel.

It is a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for bus number 86 to Noi Bai Airport. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for tourists. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but the fact that some of the water in the room is free and some is paid seems like it could be a problem. The staff in this hotel were excellent! From welcoming us with some welcome drinks and fruit, to politely going through our booking details with us (as there was a mix up about payment) and even looking after our bags for a night (as we spent one evening in a village a little way out from Hanoi and returned to the hotel the day after). Of course the rooms, cleanliness and breakfast were also fantastic - and the only reason for rating the location as a 4 is owing to the fact that as it is centrally located in the Old Town, it can get quite noisy at night. In fairness, the hotel accomodated this by ensuring guests were placed in rooms further away from the noisy street (and with double windows), but it is something to bear in mind. We didnt mind of course - you cant expect to be in the midst of it all, and at the same time expect pure silence!

Awesome location, amazing staff, superb breakfast for vegans and vegetarians also. Bargain price booking through trip.com. Coming to the room, the Royal Terrace Room 700 was fantastic. It was huge with a big bed, sofa, balcony. The only complain I have is the bathroom. it's not having separation between bathing and toilet area, and they are very close. They should consider a remodeling of the bathroom. Trip.com should update the pictures of the reception as it's completely different now and looks so much better.

Check in was really easy with self check in. Landlord provided proper guidance for that. Apartment was spot on. It contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s in a central location surrounding malls, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s possible to get anything delivered via grab too. Apartment was on 22nd floor hence we had a great view of the city. It was such a cute little apartment with enough and more privacy. We had around 4 comfortable nights here. Highly recommended.
